Friday’s Guardian : Nazir Afzal leading witch-hunt against Cummings
Shouting “perverting the cause of justice”
“he said he was only at Barnard castle for 15 minutes and didn’t stray from his car !”
Said Afzal has had a team of lawyers compile a 255 page dossier.
“A report was submitted to Durham constabulary at the end of October and we are continuing to consider its contents.”
FFS is this a proportionate use of taxpayer money ?

Yes I reckon he could have lied abut the time and distance
However he would have only got a £60 fine
and was a first offence so maybe less.

Ofom “viewers are switching off BBC and moving to Netflix
our solution is to FORCE Netflix to be more like the BBC
How about we give tax money to Netflix to produce news”

(Earlier the Ofcom boss on R4 said Netflix is a Dutch registered corp for Europe purposes
and is therefore not regulated by Ofcom anyway)

As discussed on the TalkRadio live feed at 10:50am
    based on the Guardian story

      Classic move.

Screwed everything up royally, so those with free choice opt for an alternative.

Solution?…. try and force the alternative to screw up royally too.

The notion of the left seeking parity by dragging everyone down to a level has never been more stark.

Interesting to note that OFCOM just recently imported a bunch more of the Beeboids that have reduced it to a laughing stock.

Lockdowns apart from the disasterous consequences appertaining, only supresses the virus until the lockdown is lifted then allowing the virus to spread-the virus does not disappear it goes wherever there is a new host-better to let it run, whilst taking care of the most vunerable in society-the immune possibilities will then develop much more quickly-fear has been used as is now to destroy the country, to bring subjugation into play on a massively undemocratic process.

I am sickened by the BBC sport website’s reporting of the PSG and Basaksehir so-called racism incident. It is obvious that they have no interest in reporting what actually happened because that would get in the way of their anti-racism activism.

    https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/55249860

    https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/55250939

My complaint has gone in –

The truth is available re the alleged racist incident which led to PSG and Basaksehir players walking off. Pierre Webo heard a legitimate Romanian word and assumed it was racist. In the fracas that followed quick temper and a lack of proportion meant that it was beyond the capability of a group of adults to ascertain that no offence had actually been committed. This was an embarrassment for football and anti-racism. At the centre of it all is an innocent man whose livelihood and safety is at risk. One would have hoped that the BBC would take that into consideration in its reporting. However, the BBC is yet to report what actually happened because that would dilute the message it wants to send out. Instead we are seeing a steady stream of articles praising the players for walking off. The BBC is trying its utmost to spin the story as a positive for anti-racism when it is nothing of the kind.

Further to my earlier posting, with corrections. Another email from America.

The operation on the 9th November was on US territory and within the US Consulate in Frankfurt, so not on German sovereign territory. Gina Haspel was probably behind the reports of deaths, including that of her own death in Frankfurt, using real deaths now though to be from an unrelated helicopter crash.

The operation was taken after National Security Action Memorandum 57 transferred powers from the CIA to the Department of Defense. United States Secretary of Defense, Christopher Charles Miller, recently consolidated all US Special Forces under a single command. None of them answer to the Pentagon. All of them answer to the Secretary of Defense, and he answers to the President.

Trump told reporters at the White House. “You’ll see a lot of big things happening over the next couple of days”.

This could mean that Executive Order 13848 may be triggered by Dec 18.
Anyone, anywhere, who violated 13848, US or Foreign, can be sanctioned, arrested, tried, convicted and imprisoned. That includes those who hacked voting systems, provided equipment or software and those who participated in the use of such things.

Executive Order 13848 also empowers the US Treasury and State Dept to impose sanctions on banking, credit, assets and imports, including forfeiture, seizure, arrest and prosecution.

Speaking only for myself, what I believe, or don’t believe, is tested now more than ever.

As more and more traditional areas of information are shown to be compromised by ideology and activism, one looks further afield where, on occasion, extremes can be found, in all directions. Hence a cranked eyebrow is essential at all times.

What is noticeable is where the MSM mostly exists, directionally, and needs a cranked eyebrow more than most. And when found wanting, how it reacts, which is too often based on personal opinion involving terms like ‘trust’, ‘transparency’ and ‘integrity’, in lieu of fact or persuasive argument, which long ago they sacrificed along with any credibility.

Also even those one might imagine professional and experienced enough to know better to trot out trite dismissals from positions of presumed authority that just make them look arrogant and silly.

Along with their acolytes who appear on occasion to, at best, serve their pretensions poorly by trying the same.

Side stepping the non-news headlines about no Brexit trade deal, that for some reason incomprehensible to we non politicians, gets yet another delayed deadline – we breath a sigh of relief as John Barnes in the Telegraph tells us: ‘It’s not racist to say someone is black’

More the Texan legal case against the way the election was run in Pennsylvania, Michigan an, Georgia and Wisconsin, 17 other states have joined Texas in the filing with the Supreme Court . This is reported on Breitbart but not on the BBC or Telegraph, h as anyone seen it reported elsewhere? No longer can these challenges to Biden’s election be dismissed as eccentric or sour grapes. It’s far far too big for that now.
I don’t know anything about US law but it seems unlikely to me that a challenge from 18 states can be easily dismissed without full investigation and I feel certain that a full open and transparent investigation will reveal massive voting fraud by the Dems and eventually the President will win his second term. A hell of a lot of folks will be in prison if he does.
Even if by some strange legal logic the Supreme Court finds against the 18 states it surely hugely reduces the power of the Biden Harris administration . Over a third of the state legislatures believe that Biden is not the rightful President . I can’t see them accepting laws and requirements which they don’t like because they can so easily say that Biden isn’t legitimate. So I think this development is a great importance and I wonder if the BBC et al will report it and if they do how they will spin it.

Nigel tweets “It is clear the EU wants our PM to stick to his “oven ready deal” — also known as a new EU treaty.”

Indeed this was being pushed by their agent Starmer at PMQs yesterday.

But Bill Cash was correct on Monday in the HoC when he said
The EU has also, in my judgment, breached article 184 on the basis of the recognition, as it puts it, of our internal market. I believe in the basic principle that one party to a treaty cannot obtain from the other the execution of its obligations if it does not respect its own commitments. If the EU continues to act as it has done in the negotiations, particularly over the past few days, the United Kingdom would be entitled to terminate the withdrawal agreement on the basis of the EU’s breach of article 184.

In short we must repeal the withdrawal agreement, leave the ECHR, and tear up the political declaration – section 102 of which subordinates us to EU defence policy.

Without these things happening there is no real Brexit to speak of.

    NO DEAL.

Here is another humdinger of a story about our NHS heroes which should be first item on the news but needless to say is nowhere to be seen on the BBC.

I can hardly believe the numbers on this one. It’s in today’s Telegraph and could do with more clarity and less ambiguity but here is the face value jist of the article.

A list of the percentage of covid cases which were caught IN HOSPITAL at the named NHS trust since August 1.

    Hampshire 39%
    Epsom 37%
    Kingston 34%
    Dorset 32%
    Milton Keynes 30%

Another five are all over 27%.

This is an absolute scandal. The NHS are giving covid to huge numbers of people and in some cases killing them and the BBC is not batting and eyelid, and nor is anyone else.

Unless I’ve missed something, truly appalling.

My mother recently spent two weeks in hospital, during which there was an outbreak of Covid in another ward. She wasn’t affected but some poor blighters had, at best, a very rough time indeed.

As you say, it’s a scandal. However, I can’t see it being swept under the carpet in perpetuity – the ambulance chasers who infest the legal profession will see to that.

How do we measure intelligence? Is it indicated by the actions of a man who orders a lockdown and the end result is that Wales is now the only part of Britain with rising Covid rates? A policy that was interpreted by Trashco as meaning that female sanitary products were ‘non-essential’?

Last night I switched on the 10pm news on BBC1 – a bit late so I missed the headlines. Laura was speaking and her face looked as though she was sucking lemons – then we switched back to Hugh in the Studio who was definitely looking very grumpy. It meant I didn’t have to listen to their words, their faces told me the whole picture; that is that Boris’ dinner with Ursula wasn’t going well (in their eyes at least). I was a bit concerned that the only reason Laura was when she said something to the effect that nobody outside the dinner knew what was happening and I thought she may be worried that she was going to have to do some work and develop her own story rather than read a press release. But with what came out later it was obvious that somebody was leaking sufficient that the BBC knew that Boris hadn’t just caved in immediately to Ursula’s charm.

The BBC protects and endorses the EU and defends Antifa and Black Lives Matter, so perhaps it’s not surprising that they’re taking China’s side over America.

This scandal isn’t going to end in a Biden presidency, no matter how far into their ears the MSM shoves its collective fingers. Trump knows this election fraud was an act of war and prepared accordingly. One way or another, Trump will be president for at least the next four years.

Green activists like Natalie Bennet and Dale Vince are all over airwaves these days and usually given a free ride
    instead of proper confrontational debate.

Wednesday Dale Vince was on TalkRadio 2:35pm navigate to time

2:43pm Part III Collins read him a tweet
Peter “Why don’t the eco-fanatics agree to TV debates with scientists that disagree ?”
“Why are the people paying for all this not allowed to see such a debate ?
clearly the fanatics can’t justify the waste of money

Vince ” The IPCC is a group of international scientific fanatics
that are absolutely clear that CC is man made
    the scientific consensus is overwhelming
there is a fraction of a percent of scientists around the world that question that

It is not representative of a proper debate
    or reasonably logically held position
but it persists , a bit like antivaxxers”

Collins “You yourself would be easily prepared to debate with climate scientist who is skeptical of the current political moves around the green agenda”

Vince “Yehhhh (said in a tone which doesn’t indicate yes)
… I don’t think there are very many .. and those that might consider themselves scientists, might have questionable credentials”

Collins “A lot of them are former scientists, 20-30 years ago work in XYZ
..MAYBE WE WILL INITIATE SUCH A DEBATE
if we can find such a person
.. Dale it’s always Great to have you on Dale Wince OBE”
    ..
Collins “I have more of an understanding around some of the reservations around the green agenda than for antivaxxers
I am sure the green agenda divides in itself”
.. bangs on about clean air , “how could you say no to that ?”

“A third point ..Republicans for Climate change have realised there is money to be made
..embrace it at that level and you’ll get clean air on the way”

Green gimmick stuff is mostly more expensive ..so it’s granny that pays, not magic unicorns.

In Part I Vince had brushed away gas boiler replacement concerns with bluster
“Oh people have got it wrong it’s £8,000 over 30 years
    that’s just £250/year”

You maths dunce it would be £267, but AFAIK the £8k is an upfront cost TODAY for ground source heat pump installation
.. that you hope to recoup over 30 years, if nothing breaks.

Then if Carbon Capture* or new tech like fusion got working
.. other countries would laugh at the UK
    .
*Maybe not them ..but some proper new tech will come one day, always does.

Any guesses as to who might be responsible? I don’t have a clue. Neither, it seems, does the BBC.
    From the BBC website:

Thirty-two men have been charged with sexual offences in connection with abuse involving eight girls.

Most of the men, largely from the Kirklees area, are charged with rape offences which were allegedly committed between 1999 to 2012.

Police said the girls were aged 13 to 16 at the time with some victims being abused when they were young adults.

The alleged offences took place in parts of Kirklees, Bradford and Wakefield.

Read more news from across West Yorkshire

Police said the men had been charged as part of Operation Tourway, an investigation into non-recent child sexual exploitation in parts of West Yorkshire.

They are due appear at Kirklees Magistrates’ Court on 11 and 14 December.

Interesting. It looks as if the police have decided that they no longer care about police and public relations when this is over. That is what always happens in a totalitarian state. The police have to choose and nearly always make the wrong choice. . By any logical measure their actions were over the top. They could just have waited until the people came out. One police car would have been enough. The outcome would have been the same and any possible danger identical.
What the police have done is an open display of power. it is a high risk strategy in that the situation here is already unstable. I despair at the lack of common sense now.
The justification seems to be that the law is being broken. It is also clear that the law is widely despised and unenforceable. Wisdom is not now part of public policy.
Everything ends and if the police think that we will be going back to amicable police public relations then they are in error. West Midlands seems like Yorkshire to have a problem with command.

    https://www.telegraph.co.uk/politics/2020/12/10/eus-common-fisheries-policy-has-become-horrible-swear-word-fishing/

I can’t read the Telegraph article but this is the summary from Global Vision’s daily update:
Taking back control of our waters: If we are heading for no deal then the French may get a wake up call over their fisheries position and today the Telegraph take a look how fishermen view the Common Fisheries Policy. “The common fisheries policy to a fisherman is like the biggest, most horrible swear word you can have,” Scottish fisherman, Brian Stuart said. He talks about the decision fishermen made to either “take £28,000 for your boat or you get nothing and have to scrap it”.

This is an important article to read for those in the media that have constantly turned their noses up at the fishing communities. “Britain had the biggest resource. We have the biggest capacity to fish – our fleet was the biggest, and every time a country joined our fleetto reduce, and the only way they did that was very restrictive,” Mr Stuart said.

For now at least, it seems Boris is sticking to his guns and backing the communities that back him so heavily in the last general election. The decision has been made for yet another deadline, but sooner or later talks will have to be abandoned. The Prime Minister said he did not want to “leave any route to a possible deal untested” but was downbeat about the chances of an agreement after his three-hour dinner.

      https://hannity.com/media-room/a-little-late-portland-mayor-vows-no-autonomous-zones-in-city-after-months-of-riots.

Portland Mayor Ted Wheeler confused millions of followers on social media Wednesday when he vowed there will be no “autonomous zones” in his city; seemingly forgetting months of non-stop riots and anti-police protests.

“I am authorizing the Portland Police to use all lawful means to end the illegal occupation on North Mississippi Avenue and to hold those violating our community’s laws accountable. There will be no autonomous zone in Portland,” posted Wheeler on Twitter.

“We all agree many of our nation’s systems and structures are fundamentally racist and require significant reform. There’s a housing crisis, a health care crisis, an education crisis, an employment crisis, a mental health crisis, and an addiction crisis,” he wrote.

“It’s time for the encampment and occupation to end. There are many ways to protest and work toward needed reform. Illegally occupying private property, openly carrying weapons, threatening and intimidating people are not among them,” Wheeler concludes.
