Panorama gave the aviation industry a spanking tonight . It didn’t say that the reason aviation fuel is cheap is because America keeps the cost of avgas low as it can’t be overtaxed like your petrol and lovely diesel .

It didn’t say that the future of flight without increased flying without CO2 is the rubber band method which is okay on short or medium flights but need s long haul passengers to cycle the rubber band to keep it in the air.

Every time I fly I plant a tree – which means southern England will be reforested by 2022.and I love flying over melting things and increasing the acidity of the sea .

The Scottish National Portrait Gallery in Edinburgh has said it will no longer show the BP Portrait Award exhibition.

“We recognise the need to do all we can to address the climate emergency,” National Galleries Scotland said.

The prize is run by London’s National Portrait Gallery and has been sponsored by the oil giant for 30 years.

An annual exhibition of the entries has toured to Edinburgh for a decade, but this year’s show, which opens there on 7 December, will be the last to do so.

Yes, this climate emergency is really gathering pace. But interesting to see that the port of Oulu in the Gulf of Bothnia is already iced up in early-November and, of course, who can forget the unfortunate stranding of the Swedish climate vessel Malmö in pack ice in Svalbard (by the way only 74°N) on 3 September and at a time of maximum ice melt in the northern hemisphere.
It’s also strange that there were never any floods or wild fires prior to 2000 or so it would seem listening to the BBC.

Clinton attacks timing of UK’s Russia report

      Clinton

A report on alleged Russian interference in UK politics is not due to be published until after the general election. Former US presidential candidate Hillary Clinton has told the BBC she thinks this decision was “inexplicable and shameful”, adding that voters “deserve” to see its findings beforehand.

But Chancellor Sajid Javid said the timetable was “perfectly normal” because of the sensitive nature of the document, compiled by Parliament’s Intelligence and Security Committee. Labour disagrees, with shadow foreign secretary Emily Thornberry calling the decision on timing “clearly politically motivated”.

The report was completed in March and handed to Downing Street in October. So what might be in it? We take a look.

      ***

General election 2019: Labour promises free jobs retraining

There’s a month to go until the general election on 12 December. In its latest announcement, Labour is promising to spend an extra £3bn a year to give free access to vocational training for up to 300,000 adults annually. The Conservatives have a National Retraining Scheme for those wanting to update their skills, while the Liberal Democrats are pledging a £10,000 “skills wallet” for each adult.

Meanwhile, the row over spending plans continues. The Conservatives have called Labour’s proposals “reckless”, but Labour says this is “fake news”.

And a Lib Dem candidate has stepped down over racist and homophobic tweets posted 10 years ago.

Here’s what happened on the campaign trail on Monday. Plus, amid all the detail and developments, try our really simple guide to the election.

The left are really annoyed by this. It goes to show that they where relying on TBP to split the Tory votes to give Labour a better chance of winning. I have mentioned before that the Benn act was not just about delaying Brexit but to weaken Johnson’s reputation if going into an election without Brexit being delivered as TBP would still get votes.

The Benn act was clearly an attempt to manipulate leave voters into not knowing who to vote for. Divide and conquer, that is Marxist game.

There is also hints that the BBC where seeming concerned when interviewing Farage and Brexit Party candidates when TBP where not sure about standing in all areas. The BBC know that the absence of TBP would mean a larger chance of a Tory win and of course Brexit would be delivered.

To the BBC it does not matter if it is a soft Brexit or a hard Brexit. Brexit is still Brexit and they only want remain. I expect a lot of glum faces at the BBC at the moment.

That’ll be the wicked patriarchy, which has ensured that Hillary Clinton never progressed beyond being a simple housewife. Or are we talking the about the patriarchy that prevented Chelsea Clinton landing a $600K salary as a ‘special correspondent’ at NBC News, despite a lack of journalistic experience. Or maybe it’s the special form of patriarchy as practiced in countries such as Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Brunei, which have contrbuted tens of millions of dollars to the Clinton Foundation. Just asking. As the BBC won’t.

I am looking forward to the leader debates. The Johnson against Corbyn story on ITV will bring in a lot of viewers but no doubt the BBC will be watching as well and would of course side with anything witty that Corbyn makes. Word for word it would be the same as the rubbish that you will read in the Guardian, Independent and Mirror about how Corbyn was ‘pressing’ and ‘engaging’ while they would write Johnson off the moment he speaks.

The BBC are doing a remake of the H G Wells classic The War of the Worlds, only with their own peculiar PC slant on it.
Last night they openly discussed their leftist agenda on radio 4 where they replace the male protaganist with a female one because they are ‘exploring sexist issues’
They set it in Edwardian England where they ‘explore issues with the British Empire’ AKA anti white race hate.

So, it has little to do with the original thrust of the story of an alien invasion and has been bastardised into a leftist propaganda piece.

In the private sector the phrase go woke go broke applies and several films with this Fascist agenda have bombed but thanks to the ‘unique way’ the BBC is funded they simply don’t need to care whether their output is popular or not.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: I really admire you forum members who visit the BBC (or watch it). I visit the website for a quick visual of the football results and inevitably scold myself when my curious eye descends upon one of the sub-headings on the main site, despite my mental exertions to try to steer clear of them.

But each one is like a Pandora’s box isn’t it?

Today I opened the box about the ‘100 explosions in Sweden. What’s going on?’ I knew before I even started reading it that I was going to get stressed but oh..no…I had to indulge didn’t I? Thankfully, when the article inevitably moved on to the bit about immigration is not to blame’, despite what people might think, it brought a smile to my face.

It reminded me so much of an old Monty Python sketch where John Cleese asks a porter where he can get the train to Bolton and the porter (Terry Jones) blurts out “I don’t have to do this job you know!!! I only do it cos I like being my own boss.”

In other words, the Beeb were responding to the obvious by trying to provide a statement to suit it’s own agenda and not what you have been thinking about.

Given that Brexit ( of a sort) has moved closer following Nigel’s announcement re not opposing sitting Tory MPs, let us consider the Remainer response both before and after the election.
It seems likely that there will be some response from the parties of Remain . Could labour agree to another electoral pact with Lib Dem’s and the rest? Have they something else up their sleeves? The last three years teaches us that the Remain elite won’t take this lying down and any manner of dirty tricks can be expected.
After the election , supposing there is a Leave majority, the Remainers know that the Boris deal can be mightily influenced by the trade negotiations, making it harder or softer. So they , the Remainers, will be focusing on what they can do to soften the deal. This gives scope to closet Tory Remain MPs and civil servants, most of whom are dedicated Remainers , to work under cover to neuter the Boris deal . Who knows if this would be with the consent of Boris and other cabinet ministers. Obviously good representation of BP MPs would mitigate this to some extent and if the ERG Tories allied with them it may be sufficient to harden up the Boris deal. But the key factor will be do the ERG and BP have enough votes to veto any softening.
There is still plenty of drama to come after the GE even if we have at first sight a Leave Parliament.

Please consider this Nigel. I agree Conservatives should not stand in Labour strongholds. In these constituencies especially where there is a ‘Leave’ majority, The Brexit Party stand a much greater chance of winning.

The next headline on the news was the exponential increase in suicide experienced since the election. Apparently thousands of Remainers who were suffering from BDS have been tipped over the edge and are self combusting. The police are advising that it is dangerous to approach anyone showing signs of advanced BDS , these include foaming at the mouth and smouldering hair. Once the affected Remainer reaches this stage ignition is imminent and there is nothing that can be done to save them and an exclusion zone of twenty metres must be formed around them immediately and the fire brigade called to dampen down any collateral fires.

I was wondering if the Conservatives were as venal as they are dumb, but it is pretty clear they are simply always more dumb.

The Limps are dumb too, but they are a whole lot more venal and have have better street smarts and a much better grasp of social media, pr and promo. The have the local media in their pockets and the letters pages in the bag.

    Also local Facebook pages.

A while ago I came to realise a crafty technique. They get their activists (councillors, agents, family… Limps seem to go into Politics as a unit) to trawl local pages and ask to be ‘friends’ with those who engage on events, news, etc and have a following.

At first it’s all fetes and bandstands they share, so, fine.

But then you notice it’s a crafty ‘personal’ post about how the planet is in danger or the chicken is tasting of chlorine. So, huh?

Then it’s outright propaganda still seeded in the fluffy local stuff.

    Then the avatar goes orange.

And if you counter something daft they call you a Russian troll.

Meanwhile our tool of a Tory posts about he has been made a Junior Minister, does not like to talk about his Brexit beliefs as they are a personal matter, and how much he loves the county football team (yeah, right) once every month.

You get what you vote for.

BBC locally of course is totally behind XR, so it’s Greens or Limps, both parties fielding daffy old bats unqualified to be the assistant Manageress of the local Barnardos.

So despite having to hold my nose for around an hour, again, I am going to have to vote tactically, again, just to make sure the message on Brexit is received loud and clear.

Especially on the next Limp bus outing to a march in London.

And I just know that Tory will claim it is a ‘ringing endorsement’.

    Just wait, chum. Just wait.

All the flooding! Climate change etc etc!!

What the BBC isn’t telling is that the EU banned rivers being dredged because of potential effects on wildlife and now rivers which might have been 15 metres deeps are now around 3 metres !

The BBC aren’t about the blame the EU for all this!

I switched on TWATO to hear the presenter talking to two Yorkshire ladies each marooned by the floods. One of the ladies blamed the authorities for not clearing four feet of silt from the local river. Still, what do they know? Next on was an Australian climate change “expert”. “Is there a connection between the floods and the fires in New South Wales?” was the Beeboid’s first question. No prize for guessing his answer.

Thinking point: Is there any problem in the world today that isn’t caused by climate change?

Did anyone put themselves through the torment of listening to Mathew Lefty Wright on Talk Radio this afternoon?
There was a guest “expert? Scientist?” trying to baffle us with science, claiming that dredging the rivers was a waste of money/time/effort. He said that it was all about the moving volume of water and how moving the water more quickly causes issues where the water “bottlenecks” at structures such as bridges etc. I didn’t have a clue what he was on about, but then neither did he, probably.

R5 going to town with 2x Clintons talking about gutsy women. I’m obviously not the target audience, but as far as I can tell:

Gutsy women = speaking truth to power
    Gutsy men = toxic masculinity*

Interesting that they are spinning Hillary’s decision to stick with her marriage to serial cheater Bill as an illustration of gutsiness. One of those times when the beeb’s unwavering commitment to feminist empowerment, umm…. wavers. But — as so often — they get a free pass, because they’re the Clintons.

“Bearded Billionaire called out over Tweet”. Richard Branson, bearded billionaire and BBC favourite has had to apologise after publishing a tweet containing a picture with too many White People. ‘Sir’ Dick was in South Africa at the launch of his new Branson Centre of Entrepreneurship. The specific criticism is that the photograph does not reflect the diversity of the much-loved (by the BBC) rainbow nation who beat England in the rugby (on behalf of the BBC), leading one person to respond “Where did you find so many white people in South Africa??? That must have really taken an honest effort for exclude the majority of the population which is just as skilled and talented. Wow. Incredible”.
The BBC thoughtfully include a graph, showing that Black Africans make up 80.9% of the SA population, whereas Whites only make up 7.8%. So presumably, a general photograph should reflect that mixture, otherwise it would be ‘waycist’.
But hang on. In the UK, 85% of the population are White and only just over 3% of the population are black. So why doesn’t the BBC follow the same principle? Why are ethnic minorities so over-represented in nearly all BBC articles, programmes and news reports?

But we all know why, and it’s not about hypocrisy.

    Two observations:

    1. Funny how the anti-Semitic Labour Party is in alliance with the Scottish Nationalist Socialists.

    2. Both major parties’ leaders have been attacked by ex-MPs of their own party. The ex-Conservatives attacking Johnson are the extremists (remainiacs) while the ex-Labour MPs and Lords who are calling for people to vote for Boris are the moderates and those calling out Corbyn’s anti-Semitism.

Taking a leaf out of the Demorats book, the labour Party and the BBC are now working hard hand-in-hand to blow up the alleged “Cyber Attack” on Labour HQ into a hit piece smear against the Conservatives.

    Russia, Russia, Russia no doubt…

As a webmaster I spend quite a lot of my time fending off and blocking such attacks on all sorts of sites, it’s often kids on PC’s in their bedrooms who are the culprits or the ISP has a switch go down for a while etc.

But no, in this case it’s the evil Right Wing bogey men trying to trash democracy no doubt about it to the BBC.

It just proves how desperate they are that they are pushing already failed lefty tools and tactics.

    Desperation I think!

Clinton invited onto BBC to demand release of intelligence report into alleged Russian interference….gets big headlines just as Labour claims to have suffered a major sophisticated cyber-attack originating in Russian.

Lol…only interference in our election is from a washed up, bitter, corrupt American whose Party machine actively worked with the Russians to undermine Trump….her bank account overflows wth Russian roubles, the dodgy dossier came from Russian intelligence and the Trump Tower sting was organised by the same people who arrange that dodgy dossier.

But never mind all that…Emma Barnett had serious, probing, challenging questions to ask Clinton…..but she lost the script somewhere….and had to make do with one of the fawning ‘interview’ scripts Nihal uses on his celebrity mates.

Yesterday the ‘gutsy’ Emma Barnett literally shrieked at Sayeeda Warsi because she was still in the Conservative party…which we all know is Islamophobic. Barnett insisted no Muslim could or should vote for the Tories due to their Islamophobia….of course no definition of Islamophobia nor indeed any examples given…mainly because the vast majority of examples are not in fact what any balanced, normal person would consider ‘Islamophobia’…perhaps best described as an irrational hatred or violence towards Muslims….much would indeed be ‘rational’ criticism and dislike due to events and the beliefs and values inherent in Islam.

So Barnett’s message….Muslims mustn’t vote Tory. Gutsy Emma doubled down on this today with an unparralled partisan broadcast that pilloried and villified the Tories, Boris and Brexit with what were nothing less than shrill political attacks and poisonous conspiracy theories by Hillary Clinton who was allowed to rant uncontrollably claiming Trump is a President who admires dictators, wants to be one and who tramples on the Magna Carta.

But let’s start at the beginning…Barnett’s opening salvo in the politics part of the interview…

‘Who do you trust more…Trump or Borisi Johnson?’

Some might suggest that was a very loaded and leading question…which puts out there the idea that neither of them are trustworthy…a Labour narrative.

Hillary claimed she couldn’t really answer that, however later of course she opened up wth a barrage of lies and smears stating that they were both under the influence of the Russians and Brexit was won by the Russians…but before we got to that she immediately, and unprompted, went into a well practised spiel about the intelligence report into alleged Russian interference in our democratic processes.

She claimed it was inexplicable and shameful that it hadn’t been published….but she hadn’t read it..of course.

Hmmm…so an American politician, whose Party is working in cahoots with Remainers, gets invited onto Remain BBC to pressurise the Leave government to do something a Remain politician, along with the Labour Party, has demanded …..and she and the BBC are concerned about Russian interference in the election!…how about American interference?

Just remember she raised this totally unprompted, nothing led up to this, nothing gave her an opening to say this…she just suddenly blurted it out…now a cynic might suggest the whole thing had been scripted and agreed before hand…an even more cynical cynic might suggest that the timing of Labour’s ‘cyber-attack’ was convenient…just as Clinton was on the BBC to demand a report into Russian cyber-attacks be published….a Labour Party stunt…..let’s face it…nothing really happened…..even the BBC, after its sensationalist headlines for most of the day admits..nothing happened of any concern….

‘The Labour Party says it has successfully defeated a cyber-attack targeted at its digital platforms…..

Our security correspondent said he had been told the attack was a low-level incident – not a large-scale and sophisticated attack – and the National Cyber Security Centre did not need to take any action as it had been resolved.’

So complete fabrication by Labour…fake news, lies and wilful deceit….but don’t expect the BBC to challenge this too loudly.

Barnett continually fed Clinton chances to attack Boris…asking if Boris and Trump shared characteristics….Barnett declaring So Boris is the British Trump…hmmm…another Corbyn line.
She went on with this line asking if characterisations of the two were similar….such as ‘fake news’….both liars.

Clinton demurred…for a second…and then launched the attack…apparently we only need to look at the evidence…there is no great benefit to Brexit, Trump is a wannabe dictator who spreads hate and violence towards women….she’d seen her colleagues threatened but none killed like Jo Cox…no wonder women are terrifed and don’t want to serve….but that’s what happens when you get autocrats and dictators who spread hate and use intimidation to drive women out of politics….they flood society with hate, leaders who incite hatred and cruelty.

This was all of course directed at Boris without mentioning his name…just a continuation of the BBC’s narrative that Boris is dangerous to women and his language is irresponsible, dangerous and fuels anger and stokes division and hate.

Hang on….didn’t someone try to shoot Trump, don;t celebs and lefties frequently ask for Trump to be killed, didn;t in fact a Republican Congressmand and his staff get shot by a Democrat, isn’t it Boris who in fact recieves more abuse and threats than any other politician, isn’t it Farage and co who have received endless threats and indeed been victims of actual violence, isn’t it Leave politicians and voters who get the vast majority of the abuse and hate….and isn’t it the Leavers who Remainers openly hope will die…maybe in a really cold winter…the BBC even broadcasting such a video hoping for their death on one of its flagship news programmes?

So whe Clinton claims Trump and Boris are, deliberately mind, inciting and directing violence and hatred how is it that the truth about who is really using violent language and actual violence just doesn’t get mentioned by the likes of Barnett, how is it that we get an extraordinarily one-sided view of what is really happening?

Naturally the BBC filled the news bulletins with Clinton’s rants and conspiracy theories as fact….Barnett even highlighted and repeatedly quoted Clinton saying Brexit had been influenced by the Russians.

Ths is extraordinary interference in our politics during an election. The BBC has deliberately and knowingly invited in Clinton with the sole intention that she do as much damage to Boris Johnson as possible with smears, lies and outright conspiracy theories….the BBC orchestrated her attack on the government for not publishing the report iinto alleged Russian interference..and did so in conjunction with the Labour Party…perfectly timed along with a supposed ‘cyber-attack’ which Labour is claiming was from Russia.

Funny isn’t it…not one question about what Clinton thought of Cobyn. Odd huh? Plenty about farage and Boris..not one about Corbyn.

During the war some Jews, the infamous Ghetto Police, helped the Nazis round up other Jews to be sent to the camps…..any echoes of that as a Jewish Emma Barnett helps to put a virulently anti-Semitic Labour Party under Corbyn’s rule into power as Jews once again flee Europe? The irony…yesterday shrilly demanding Muslims not to vote for an Islamophobic Conservative Party…today shilling for the anti-Semitic Labour Party whose leader’s friends include those who would destroy Israel and kill all Jews.
