mend STATEMENT ON ‘STOP AND SEARCH’ OF MUSLIM MALE OUTSIDE REGENT’S PARK MOSQUE

On Friday 7 July 2017 just before Friday prayers at around 1:30pm, Mr. Muhammad Chamoune was stopped and searched by the police on Park Road, London, outside Abbey Lodge near Regent’s Park Mosque.

Police powers to stop and search are governed by the Police & Criminal Evidence Act 1984 (PACE). The relevant code governing these powers is called Code A, and is available at; https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/384122/PaceCodeAWeb.pdf

it is unclear what ‘reasonable grounds of suspicion’ may have existed. It appears as if an extra layer of clothing was the reason for the search and naturally this has caused major concern for Muslims across the UK and for the Islamophobia Response Unit (IRU), run by mend

The Police should have the benefit of the doubt and should be allowed to search whoever the hell they want without justifying it. They are mostly thoroughly decent people risking life and limb to keep us safe. The idea that they are an enemy who must be kept in check is a wicked fiction created by criminals looking for a get put of jail card. If you have nothing to hide you will be fine. I would trust a Police man over MEND or any of these shit-stirring groups any day.

Think how much time they must waste filling out forms about why they did a search, the ethnicity of the person; the batting away spurious accusations of ‘racism’ etc which Mayor Khan used to specialise in before he became head of the Met Police. Many sensible officers make the decision to just not stop and search and the results are tragic – and for the very groups the anti racists purport to defend.

There is a great speech about degree in Troilus and Cressida which sums up the mess we are in. The section I am talking about is spoken by Ulysses and begins: “The heavens themselves, the planets and this centre . . .”

When nobody respects authority we have chaos, essentially. And of course cultural Marxism rejects authority and instead tries to invert the power structure.

From a perspective point of view – if you want to go into a footy match you must be searched – by civilian stewards . At Places like Chelsea away supporters might get a good turn over twice .

I actually don’t know why police stop and search any more as groups like Muslims busily taking over Blighty don’t approve .

For the record – I have been turned over by police and Chelsea stewards .

The idea that there are many truths is disturbing … but not new.

I recall a friend pointing out to me, with some amusement, a new publication on the shelves of a bookshop, during a visit to France twenty years ago. A Tour de France road cyclist called Virenque had put his name to an autobiographical work entitled “Ma Verite” (= “My Truth”). He had admitted to doping to enhance performance, having initially denied it. The book was, presumably, part self-justification and part mea culpa.

I remember commenting that “My Truth” was a strange title, as there is only one truth, and that the title should really have been “La Verite” (= “The Truth”). The friend smiled and nodded in agreement.

If you can have “Black History” and, even worse, “White science”, then how long before truth is whatever the ruling elite decide it is?

Dear Lord, it was bad enough when airline companies stopped employing only slim girls to be trolley dollies, and we saw the rise of lardy arses squeezed into their uniforms. So now we have to put up with the bare face Croydon face lift types we see on any run down council estate.

Only the very young can get away with the au natural look, and honestly ? I don’t want to be served my cheese and ham toastie by someone with their zits on show ! (yes Zits !)

Back in the days of the glamorous PanAm air hostesses, who looked like models, all little girls (me included) wanted to be one and fly around the world. Not surprising then that many married well, something that wouldn’t happen now, when most of the cabin crew wouldn’t look out of place behind the tills at Tesco (no offence to those who DO work in Tesco).

I wonder how many are aware of the story of the statue ‘Propspero and Ariel’ by Eric Gill which stands ensconced into the walls of the BBC in London?

    broadcastinghouse_prosperoariel_photodavidcastor_cut1.jpg

Eric Gill was a noted Leftist – not unexpected as a wealth liberal elite, not much has changed, but the startling levels of his sexual depravity is what mark this man out for criticism.

As biographer Fiona MacCarthy sums up:

” as Gill’s history of adulteries, incest, and experimental connection with his dog became public knowledge in the late 1980s, the consequent reassessment of his life and art left his artistic reputation strengthened”

Gill was a paedophile who raped his own children and even raped the family dog!

The BBC have been urged to remove or at least cover up this statue which has obvious and clear Paedolphile overtones, and as you might have expected it has refused. Anyone with any sense would believe that given the BBC’s recent history with paedophillia, that they would be sensitive to the issue, but apparently not, and they have left a monument to child and animal abuse on clear display over Broadcasting house. If that doesn’t give evidence of the corruption of thought at the BBC then I don’t know what does.

I appreciate that this was about a week ago but I saw an article on the BBC website about the Leaving Neverland documentary.

You could detect the glee in the article of the Beeb pointing the finger at MJ. If ever there was an example of the fact that the BBC aren’t news or journalists or even investigative journalists is the fact that they didn’t push the facts that these two a*holes had previously taken their ‘stories’ to the courts a year or so back and had them thrown out. Plus one of the guys was a voluntary character witness FOR Michael Jackson back in 2005, meaning that he either lied then or is lying now. Proving that he is a liar.

It’s disgusts me that this story is being given credibility by so many when they ignore the fact that their accusations were thrown out of court. But hey, if you set up a studio with some nice graphics and good lighting and get the main protagonists to look sad, we can convince people that their stories are true even though we couldn’t convince a judge. Surely the Jussie Smollett case has demonstrated that people are capable of lying for personal gain.

The Beeb did nothing about Jimmy Saville’s known activities and then made fools of themselves in their handling of the Cliff Richard accusations. Are they so utterly inept that they couldn’t look at this case and think ‘Hey up, there’s something dodgy with this and the accusers previous history’? Of course not, they are ratings whores and they’ll happily jump on a bandwagon to signal their virtue.

And then to see people like Oprah come out on the side of the two accusers even though they have no evidence is such a blatant attempt to deflect people’s attention from how friendly she used to be with Harvey Weinstein.

Razorfist’s videos on YouTube about Michael Jackson are an excellent watch to show the weaknesses of all the accusations against MJ. The man gave the world a ton of enjoyment with his music, yet so many are prepared to throw him under the bus with little or no evidence. It’s shameful.

Payne – you may well be correct in all you say, but there’s enough evidence to prove that MJ took small children to his bedroom; and regardless of who said what to whom and when, NO adult should be allowed to do this whatever the circumstances; and the parents are equally complicit for allowing it to happen.

There will always be sexual predators, and the music industry is no different, whether they give the ‘world a ton of enjoyment’ or not. Take Jonathan King and Gary Glitter who fell from grace for their predilection for under age minors, and further back there was Jerry Lee Lewis hitting the headlines for actually marrying his 13 year old cousin. Not forgetting Elvis Presley, who had his eye set on a potential wife when she too was under age !

Maybe Glitter, King, Sutcliffe and West (sounds like a firm of solicitors (!) ) were convicted because they didn’t have millions in the bank to pay people off !

I will also add that Trump / Green / Weinstein equally haven’t been convicted either, of extra maritals / sexual assaults etc and they’ve all got a few quid between them, plenty enough to pay off and silence their ‘victims’.

                • Payne by name says:

Again, your information is incorrect. Jackson was tried in 2005 and the evidence from the 1993 ‘pay off’ was included and thrown out along with the other cases. So he was tried for those accusations and they fell out.

Jackson didn’t want to settle in 1993 but was encouraged to do so by a body of advisors who said it was easier to pay the money rather than disrupt the tour that he was halfway through and lose millions and disappoint many many fans who had bought tickets.

When you have a talented, eccentric, genius with bundles of cash, it shouldn’t be that surprising that rats will crawl out of the woodwork desperate to take it.

I have to say that it’s strange that you would be so vocal in campaigning against the endless BBC mis-information but not even expend a little time or moment to question the actual specifics of the cases against MJ. Were you with the Beeb against Cliff?

I would conclude that this does not detract from his musical ability.

Although Jackson was never convicted, the out of court settlement with Jordy Chandler will forever tarnish his reputation. Jackson would have emerged from the affair in a far better light had he proved Chandlers accusations to be untrue, but he didn’t, and from there we have been left to draw on are own conclusions.

                • Payne by name says:

Flak – If you see my point to Brissles and/or watch the Razorfist video (which is very good), you’ll see that due to Californian law, Jackson was tried with the evidence from the Jordy Chandler 1993 case in his 2005 case. As we know, MJ came out of this not convicted and not guilty.

I agree that in hindsight it would have been better for him to fight the 1993 case given the reputational damage it lead to, but a lot was happening at the time with his Pepsi tour (which of course is why Chandler’s dad chose that time to launch his case) and hence I can see why MJ would have thought ‘sod it, let’s pay this guy off and get on with my tour and pleasing my numerous fan who will be disappointed if I have to stop everything and fight a ridiculous case against me’.

I understand each person has to draw their own conclusions. All I would ask is that people take the time to review all of the information before passing judgement. It is certainly what I would expect from a forum full of people that are used to questioning the BBC’s group think and agenda filled narrative.

I just find the documentary a fascinating example of trial by public opinion. The accusers go to court and have their claims thrown out but then make a ‘heartfelt’ documentary and suddenly everyone is weeping for the poor victims and ignoring the actual evidence.

To drift the conversation very slightly, agreeing to pay is not an admission of fault.

As a manager I’ve been taken to an employment tribunal four times with claims for unfair dismissal. Each time our solicitor/barrister was convinced we would win right up to the morning of the hearing. Then they wobbled. In three of the cases it was my decision to fight or pay and in all three we fought and won. In the fourth case the decision was with the Head of HR. He decided to pay, but only because our solicitor said that he could settle for less than we’d pay him to fight the case over the next few days.

MJ might or might not have done something wrong, but paying someone off isn’t evidence either way.

Did the same when its reporters went over to see how Obamas flight to the UK was progressing as the armies of excited BBC reporters on both side the pond couldn’t contain themselves at the mouth watering prospect of seeing all us hate-filled Leave voters crying in the streets the day after, the referendum result.

We can only imagine what the £$ cost was to the BBC build-up and post referendum result coverage, but it is said by certain people that this BBC secret will never be known by the poor unemployed licence fee payer who voted to leave as it also might even cause some unrest within the Islington’s 4 car families who couldn’t care less about joe public the window cleaner. Made their skin crawl a hear. Not the window cleaners.

This big spend will forever go down in history (unseen to the UK public as this secret remains in the vaults under BBC HQ) at how much cash the BBC splashed out at Obamas-BBCs coverage and after party cancelation of huge remain party HQ – for some reason Tony Blair, Clegg, Clarke, Major, Heseltine and a huge number of BBC elites refused to go to said celebration of a remain victory as Obama (they claim ah) was on his way back to the US with his suitcase of cash glowing at the thought that he and the BBC saved Great Britain from annihilation by those bigot leave voters and the rest of the traitors to Great Britain

    “A peculiar kind of parallel”

So says BBC man Norman Smith of the current problems Labour have with Anti-Jewish sentiment among its members and Baroness Warsi’s claims of institutional Islamophobia in the Tory Party.

Of course such apparent mirror images are absolute grist to the mill of supposed balance in BBC reporting. They are therefore quickly and unthinkingly made by the chap passed over by Ms Kuenssberg for the top Corporation political journo job.

Smith, who makes a name for himself popping up outside Wesminster with pink ties, extravagant cartoonish reporting and his catchphrase “..but Labour say…”, is delighted to dish it out to the Tories and cover his own rear end from the Lefty Twitter mob who idealise Corbyn and will hear nothing against the Dear Leader.

Despite the BBC’s delighted newfound equivalance the two notions of actual Anti-Semitism and supposed Islamophobia are very very different beasts.

      AsISeeIt,

Despite the BBC’s delighted newfound equivalance the two notions of actual Anti-Semitism and supposed Islamophobia are very very different beasts.

True, especially since so many Muslims are themselves guilty of the most vile anti-Semitism, and the killing of Jews is written into the rather odd belief system that they follow with such devotion.

I once wrote to the BBC to ask for their definitions of all the meaningless isms and fauxbias, only to be told that the BBC doesn’t have any corporate definitions and leaves these up to the progam presenter, which is of course a massive cop out, but it also leaves the viewer or listener in a very difficult place as how is anyone to know what definition each presenter is using that day?

It also beautifully illustrates that these bully words have absolutley no meanings what so ever, otherwise the BBC would be able to easily quote chapter and verse like they can with every other real meaningful word.

What a lefty virtue signalling toss pot!
He has just interviewed the founder of (I think it was called) Shutter Boys?, a victim support group for abused children (survivors).
Apparently this guy was approached by Lord Pearson and asked to bring attention to Muslim grooming gangs, but refused to get on board. The accusation was that “far right groups like UKIP” are trying to infiltrate support groups in an effort to “stir up racial tensions”. The interviewee was so naive that he said he didn’t think it was anything to do with religion and accused the likes of Tommy Robinson of “making it about brown faces”!
Then Wright scoffs whilst reading a report that someone had said that paedophilic could be traced right back to the prophet Mohammed himself. I can’t remember exactly what he said but he wasn’t having any of it and said something on the lines of it being a ridiculous suggestion.

Hundreds of members of the Luton Sikh community protested outside local police station amid claims police failed to properly investigate a sex attack on a young woman.
Police said they were negotiating with the protesters staging the “sit down” protest outside the Buxton Road police station.

It comes after a 19 year-old Sikh woman, who has not been identified, was reportedly beaten and sexually assaulted in the Bedfordshire town by a “Muslim man”.

On Wednesday night, Bedfordshire Police confirmed they were “in talks” with the protesters to try and “resolve the situation” amid fears of rising tensions.

Reports suggested that more than 300 locals were involved in the protest because of “lack of action” from police over Monday’s attack.

    1. Find any minority or clique with any grievance
    2. Find spokesperson or advocate.
    3. Invite them on to news programmes. Allow free rein and do not ask awkward questions
    4. Ensure spokesperson agrees that more government money is needed to resolve or improve issue.
    5. Then invite a Labour Party supporting spokesperson to agree with the grievance raiser ( ideally said spokesperson will somehow be classable as an ‘independent expert’ e.g Alastair Campbell, Polly Toynbee)
    6. Attribute shortage of funds to evil Tory government.
    7. This basic process is to be repeated several times daily.

Could I be joking ? How about this?

On BBC London yesterday. The number of people from Eastern Europe sleeping rough in London has increased sharply. On some accounts, some of the said rough sleepers are doing so out of choice, so that more of their earnings can be sent back home to their overseas families. But clearly the narrative was that ‘the government must do more’.

Kaiser, I see ‘a fight to the finish’.

A fight to the finish where women are the losers because, eventually, all the Olympic and other International sports events are open to all genders that compete on an individual basis. This will include boxing, golf and tennis. Also Formula 1, although that is actually ‘open’ already, having been gender neutral for years.

The big advantage, as far as I can see, is total equality plus much of the Olympics & similar events, in particular, will be over in nearly half the time. The women will have equality of pay and prize money. That is something they have been wanting in some sports for years. Oh, and as the BBC’s costs will be reduced they will be able to give Licence Fee-payers a bit of a refund.

The Equality Rule would not apply to team sports like American Football, soccer, cricket, etc., just to events where men and women and any other genders can compete equally.

I am sure all feminists would be delighted with such an arrangement.

BTW there is a HYS running , some good comments there.

As featured of BBC Hull Look North
Lambs stolen & slaughtered at farm for training ex-servicemen (featured on Countryfile)
On this Twitter thread and search I spot other incidences
#1 Sheep rustling is on ongoing problem ..it seems they often end up at Bangla takeaways
(There is a surge before Islamic slaughter day Eid al-Adha (Qurban), but it’s not until August this year)
#2 This mutilation thing is something different
.. I wonder if it’s gypsies who have been reported for gare coursing getting revenge
.. and they take the lambs bodies to feed their dogs

Anyone see that piece on the BBC website about a nine year old boy who identifies as a girl? Born Anthony, he is now called Autumn. You have to read to the end of the article before learning a most important fact – “Autumn’s dad is separated from his mum.” Clearly the boy’s gender identity and psychosexual development have been disturbed and warped both by his father’s absence and the presence of a mother who has enthusiastically embraced the whole loony transgender agenda. One day it will be acknowledged that boys need their fathers for their psychological needs and this transgender fad will be recognised as the evil nonsense that it is.

Some actual facts : Corruption in South Sudan is among the worst in the world. The nation’s elites have developed a kleptocratic system that controls every part of the South Sudanese economy. This system has taken shape quickly in a relatively short period, South Sudan having won self-rule in 2005 while remaining part of Sudan, and having been accorded full sovereignty in 2011. The nation was ranked fifth on Transparency International’s 2014 list of most corrupt nations, preceded only by Somalia, North Korea, Sudan, and Afghanistan.[1][2]

According to one member of parliament, the nation has lacked any and all regulations to “combat frauds and malfeasance among the senior government officials,” especially among government procurement officials within the ministry of finance and economic planning.[3] In a 2013 article, Nyol Gaar Nguen wrote that “[o]utright thieves and looting of public funds in a broad day light by the enforcer or man in charge always reigns” in South Sudan.[4] The degree of corruption and mismanagement revealed in the Auditor General’s report for 2005 and 2006 reportedly “brought some MPs in South Sudan’s National Legislative Assembly to tears.”[5] A 2012 report stated that more than $4 billion in government funds had been stolen since the advent of self-rule in 2005.[6]

The major corruption scandal since the beginning of self-rule has been the so-called “Dura Saga,” although there have been dozens of other significant instances of similar wrongdoing. These episodes have often been shrouded in confusion and have almost never resulted in prosecution or punishment. The Africa Review noted in 2013 that despite the South Sudanese government having ordered several investigations into scandals, they are virtually always ignored or intentionally sabotaged altogether.[7] President Salva Kiir Mayardit has repeatedly declared that his government is actively fighting corruption, but on April 12, 2013, he fired Elias Wako Nyamellel, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, “for acknowledging that South Sudan is corrupted and ‘rotten to the core.'”[4] The problem is compounded by the serious lack of transparency in South Sudanese government records and business information. Requests for official data can be arbitrarily turned down with impunity

… at least we know the andrex puppy will be safe, plenty of crap being spouted to keep it in a job. //

Good old Macron…always a man of principle, honour and integrity.

Let’s hope he doesn’t get an absolute kicking in the coming in the EU elections.

The BBC still have a bit of a thing for him, anyone but Le Pen I suppose. They are quite prepared to quote him at length and without a single question, or even a ‘Reality Check’, about his claims…however absurd and dishonest.

We hear that ‘he suggests the British people were not properly informed before voting to leave the EU. ….”Who told the British people the truth about their post-Brexit future?” he asks, using the UK’s withdrawal from the union as an example of the EU being in crisis. “Who spoke to them about losing access to the EU market? Who mentioned the risks to peace in Ireland of restoring the border?”

They miss out his most ranty, angry bit….”And this trap threatens the whole of Europe: the anger mongers, backed by fake news, promise anything and everything.”

So let’s do our own reality check….Macron says no-one said anything about the Single Market…well we all know that to be the biggest lie out there…even the BBC’s finest don’t usually allow that one to pass go…..every man and his dog during the referendum campaign said a vote for leave would mean leaving the Single Market…..

No-one can say we weren’t told of the supposed dire economic consequences of a vote to leave….

And nobody mentioned Northern Ireland and the border….really? Macron clearly has his head up his arse most of the time….

    BBC…

‘EU Referendum: Theresa May predicts Irish border controls if UK pulls out of European Union’

    BBC…

‘Reality Check: Would Brexit mean border controls for NI?’

    _89898179_ni-template.jpg

    Guardian….

‘Tony Blair and John Major: Brexit would close Irish border ‘

    New Statesman….

‘A Brexit could have unintended consequences in reigniting debate around Northern Ireland’s border and shaking the relative stability which has followed the peace process. Currently, it is easy to travel between Northern Ireland and the rest of the UK or the Republic of Ireland, and no passport is required to do so. However, were the UK to leave the EU, it is unclear if a border would be erected between Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, either in the form of physical fences and barriers, or bureaucratic checks in the form of passports and paperwork.’

Pretty clear Northern Ireland and the border was very much part of the discussion.

Macron lies through his cheese-eating surrender monkey teeth and the BBC is not inclined to point out he is fabricating a malicious lie as he complains so loudly about fake news and lies. Must be looking in the mirror.
