It’s kicking off in Vienna with another act of terrorism.
Now we don’t yet know what has happened and who are the perpetrators.

But just in case it is another Islamic Incident the BBC are taking out insurance by putting the story exactly next to a ‘Far Right’ story they have miraculously decided is a top priority.

    https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-54787028
‘Grey wolves – Far Right group to be banned in France’

So in other words the banning of a group I’ve never even heard of in a foreign country is regarded by the BBC as equal to a mass shooting by terrorists.

    Truly appalling standards.

Sooner or later we probably really will have Far-Right militant groups. But why? Because the systematic censorship of moderate conservative views and discussions – say on islam and migration – will force the debate underground and push moderates into the arms of extremists.

Then the BBC will say: See? We told you about fascists under the bed.

      No BBC, you CREATED them.

More bias the BBC isn’t reporting.

In America Facebook has banned election ads in the final week. Guess who that hits most? The majority of Republicans will vote in-person tomorrow, whereas the majority of Dems have already voted by mail or early voting.

In his second term, President Trump might like to have a look at Section 230 which gives protection to social media companies. (And they know it, which is another reason they’re fighting Trump’s re-election tooth and nail.)

but the establishment/media are setting themselves up
The more they cheat , the bigger the backlash will be
I mean in terms of Team Trump winning in Senate/Congress then 2024

If the Republicans lose 2020 they might never hold power again. The Dems will flood in migrants, give existing and new ones the vote (80% Dem), possibly create new States, gerrymander boundaries, pack the Supreme Court, etc.

They’re openly discussing all of the above, and more.

    No, nothing sinister here.

And how, exactly, do they propose to test everyone in Liverpool?

    • AsISeeIt says:

The logistics of this look unfeasible.
First, the autorities would need to properly ID everyone in Liverpool.
This in itself would be an immense clerical feat.
How often do they test half a million people? Once a week? If not what’s the point?
Do they make the testing compulsory?
Say half a million population with just 1% non-compliance.
      5,000 jail new places?

      • Ian Rushlow says:

Ah, but if they tried to ID everyone then this would be discriminatory and racist against undocumented, vulnerable refugees who have Risked Their Lives To Escape War Zones And Persecution ™. Why aren’t the ‘uman rights lobby speaking out against this? Where are Surker and friends when they are really needed? C’mon BBC – get the campaign running.

I was watching Mastermind earlier. Yet another tranny contestant, together with a rather camp young man wearing black nail polish.

It’s beginning to get a bit tedious. I watched Dr Who since the days of Patrick Troughton, but I finally had to give it up. I have been a fan of Mastermind since Magnus Magnusson, but I don’t think I can take much more.

Also, in a question about Mikhail Kalashnikov, inventor of the AK47, Humphrys distinctly called him “her”. Are they trying to claim him for the trans lobby too? Maybe Stalin wore a frock and told Beria to call him Josephine?

I have a similar thing with Ken Bruce now. Pop Master contestants are being selected because of sex regardless of whether they know anything. The last one I listened to had 2 females (which I suspect was to make sure they had a female winner for the ‘equality review’ later) and the score was 9 points to 6 and zero for the 3 in 10. Despite Ken clearly encouraging the fairer sex far, far more then he does the dirty males.
I’m finally finished with the BBC. Though I did find Alex Lester on Planet Radio again !. He’s a complete luvvie but a nice chap.

Comments have been stopped everywhere now. Even the BBC only allow them on sport and Brexit/Virus topics when they can be sure Boris will get a panning.
The Daily Telegraph have now put EVERYTHING behind a paywall !. Times must be hard since they went woke.

Here’s a tip : click refresh on their page and click to stop the download as soon as it starts. You can read all their articles for free this way – but most are not worth bothering with. Far more interesting are the comments. But even they rarely allow comments on Trump, Feminism or their ‘new’ woke agendas now. We are slowly sinking into a left-wing fascist state.

And another terrible terrorist incident at a synagogue in Vienna today. I cannot imagine the kind of hate inside some people in order to do it.
But it seems that despite one attacker dead and many witnesses, nobody has any clue who did it. And we are getting strongly worded directives to people not to show any pictures or video of the victims on the internet. Because the terrorists would see where the police are apparently.
A more cynical person than me might think they are trying to put a lid on the whole thing until it’s not so newsworthy and the impact of who did it is not so great. Though that same cynical person also knows that if it was thought in any way to be white people who did it, it would be plastered over the headline.

The BBC’s 5 commercial channels on Freeview
I hadn’t realised that all UKTV channels on Freeview are now 100% BBC owned
So they are already running an archive based network with adverts
    Bringing in £100m/year revenue
And putting out some brand new material as well
like the lefty comedian panel shows.
I can see that 1980s licence fee payers might feel they paid for licence fee to fund shows that are earning the BBC cash today.
Though I wonder if the BBC has millions of real estate that means if licence payers were treated as shareholders they’d own part of that property.

Makes sense now as to why so few of the classics ever get reruns on the BBC.
The best channel of all was Granada. They really did make some good TV shows. Then it suddenly vanished and was replaced by some absolute tosh. I’m sure there is a story behind that one.

Tip: DO NOT LOOK INTO THIS MANS EYES WHILE VIEWING. You will find you cannot look away and will be hypnotised. I think he blinks about twice in the full 6 minutes :-).

Presidential race comes to an end

The most polarised US election campaign in decades has drawn to a close, with Donald Trump and Joe Biden taking part in their final rallies. Democrat challenger Mr Biden, alongside a few gorgeous, famous, rich, batsh*t faces, urged voters to “take back” democracy, adding: “We’re done with the tweets, the anger, the hate, the failure, the irresponsibility.” President Trump packed in a punishing last-minute tour of crucial states, repeatedly attacking his rival’s long record in politics. See, Joe good… Orange Man bad. Look back on a wild campaign in three bBC editted minutes.

The stakes couldn’t be higher or the nation more divided, says our North America editor Jon Sopel. So job done. There’s unease across the country, he adds, with shops and offices boarded up ahead of the result and workers told not to come in for fear of social unrest. The result might not be known for several days – this is why – only adding to the tension, but here are three headlines you might be waking up to on Wednesday.

Here’s how to follow election night across the BBC and what to look out for when you do. Finally, check out our simple guide for simple people to how the whole thing is rigged.

      Manhunt after shootings

Police in Austria are still searching for at least one suspect after several gunmen opened fire at six different locations in the capital, Vienna, on Monday evening. Two people were killed and at least a dozen more wounded, some seriously. One suspect was shot dead by police and another arrested, officials said.

Austrian Chancellor Sebastian Kurz called it a “repulsive terror attack”. The shootings took place near Vienna’s central synagogue but it’s not yet clear if that was the target. Leaders across Europe were quick to condemn the incident. Austria had until now been spared the sort of attacks that have hit other countries in the region.

                    Obviously to some.

                    Not to me.

I don’t get offended. Especially on blogs and forms and social media. Relentlessly chipper, I am.

I do however often have alternative opinions, and am happy to discuss them, or add additional information in their support if I think it worth pursuing in face of desires to… not do so.

                    Mostly pure fact, and example.

The BBC is relentless in using proxies, especially via ‘RT’ on twitter or RT and ‘quote’ or “quote” on Facebook and indeed editorial or live panel to get opinion or plain inaccuracy out there with faux degrees of separation deniability.

Hence it is as well to know their cast, past and/or present, when raising bias by the bbc.

I am hence happy to continue doing so.

Mehdi Hasan was a go to guy across bbc platforms for many years, as he worked down through MSM titles to near single number audience ones that still saw him invited on to offer impartial opinion on matters RoP, especially.

Along with Frankie he did go a bit far with a video series that was ‘unfortunate’ for a bbc brown eyed boy, and like Nish scooted off the USA to wow them there on shows like the one above, which I have never heard of.

He was mentioned on these pages recently when Warren used his platform to reach six more than her rallies manage. You might have missed that. He is now a US citizen, and it is interesting how that was achieved given his history. Ah, well, melting pot, diversity, and all that. Maybe Liz was a character witness or showed he was distantly related..

If one opts to ignore it, that is a strategy to maintain calm, but as ostriches may find, can be a short term one.

Since we’re on a literary binge let’s alight on the ‘i’ where we learn the crushingly inevitable – a black actress has been cast in a leading role in an adaptation of Philip Pullman’s classic: ‘Witch interview for new His Dark Materials. Jade Anouka’ – I guess the clue was in the title.

The ‘i’ front page seems oddly positive in tone: ‘Covid hope: rapid test trial starts this week’

Actor Johnny Depp might caution us on the danger of pinning all your hopes on a trial: ‘Shamed star… the end for Johnny Depp’ (Daily Express) ‘Depp’s career in tatters. Wife-beater faces ruin’ (Daily Star)

Just me or does the ‘i’ front page pic of a some kind of an oral swab test slightly remind one of childhood and having a buttercup held under the chin whilst a playmate diagnosed by way of a yellow shadow whether one liked butter or not. Whisper it quietly but I hear results from our covid testing system are just about as reliable.

The Mail delivers the BBC a broadside: ‘Earl Spencer: BBC’s vile slurs to entrap Diana’ The BBC is accused of a ‘whitewash’ and Martin Bashir of ‘yellow journalism’

It so happens Prince Prospero’s masquerade ball had seven rooms, each decorated in a different colour.

The Times seems to have adopted not yellow but distinctly beige journalism when it comes to its response to covid, going full fatalistic in tone: ‘Pandemic exhaustion. Why you’re tired. What to do about it. 20 things to do on your last days of freedom’

The Telegraph opts for the scare quotes in their scary headline: ‘Gunmen “target synagogue” in terrorist attack on streets of Vienna’

Returning to the crushingly inevitable, we note: ‘Headteachers and unions clash over keeping schools open’ (‘i’)

And on the US Presidential Election, we’ll keep our powder dry until the result – which might just take a few more days.

SOME FRIENDLY ADVICE TO ISLAMIC JIHADISTS

Listen guys, if you really want to take over Europe, destroy what’s left of Christendom and extend the Caliphate to the four corners as instructed by your murderous medieval warlord, it’s really very easy.

    Just stop killing people!

Instead, keep migrating to our shores as you’re already doing, legally or illegally; keep bringing over members of your infinitely extended families, villages, towns, entire regions; keep breeding faster than the native populations… and Bob’s your uncle.

You’re almost there, guys. Our pusillanimous politicians won’t stop you, nor will our Border Farce – in fact they’ll help you over. Our police won’t stand in your way either – they’ll arrest objectors. The authorities will do all they can to facilitate the Great Replacement. Our media and our lying BBC will continue to cover for you.

Ok, the odd Tommy Robinson might kick up a stink, but our boys in blue will deal with him as instructed by the Muslim Council. Soon he’ll be murdered anyway, or suicided in jail.

    See how easy it is?

We’re on your side, guys. Keep using our openness, generosity and tolerance against us, and you’re right as rain. At current rates, a few more years and you’ll be an unstoppably large minority. You already are in many parts. A few years later and you’ll outnumber us.

So make it easy on yourselves. Chill. Stop murdering Jews, Christians and unbelievers. Stop burning down synagogues, churches and cathedrals – oops, that was an accident, I forgot.

Keep taking our dole, our welfare, our child benefits; and silence all objections with the magic words ‘Islamophobia’ and ‘racism’. They’ll shut down all opposition, and open all doors – a bit like Open Sesame!

But listen: the beheadings and the terror thing doesn’t help your cause at all. It just annoys people, mildly, for a few days and turns public opinion against you. Politicians will spout a few meaningless platitudes about not dividing us; Church leaders will wring their hands and lie that ‘this has nothing to do with islam which is a religion of peace’; the BBC will invent new lies and excuses; and we’ll all have to listen to Kumbaya and Imagine. Do you realise how painful that is?

So please, do us all a favour: just stop murdering us, and in a few short years you’ll have yourselves a shiny new Caliphate. Then you can start really having fun, like in Syria and Iraq. Obligatory Sharia; forced conversions; mass torture and murder of infidels; rape on an industrial scale – nice and young, the way you like them; beheadings, burning people in cages and throwing gays off tall buildings. Will the Shard do? it’s got a handy viewing gallery.

It looks as though the deep state has everything in place to declare Biden the winner regardless of the actual result. And so died democracy.
They have clearly widely employed rigged voting but also have one of their infamous insurance policies in case this isn’t enough. That policy is to refuse to declare the result in some states until they can ‘find’ all the delayed or lost Biden votes. Will they get away with it ? Yes because they hold all the power and there is no one to hold them to account. That would once have been the job of the MSM but they are now all part of the globalist network. Some Trump supporters may protest but they will be ignored but if they persist they and their families punished .
If Biden becomes President by whatever means we can forget our democratic past . Elections will become , at best , a contest between slightly different packages of the same globalist product. We can only hope that President Trump wins by such a large margin that even the insurance policy fails. He must then find a way of crushing the deep state which has so far resisted all his attempts to do so.

The Guardian having to be a bit factual –

‘The victims were “an elderly man an elderly woman, a young male passerby and a waitress”, according to Austria’s chancellor, Sebastian Kurz. He praised as “brave” a police officer who was shot in the attack, who remains in a critical but stable condition.

The interior minister, Karl Nehammer, said the suspect, who was shot dead by police nine minutes into the attack, was a 20-year-old man of North Macedonian origin who had been convicted last year for membership of Isis after being arrested on his way to Syria to join the group. The man, who also possessed an Austrian passport, was released early from a 22-month prison sentence in December.

Nehammer said he had been armed with an automatic rifle and a hand gun, as well as a machete, and that he had been wearing a fake suicide vest.

Vienna’s hospital service said seven people remained in a life-threatening condition. In total, 17 people were being treated in hospitals, with gunshot wounds but also cuts from stabbing.

“We experienced an attack last night by at least one Islamist terrorist,” Nehammer told reporters. Authorities were still trying to determine whether further attackers may be on the run, he added.’

@G I have some notes I haven’t typed in yet
from the Andrew Norfolk Oct 24th Times article
Child abuse inquiry ‘scared of racist tag’
      https://www.thetimes.co.uk/article/child-abuse-inquiry-scared-of-racist-tag-nh2zcctwq

Baroness Jay now in charge of the Child Sex Inquiry
has specifically EXCLUDED known grooming/gang towns from the inquiry.
She say’s I did the Rotherham report, we know about these towns, but that is the past.
Instead she ordered investigation in 6 other towns, to examine if their procedures have learnt from Rotherham.
(Those towns are not Pakistani dominated)

Main Survivor spokeswoman Sammy Woodhouse was quoted

“have not placed survivors at the forefront” and are “selective in what they decide to look at”.
She added: “If you are going to get to the root of gang-related child sexual exploitation you need to go right to the heart of it.
… They are trying to bury what happened in places like Rotherham and Rochdale
because they’re scared of being called racist.”

      Other quotes backed this view
The quotes from Sarah Champion, the campaigning Rotherham MP

Nazir Afzal the rape gang prosecutor
described the IICSA’s conduct of the investigation as “a nonsense”.

Maggie Oliver : “too frightened to open the hornet’s nest”

      • StewGreen says:

The article is followed by a Times opinion piece
What all those past grooming scandals had in common was that they involved men of south Asian, and in particular Pakistani, heritage. The inquiry would have been the first opportunity to investigate possible linkages across the country.

Indeed it is hard to avoid the conclusion that this is precisely why the inquiry chose not to investigate.
It appears to have shown a timidity when confronted with crimes committed by predominantly Muslim gangs that it did not show when shining a torch on the failings of the Catholic and Anglican churches.
This timidity not only fails the victims of past abuse who are denied their chance to tell their stories but raises the possibility that important lessons will not be learnt.
In this respect, the inquiry risks failing future victims too.

..I can’t imagine the BBC daring to write the same.

          Reader comments
“Perhaps poor often vulnerable (e.g.fostered or in care homes) white girls groomed and abused for years don’t count as much as public school boys (in the main) abused by monks & priests”

“Labour is taking the moral high ground about the tories denying free school meals to supposedly starving kids but has been complicit in the industrial scale rape & abuse of thousands of children in its heartlands.”

“Nobody is (publically) willing to acknowledge that these offences were based on religion, not race.”

“Institutional Racism in favour of BAME/Muslims ”

People complained that malicious people were flagging up comments and getting them banned
but that after time The Times had put them back.
The Guardian is a victim of that but it usually doesn’t put comments back, only onside ones.

Speaking of whip hand. Remember Enoch ? here is part of his speech made in 1968 which still resonates today………..

“In the speech Powell recounted a conversation with one of his constituents, a middle-aged working man, a few weeks earlier. Powell said that the man told him: “If I had the money to go, I wouldn’t stay in this country… I have three children, all of them been through grammar school and two of them married now, with family. I shan’t be satisfied till I have seen them all settled overseas.” The man finished by saying to Powell: “In this country in 15 or 20 years’ time the black man will have the whip hand over the white man”.[6]

        Powell went on:

Here is a decent, ordinary fellow Englishman, who in broad daylight in my own town says to me, his Member of Parliament, that the country will not be worth living in for his children. I simply do not have the right to shrug my shoulders and think about something else. What he is saying, thousands and hundreds of thousands are saying and thinking – not throughout Great Britain, perhaps, but in the areas that are already undergoing the total transformation to which there is no parallel in a thousand years of English history. We must be mad, literally mad, as a nation to be permitting the annual inflow of some 50,000 dependents, who are for the most part the material of the future growth of the immigrant descended population. It is like watching a nation busily engaged in heaping up its own funeral pyre. So insane are we that we actually permit unmarried persons to immigrate for the purpose of founding a family with spouses and fiancées whom they have never seen.”

As you’re probably aware JHB is passionately opposed to any further lockdowns. Three, fairly eminent, Tory MPs were brought on to defend the government’s position on imprisoning the population for, at least, another month. She made mincemeat of them.

Two of them, Andrea Leadsome and Peter Bone, I used to have some respect for, but, ye gods they were pathetic. When asked if he’d vote against the government, after making all the right noises of resistance, all Bone could come out with was “I’ll have to think about it nearer the time.” Okay, so with an opposition that actually supports even more draconian lockdowns, no rebellion can possibly win. But Bone was even reluctant to offer any resistance. You’d love to be in the trenches with someone like this.

Robert Jenrick I don’t have much time for anyway. He always comes across as being slippery and insincere. His demeanour suggests an oily estate agent. “An upmarket, rather snug one bedroom abode in an aspiring part of the capital”…turns out to be an old garage in Lewisham. He was was clearly out of his depth, stammering and constantly referring to the debunked graphs and figures that were comprehensively dismantled within hours of Boris’s weekend debacle.

    What a bloody shambles…

JHB’s key point was the projection used were BS
“They showed us a graph projecting up to 4,000 deaths/day
but never mentioned that that model wrongly predicted that we should be having 1,000 death/day”
(the actual 7 day average is about 200)
“That model is clearly out of date, will you still be voting yes even though the government hasn’t shown you the new evidence ?”
      ..and they both said “yes”

So far he has been too bust counting murdered Londoners to say anything about Islamic terrorism in Vienna but I think we can guess where his ‘thoughts and prayers ‘ will be going ….

Ironically it seems that the current city hall is leased from some Kuwaiti mafia family …sorry ‘business enterprise ‘ …

When today’s numbers come out, prior to the lockdown vote, what’s the betting they will show a big increase in cases and deaths (with covid involved)

Yesterday’s quite low numbers suggest a saving up of cases/deaths so that MPs can be frightened into voting for the lockdown when a ‘big increase’ suddenly happens today.

By the way, if Anne Boleyn was black, as per the tv, that must mean Queen Elizabeth the first was a darkie.

The fact we have got to US Election Day and Trump is in with a decent shout is a miracle.

If the BBC and the whole of the MSM had their way, if their relentless and frankly disgusting bias was swallowed up by everyone and not just brain dead Lefties, then Biden should be 1/1000 in the bookies.

The fact he is only 4/9 and Trump 7/4 shows that despite all the polls and the BBC already celebrating, its far from over.

The barage Trump has had to deal with for 4 years, 99% of the media 100% against him, the lies, the russia hoax, the impeachment and here he is, with a decent chance shows the metal of the man and also to me, shows that lots more folk are seeing thru this disgusting propaganda that the media is peddling.

4 more years of Trump, yes please, 4 more years of Sopel Zurcher, Maitliss crying, even more so please.

    Come on the Donald. Please.

Poll released by Trafalgar yesterday has Trump leading in Nevada for the first time. He’s maintaining his leads everywhere else. Unfortunately, the Dems are trying their best to fix Pennsylvania and Florida with extended counting deadlines and closing polling stations supposedly due to electors having COVID respectively, but Trump’s enthusiasm rating is over 80% compared to just roughly 55% for Biden so it’s unlikely to have any effect. We can only hope and literally pray at this stage, but there’s no question that Trump has all the momentum at the right time – and the BBC is on course for another embarrassment if the voters come through.

Data used to justify England’s second national lockdown is ‘proven’ to be false, Prof Carl Heneghan claims
The modelling, which was presented at a Downing Street press conference on Saturday is so outdated that it suggests daily deaths are now around 1,000 a day.
In fact, the daily average for the last week is 260, with a figure of 162 on Saturday.
Prof Heneghan told the Today programme: “Mathematically it is now proven to be incorrect particularly the 4,000 estimate of deaths that would occur in December and why that is because it is already about four weeks out of date.
I have listened to this Prof Heneghan on this very subject-a most interesting man with a clear view on this present Lockdown issue.
He has urged Whitty and Valance to provide really clear information to MPs to explain why a second lockdown has been ordered, when they appear in front of the Science and Technology Committee this afternoon.
I am sure like many of you good people find, what Prof Heneghan has indicated extremely concerning as well as confusing. We might well ask why such scientific information as offered to the government has been so wide of the mark, and subsequently disaterous to induce what appers an unnecessary lockdown.

Boris is reminding me of one of those confused pensioners who keep getting ripped off by pikey gangs.

They came in the spring, and told him his roof needed mending. Pay in cash please sor, and we’ll take you to the building society to draw the money out, no problem.

Now they have waited till the autumn, and they are back, only this time it’s his drive which needs doing. They keep lists of suckers, and bleed them dry.

Boris is obviously on the SAGE/Imperial College suckers’ list. He falls for it every bloody time. Whether it’s because he had Covid, or has a new baby in the house, or both, BoJo has lost his Mojo. He looks like someone who has been taken hostage. I expect him to appear in public holding a copy of today’s newspaper to prove he is alive.

I have never seen anyone decline as quickly and totally as Alexander Boris de Pfeffel Johnson. The fun loving Brexiteer of only nine months ago is a cowering wimp who is ruled by a scientific cabal who don’t care a fig about freedom or the economy.

Don’t even get me started on Brexit! If he messes that up too, he needs to go.

I don’t know about anyone else, but this is the longest day of my life. It was nerve-shredding four years ago, but I think it’s worse this time around because we didn’t know at that stage if Trump would actually deliver. Now that he has, and has done so much to support democracy and peace around the world as well as doing so much for all Americans of all races and genders, it would be an absolute heartbreaker if his work is flushed away for a man with a history of racism, inappropriate touching of underage girls and corruption – all things the left accuses Trump of doing, without evidence of course – and who clearly has early-onset dementia and shouldn’t be running in the first place. He’s a Manchurian candidate for Kamala Harris, who isn’t even popular with Democrats hence why she was weeded out of the primaries early on. Meanwhile, Trump exhudes optimism and his rallies – both organised and spontaneous – are full of hope and enthusiasm, which is desperately needed during the pandemic.

I will be glad when the result is finally known, whichever way it goes, just so I can stop ruminating. But I don’t think I’ve ever wanted anything more than Trump’s re-election in my life, aside from Brexit – and the two are now absolutely intertwined. As Obama said four years ago after the election to reassure Democrats, “the sun will rise in the morning” one way or another, but it’s not going to feel like it if Harris wins. I’m confident that the American people will come through, because they know it’s no longer just about them. The world needs Trump right now.

Nice to see Trump denouncing islamic terror.

“The U.S. stands with Austria, France, and all of Europe in the fight against terrorists, including radical Islamic terrorists.”

Contrast that with his muslim predecessor who couldn’t even put the words islam and terror in the same sentence, and made idiotic statements about it being the least terrorist religion.

It’s started already: the prevarications, obfuscations, equivocations, evasions and downright lies about the terror attack in Vienna.

The BBC quote the Chancellor’s statement that the attack was driven by “hatred of our way of life, our democracy”.

Now I’m not convinced that the killers were enraged by Vienna schnitzels and concert cafés playing waltzes, or how the Austrians elect their leaders.

I think you’ll find it has more to do with a religion hell-bent on world domination by violent means, as clearly spelt out in its war manual by its founder, and dutifully carried out over the centuries since.

He went on to declare that the nation was engaged “not in a battle between Christians and Muslims, he stressed, but “between civilisation and barbarism”.

I would suggest that the two propositions in that dichotomy are not mutually exclusive. Both can be true.

They’re also currently suppressing voting in Republican areas of Philadelphia right now by not opening until hours after they were meant to, and refusing to allow certified Republican poll watchers to watch the voters as they’re legally entitled to. There was rumour that the National Guard might be deployed, but that’s probably fake news. At least it’s getting plenty of attention from the PA GOP online and of course Trump has already stated he will sue Pennsylvania if there’s evidence of voter fraud. Given their attorney general stated yesterday that Biden would win, he has every right to be suspicious.

However, they used similar tactics last year and still lost the state by about 80,000 votes, so fingers crossed it won’t come to that. Not to mention, if Trump retains the other states he won’t even need PA. It could only be a problem if he loses PA and Wisconsin, as then it would come down to North Carolina where there’s a nine-day extension for mail-in ballots. That’s why the news that he’s suddenly ahead in Nevada and is being spoken about as the likely winner in both Minnesota and New Hampshire is so important.

Incidentally, the only coverage the BBC has given to the Philly situation is a little fluff line about ‘dancing at the polls.’ They forgot to mention the campaigning at the polling stations, including both people handing out leaflets and posters outside the buildings – both of which are also completely illegal.

In Florida, they (dems) are complaining because you cannot vote if you have outstanding criminal court fines. Pay your fine off and you can vote.

The dems don’t like it because a huge number of their voters are affected by this ruling. Blacks, criminals, drug dealers and suchlike will not be voting and its thought that 90% of this lot would vote for Biden.

But when I think about the situation now, with us all pinning our hopes on the USA to make the right decision it all seems rather sad that if we had a Trump like figure in the UK he would be unlikely to be selected as a candidate for the Tory Party not to mention the others.
So here we are, us brits, cheering on a candidate in another country who we can’t vote for, as the only hope for us.
