No society wants to separate children from their parents but, in my opinion, subjecting vulnerable and gullible youngsters to the doctrine of any religion is akin to child abuse. Why would any modern, enlightened society want the poison, that is Islam, passed onto another generation? China’s actions, if true, should be lauded, not condemned.

As of last week the UK high courts have ruled that the word ‘parents’ can be banned by the state for legal protection reasons such as religon or a ‘suspicion’ of child neglect (i.e object) which can mean therefore a failure to comply with a ‘new’ school ‘RSE’ curricullum for the demented. Now can be (will be enforced soon) by a report to the Police – if parents continue to object to LGTQFX agendas and persons not normally ‘invited on school premises’ continue to be the new normal i.e. trans dressed as story-tellers for seven year olds) being currently pushed through in haste against parents wishes. Teachers can be sacked if they don’t sign up to the new RSE ruling and can report ‘parents’ for obstruction or remove parents or pupil from a school as in Scotland here: Scottish school ban.

Nothing to do with biased bbc but I wonder what you think.

I’ve just been watching a cookery program (hairy bikers) which seems to follow the same recipe types as just about every other cookery show.
The two main ingredients are sugar and fat.
Heaps of icing, brown, ground or whatever type of sugar (or treacle, syrup etc) together with jugs of double cream, condensed milk, evaporated milk, butter, oil and whipped cream all drowned in various fats and other calorie high stuff.

How on Earth are all these cooks not morbidly obese.

Nigella still has a lovely figure yet all her food must have four figure calorie counts.

Shouldn’t there be more cooking shows which use less ‘bad’ ingredients instead of these fat bomb shows.
We live in a nanny state yet these shows are unaffected while we are told sugar is so bad and diabetes is increasing.

I’m all for free choice in foodstuffs but some balance between healthy and indulgent meals would be nice.
    Maybe after Brexit!

If you have ever wondered who are these people behind the BBC and where do they come from (not the common thrill seeking drug induced staff) but the upper echelon of privilege of class socialism cloaked in liberal values that wend there way into public life into ‘high office’ because of the old school link behind civil service preferences.

Its a job for the (old) boys.
Under the title Times Diary. I learn that ‘plum academic posts’ go to college ‘alumni’: are applicable to (although he has not applied for the post); George Osbourne (ex Chancellor and now head of the ‘anti-brexit’, ‘Evening Standard’ as former director of ‘Brexit apocalypse’ of Cameron team. He is also considering another post as (the new Legarde replacement) for Chief Director of the IMF (as he has made such a big success of his last two roles(!). But then does have nine other part time jobs. But then there is also William Hague, a liberal Conservative and Jeremy Hunt as supposed Conservative (!) who is looking to be our next PM – if we can overlook his past failings in ‘Theresa Mays’ inner cabinet. Ian Hislop is another old Oxford educated alumni with buttered toast and silver spoon who edits ‘Private Eye’ is on speed dial with the BBC quiz shows for his acerbic wit, not being a ‘conservative’ or even ‘Conservative’ he mocks. Finally the last ’old boy’ is the former BBC executive Mark Thompson (now Editor of the very liberal and rich ‘The New York Times’ which he took over immediately before he was sacked (or moved from the BBC) for ignorance and failure to prevent ‘Jimmy Saville’ / from becoming mainstream news. Under Lord Hall’s authority he was directly rewarded £1,000,000 (!) on top of his salary to scarper (only revealed under parliamentary scrutiny committee, during the last BBC Charter Review (2016). In reply to Patricia Hodge (2016) Lord Hall said it was to keep him ‘focussed’ he stated blankly. No further explanation was made the former head of the BBC remuneration committee. This was in the days before OFCOM. All BBC Trustee directors were sacked following a long string of financial irregularities and expense abuses.. The tip of an iceberg and still the BBC is afloat with public money.

Anyway the July 6th Times (Diary) article goes on to state that, George Osbourne is the ONLY one not currently running an Oxbridge College! So if you make the right political BBC approved noises and totally agree with liberal social marxism and hate the democratic electorate as they seem to do (bar Hague perhaps, but then he was not schooled at Eton, which I think was Cameron’s old school). I hope Boris will prove me wrong and is not part of the old school network of chummy fake conservatives such as Cameron clearly was. The current Conservatives glitterati are far more liberal then the Liberals ever were. Conservatives members may be conservative, and that is the only way it will survive. Reversing the liberal conspiracy cannot be done without removing the BBC as the political moderator (which they do effectively by controlling news and current affairs and suggesting green/cultural/social/climate/gender/victim/financial replacements for family and conservatism) and replace it with warm milk of Marxist values

Left Wing Academics appear supreme on all the Universities and Colleges as exemplified by the Magdalen College, Oxford. all are left wing institutions, preferring to ban ‘right wing’ thought such as the highly respected Roger Scrutton (Respected Writer and Philosopher) or Jordan Peterson (Respected writer Psychologist) both effectively banned from Oxford for the ‘wrong’ thoughts on Campus of rejecting inherited liberal ‘marxism’. Not that is makes a blind bit of difference to the real world. But that is how it seems to work at the BBC. BBC old boys network survives for another few years.

The BBC enjoyed reciting the criticism held in the leaked documents allegedly penned by the UK ambo to the USA.
The said ambo has been in post for over 3 years. Being a deeply suspicious character the timing of the leak – as the red Tory election is taking place – might just be a coincidence .

Did the ambo or HMG leak it ?

Is it meant to damage relations to benefit Remainers ?
Does it matter as the White House will be fully aware of the swamp that is the Foreign Office – mirroring the democrat State Department

I suppose the soon to be ex ambo is another one looking for a peerage once he gets his single ticket back to the UK.

As an aside – a second shooting killing in my bit of Londonistan last night and the traffic is still screwed up
I think the local authority might have to add ‘ gum amnesty ‘ to the ‘ knife amnesty’ leaflets stuck to any public object here. Body number 73 on my count .

Germany’s export-dependent economy has slid into negative territory for the first time in nine years, one of the first indexes to assess June shows, as the US-China trade dispute hits it hard …. DB (Deutsche Bank) has several years of problems in the UK, not at all to do with BREXIT and has been fined a number of times, I believe. Confused BBC ?

The bbc tv news says the the outcome of the Greek General Election with be the ejection of the “populist “ lefty government because it didn’t fight the eU over economic reform .

So now there is to be a middle – right wing government which the BBC describes as ‘ mainstream ‘

Understand ? Well I don’t . I thought that the poisonous term ‘ populist ‘ was applied to any one to the right of the snowflake types which the BBC represents .
It seems that ‘ populist’ hasn’t really got a meaning – apart from an anti democratic term of abuse by the Main Stream Media .

You remember when John Mcenroe said Serena Williams would be ranked 700 in the mens game? Outrage.
Remember Tim Henman? After giving up tennis he took up golf, he played off scratch.
Remember Ivan Lendl? He also took up tennis, he became so good he entered USPGA professional tournaments.

If every talented young sportsman took up tennis there would be millions better than Serena Williams, not 700.
