Before I hit the ‘offswitch ‘ the work experience girl on Toady started interviewing Lyn Owens a top cop big pension who wants more money for her outfit .

Police wanting more money used to be a given with public support . Now it will amount to an increased Stasi working on how to stop ‘ thought crime ‘ and going around telling people to be careful what they write on the net or even think .

So – no more money – in fact cut it .

I still occasionally put Today on. I listen for about two minutes as that is all I can stand.

The format never really changes, albeit with minor variations. In no particular order we’ll get something along the following lines :

      – The Head of some awful Quango finger-wagging and moaning the Government isn’t putting enough money into x.

      – A green nutter saying taxes should be doubled for anyone who owns a car. And not challenged by the presenters.

      – A gobby northern nurse saying the NHS is dying and it’s all the fault of the Conservatives. Of course we later find out she’s a Labour activist.

      – Someone vaguely right-wing is interviewed and Mishal or whoever never lets them finish a sentence.

      – A black historian is on to remind us we are all racists, and let’s talk reparations.

      – Isn’t it terrible that gay toddlers in nurseries are still bullied.

      – Trump has said something..ha ha isn’t he a bit of a buffoon?

      – A black lady from the Congo has to walk a mile to the well, and it’s all our fault.

..I have to say though I’m in awe of the BiasedBBC posters on this site who continually put themselves through the torture of listening and watching BBC output for any length of time. You all deserve bloody medals!

Thank you – having listened to Today since I was about 15 – /1975? It was a bit of a habit . You are right about the current
Status . I find I am listening to bits of it but often just to report it here – although the gg tips help me to decide what not to flutter on .
As for a medal – well I’ve got a gold blue peter badge – so it’s either a Nobel prize ( the bloke doing the wealth disparity study got about a £ million ? Or a Jim fixed it for me badge ( never met him ) as a reminder of the BBC collective high moral ground and the corruption which festers underneath …

Chilling interview just prior to pre-8am Weather with Dame Lynne Owens, Director of the National Crime Agency. She was interviewed by Mishal Husain, who – to her credit – did get in an intelligent and pointed question about budget.

I was left with no confidence in the Director or her agency. I was hearing incompetence on two legs.

That was in addition to the Collecting Tin being rattled in front of the taxpayer.

I am really getting warm to the idea that Farage could be PM. Don’t laugh, people are looking for straight talking honest leaders I don’t mind being told “It ain’t going to be easy” or we “might have to sacrifice in the short term” but ffs tell it as it is. Treat the voter as intelligent people capable of forming an opinion even if it’s based on facts that might not be palatable. Nigel and the Brexit party stand for and believe in this country as I believe the majority of voters do. So we’ve had a comedian elected in Ukraine and a celebrity show panalist running the US so a x city trader running the UK isn’t such a fanciful idea after all……

We who are old and lived through the War years know all about bad times; and when we voted Leave we were so angry by how the EU clowns used our money while still mocking us knew what could happen (for the short term) once we “Hightail” it out of that obnoxious swamp of creeps.

BBC moaning emole [with added what might have been said ‘analysis’]

Brexit: May’s negotiator asks EU for a chateau too as he’s been rumbled.

With talks between Labour and the government on Brexit continuing, Theresa May’s chief negotiator, Olly Robbins, is travelling to Brussels. He wants to discuss possible changes to the political declaration on the UK’s future relationship with the EU. This is intended to meet Labour’s demand that any cross-party deal reached should be reflected in this document, which it argues is needed to ensure trust, blah, blah, blah…

But 14 senior Conservatives have written to the prime minister warning her not to agree to any compromise with Labour that includes membership of a customs union with the EU. On the other side, opposition leader Jeremy Corbyn’s also facing demands from his MPs to end the talks. Read BBC political editor Laura Kuenssberg’s take on events, and once you have finished laughing, cancel your tvl and buy a Netflix sub.

Plus, why not try our comprehensive guide to Brexit? You might be one of the remaining lunatics that think it may be useful.

Obviously Nick has selective memory because otherwise he might have referred instead to Mischal ‘useless’ Hussein’s near car crash interview with the head of the National Crime Agency.
First of all, Mischal decided to trash a half reasonable discussion by shoe-horning in a mention of Brexit in usual doom-and-gloom fashion. Much to my pleasant surprise the NCA lady rebuffed this, putting Brexit merely in the same category as any other change that criminals use to their own advantage.
Second (and I was half asleep) Mischal asked a convoluted auestion. The NCA lady answered (the first part) and then asked in terms ‘what was the second part?’ Useless was floored. She had forgotten what it was !!!!!! Much guffawing and papering over the cracks.

“The sexual militants are doing an absolutely terrific job of destroying Western culture. The radical sexual anarchists have been working overtime to dismantle everything that once made the West great. All that we value is in their sights: marriage, family, children, morality, biology and reality are all being crushed under the jackboots of the activists. It seems that the more this ugly agenda is being promoted, the more brainless and senseless things become. The other side has long ago renounced the use of reason, rationality and common sense – the militants just emote, shout a lot, and hate on everyone who dares to differ.

If you think their goals and policies are utterly nuts, you would be right – but it is no use trying to tell them that. They are convinced that they occupy the high moral ground, and they think their rabid sexual crusade trumps everything and everyone else.

          Bill Muehlenberg, Culturwatch.”

the Brexit process has done wonderful things for the UK population.

it’s highlighted all the MP’s that are standing for there pockets & not their people.

Its highlighted to a greater extent to which a public service broadcaster can go against the majority it serves, favouring outside influence than its own public it’s supposed to serve.

Highlighted that a Manifesto is a piece of paper and nothing more.

Brexit has freed a lot of minds and broken many minds too. however there are still plenty left to free and plenty more to break until we are a free Self-governing an independant nation, that controls it’s own borders, trade & security.

Sidenote: is it possible if we have an actual pro Brexit government come to next GE, that we can write into law that no future government can sign the country into an agreement whereby we hand over powers of the state/trade negotiations and border controls to a foreign power/union again. ?

The most equal country in the world is The Sudan where no one has anything. That it the true status of all the most equal countries.

As for us being the most ‘unequal’ it’s a wonderful thing, we have attracted wealthy people from all over the world, such as Russia, France (because of swinging tax rates) Sweden ( for many leftist reasons) and many other countries too. They spend their money here and pay some amount of tax too.

But as we have seen under Corbyn they would pack up & leave taking many millions with them and the BBC would be very pleased about that as we become more ‘equal’ in poverty.

I (and most of my peer group) used to draw both on the walls in the school toilets when we were 13.

Admittedly that was mostly because we had a much hated PE teacher called Mr Hunt, and an equally unpopular Music teacher called Mr Thomas. You could tell it was a ‘Mr Hunt’ because it had a halo of curly hair around a bald patch, and the classic ‘Mr Thomas’ shared his beard, glasses and wrinkly bald head.

Most of us grew out of it by the time we were 15, or so.

Had the misfortune to watch BBC breakfast time this morning, featuring a campaign this week to highlight women’s menopause. As usual the 4 women interviewed consisted of 3 black women and 1 white woman. This subject I was told is one of a series of taboo subject’s the BBC is going to feature each week. Can’t wait for subject’s in the coming weeks featuring muslim grooming gangs and black on black knife crime! The agenda pushing is now relentless, just before I switched off they said later there is a feature on South Asian Superwomen. This programme features their pet Asian Nadiya, the bake off winner. It now is becoming non stop virtue signalling and agenda pushing for women, ethnics, and gay people on the BBC.

No wonder Nicky Campbell and his female co-host on BBC Radio 5 live laughed at and mocked some northern bread maker who has the habit of flying in Hollywood actors to do TV ads. This time it was the turn of Robert De Niro:

Below is a picture of Saint Jacinda of Mecca openly mocking islam.

Ok, i’m stretching the truth a bit. She’s actually laughing at an 11-year-old girl who wrote asking her government to conduct dragon research.

But is the saint aware that her favourite religion actually believes that their prophet ascended to heaven on another mythological creature, namely a winged half-horse.

So by mocking the one belief, is she not mocking the other?

I think the Muslim Council of New Zealand should be informed that Jacinda is a closet islamophobe, and she can expect a knock on her door any time now.
