Seems the German legal system is very much like ours: ‘two-tier’, and we know who the beneficiaries of the two-tiering are…..

Comedy spot? No, bbc World Service:-
Somali war begins, bloke wins US visa in lottery. (Yes, apparently you can win a US visa in a lottery.)
Goes to USA, gets job on the building.
Other workers talk work, tools, family and sports. He feels left out because he doesn’t feel he fits in.
Presenter puts in (DUN, DUN, DUN !!!) – “HIS CO-WORKERS WERE TRUMP SUPPORTERS !!!!”
So there you have it – another case of blatant racism alive in America brought to you by those, free, fair and impartial people at the jewel in our crown – the bbc AKA:- BASTARD, BULLSHIITING, C***S.
Clearly they should have talked to him about poverty, corruption, murder, rape and riding round on armed pickups but hey, just maybe they thought he might not enjoy that?

  4. Non Snowflake says:

I sometimes wonder whether the blatant pro-Islam and pro-Muslim agenda by the bBBC is based not on their genuine bias, but because they are just shit scared of what Muslims will do to them if they so much as express a negative word or anti- opinion.

Alternatively the bBBC really is a vile, biased, festering, agenda-ridden, outdated waste of money.

    Interesting conundrum.

    • gaxvil says:

Well, nobody wants a fatwa on them but the bbc doth protest a little too much and after all it is one of the requirements for the bbc, left lib’s cult to be anti religion BUT fiercely pro Muslim. Is Islam a religion ? Hard to see how it fits in with Socialism, Antisemitism and Global Warming ?

      • G.W.F. says:

I will repeat what I have often said. The BBC is at one with the state. Pro Brexit, anti Trump and pro-Islam, especially the Saudis. On directions from the state it goes overboard promoting mohamidanism and the multiculture. Treezer survives along with the BBC for these reasons.

  5. thirdoption says:

The Sunday Times (pay-walled) has an article in which Sir Mark Rowley, the former head of anti-terrorism policing, says that the government is failing to take seriously the threat from far-right extremism.

“Rowley, the former assistant commissioner of the Metropolitan police, said Whitehall, local government and the media were “underestimating” the danger from “wicked” white supremacists.”

“It’s not the same level as the Islamist threat . . . but it’s very significant, and it’s growing,” he said, adding: “Collectively we need to . . . guard against it, otherwise we will let these extremist groups infiltrate mainstream politics and generate credibility to present themselves as representatives of white Britain, which they certainly aren’t.”

If, Mr Rowley, you’re talking about people like Tommy Robinson, then they most certainly are representatives of white Britain.

I suggest in fact that it is you who is the real enemy in our midst, falsely labelling patriots as “far right”, whilst allowing Islamic religious fanatics to go about their every day business of trying to kill the innocent.

    • Non Snowflake says:

“It’s not the same level as the Islamist threat”.

      You don’t say.

    • flake says:

Radical Islam is distinctly far right extremist lol, its like selective blindness and idiocy. We are not as stupid as they. Also, why don’t they ask why such anti-immigration, anti-Islam sentiment exists and why its growing? And if their response is because we are all racist, then ask why are we so racist? Why would that be, is it just some random brain spasm or YouTube vids? Or maybe just maybe people have a preference for their own race, culture, kind, family and that hate is a normal human emotion and usually a reaction to external provocation.

      • G says:

“…. anti-Islam sentiment exists and why its growing?”
From my knowledge of rubbing shoulders with many who would hiterto, not pay any attention to what islam is all about, they are now eager to understand what the fuss is all about. Those same people, having learnt a great deal on their own by simply being referred to free copies of the quaran, hadith etc now recognise the danger of islam. A good and growing number now have quite an in-depth knowledge of essential islam enough to argue certain aspects. Wonderful to see/hear. When disbelief manifests itself, the rational always respond to the assertion, “don’t take my word for it, read/see it yourself on islamic websites”. End of argument in the knowledge that if they explore as you have suggested, another ‘anti’ convert will invariably emerge.

      • Annunaki says:

Its called tribalsim, a built in natural human trait essential for survival in the past, (and probably now and in the future in the West) how its expressed is another thing entirely, and the precise reason why we have so many appeals on TV to feed Atrican and Middle Eastern kids while they spend all their resources on guns and bombs and are all off slaughterig each other, however much they try to justify it by blaming anyone but themselves

      • Dysgwr_Cymraeg says:

        Radical Islam eh?
No such thing. There is only islam itself.
Suggest folk read Robert Spencers analysis in
A Politically Incorrect Guide to Islam.
In other words, a PIG to islam.
It should be core curriculum in our ejucashun system.

    • JimS says:

The Islamist threat is the cause, ‘far-right extremism’ is the effect.

Eliminate the former and the later will disappear.

  6. thirdoption says:

“Farmers forced to dump a third of the food they grow”

A third of all food produced is discarded, mainly due to ludicrous rules imposed by the EU that it must conform to a certain shape.

Hopefully the BBC will be showing a program very soon highlighting what a disgraceful waste this is and encouraging us to leave the EU asap so that we can formulate our own rules and standards. Just think, with all that extra food available, why would we need food banks?
No doubt they will have Gavin Esler presenting.

    • Fedup2 says:

Marky , thanks for the reminder from last term – I don’t think it will compare with the fire which will start as the bubble returns from its last holiday in the Reich`EU before Blighty leaves it.

A company owner has announced he is giving a million pounds to the remain campaign . Fair ? Legal ? Bearing in mind the corrupt so called election commission went after the leave eu bids over a comparatively smaller sum .

The company owners ‘ bitch was given a fair shake on al beeb news- I suppose the grown ups were still away so he looked a bit pained as to why they are still campaigning when the vote has been made .

As I wrote in the pre amble to this Thread – we go into the last week before the cat fight gets going and the likes of Soubry loses it completely – I reckon on 2/1 that she lands up crying on live TV .. I strongly advise people to get their popcorn supplies in because there will be a serious need !

I wonder if, as the days tick by, al beeb s ‘remain’ propaganda unit will change tack and switch into ‘rejoin ‘ mode …?

      • MarkyMark says:

Everytime you pay the BBC £150.50, the ego of Russell Brand gets 1 pence of it, even though it doesn’t make any sense. I guess the BBC and public forgot that I said I’d slept with someone’s granddaughter on live radio. I live like Jimmy Savile lived at the BBC … a life free of consequences.

  11. Non Snowflake says:

“Conservative MPs are warning of a risk of entryism in the party as the pro-Brexit group Leave.EU encourages its supporters to become members in order to back Boris Johnson or Jacob Rees-Mogg in a future leadership contest.”

    LCS Version.
Anti Conservative MPs (May, Clark, Soubry, Morgan, etc) who enfiltrated the party by pretending to be Conservatives, are now trying to prevent genuine leave supporters joining the party, negating their treason and ensuring Brexit.

    And on TR’s facebook page:
“In the last week Facebook have been removing hundreds of shared posts informing the users that they have been removed as suspected spam. All part of stopping the message. Now they are sending people random surveys on me and my page? They will probably prevent you sharing this but what the hell SHARE so people can see what is happening.”

    • Fedup2 says:

I don’t do Facebook but is that post real? Is the idea to censor lawful comment on the basis of the some kind Poll? I know Facebook got in the doo doo for letting alsorts of bad things to be on its site but now is going the other way?

So easy for even the least amount of free speech to be removed. Once gone , not to come back without pain.

      • theisland says:

        It looks real
It’s possible to look at it (with some scrolling) even if not signed in.

        • Fedup2 says:

          The island
Yes I had a little scroll – I wonder if – despite TR apparently having just under a million ‘followers’ they’d remove him from their site – particularly since American politicians have become interested in his plight as a Political prisoner in a state which is rapidly detaching itself from our biggest Allie – in political terms anyway.

      • G.W.F. says:

I do FB a lot and follow many people. Yesterday I had one of these questionaires regarding Melanie Phillips whose articles are worth reading and at times arguing with. I will not reply to shit like this from FB. If I want to agree or disagree with M Phillips I know how to do it without a questionaire.

        • Fedup2 says:

I wonder what mind set came up with the idea of doing surveys about individuals ? Even the motivation of those who reply is going to make it nonsensical – leading to extremes of ‘love’ ‘hate’ with a majority – surely – staying silent unless there’s an incentive – which again affects views … maybe as an FB virgin I’m missing something .

I hope , now that TR is back from his holidays , he can go on the offensive again – even though the retrial is listed for 9 sept ? – if I remember correctly. I suppose the State will put it off again for some false reason to try to keep TR silent . What a State we are in..

          • G.W.F. says:

A reminder, the trial is set for the 4th September and TR’s followers appear to be getting angry.

            • G.W.F. says:

It has been removed. It won’t stop his supporters from turning up. They will have to arrest many people. Sajid Javid, peace be upon him, will show his true colours as this demo will test him.

Slightly different version, but same news

    What action has Trump taken?

So we are warning you we have grounds to sue”

Of course if there is great public interest say it proves that Trump BROKE A BIG LAW well that would trump keeping that contract

“The BBC still thinks we should appease Iran’s dictators, but Iranians themselves are protesting”
    Christopher Booker

What is new is that, after years in which the US and the EU fell over backwards to appease Tehran’s murderous clerical dictatorship, we for the first time have a US government ready to give increasingly open backing to its opponents,

Surely, this was posted already but it doesn’t hurt to post it again. I did look for it.

  18. Beeb Brother says:

I am in a pub again with BBC ‘news’ on and once again they are showing women talking about something or other in detail.

I do not want to be told off and told how horrible I am. I decided to watch Jordan Peterson annihilate Newman for the umpteenth time. A colossal problem for the BBC is how uncool they are. As PJW says, conservatism is the new counter culture.

    • imaynotalwaysloveyou says:

I generally try to keep off politics when socialising with my lefty middle class friends – it’s really not worth the bother.

But I did tell them that if they get all their news from the BBC and The Guardian, then they will be increasingly be seen as smug and out of touch – it shows they’re supportive of suppressing ‘unwelcome’ stories, shutting down debate and filling their publications with worthless propaganda & irrelevant pap.

Like that Mitchell and Webb sketch (ironically two awful lefties themselves) – they don’t know that they are the baddies.

  19. Chalkywhite says:

I see the story about that rich bloke donating lots of cash to the anti Brexit movement has been sitting/revolving on the BBC front page for at least 24 hours (and counting). Most stories, even newsworthy ones, ‘revolve’ for a few hours, get relegated to the side panel, then get transported to a regional news page and thence into oblivion. I wonder why this one is different? BBC bias in its most blatant form maybe??

  20. Beeb Brother says:

How dare they deplatform so many conservative voices in the run up to the election, having just preached for so long about how terrible it is to meddle with elections. I reckon it could backfire massively.

  21. Dave S says:

  24. NISA says:

The BBC Proms appear to be wanting to stay away from the current Labour Party agonies. A potted history of Mahler before a performance of his 5th symphony tells us that he became unpopular for a period, before his promotion by Leonard Bernstein. Various reasons are advanced but the J word was not mentioned.

Sack the cameraman. 10 pm BBC1 news (and to be honest it was on the 6.30 ish too). In the sports round up at the end was a report from the ladies match at Manchester United. The stands looked so empty I assumed the match was not open to the public. But then the camera panned round and we saw a few people watching, just a few rows in a very empty stadium. When will the Trust realise that women’s football is not as popular as the men’s game?

  27. scribblingscribe says:

More Project Fear posted by Al Beeb……………………………….
“Standard Chartered chief warning over Brexit staff moves”
In truth, they move staff all the time.

    We also have ………………….
“A Standard Chartered bank executive says tough demands by EU regulators could mean more jobs being moved from the UK overseas than currently thought.”
Once again the operative word is “could”.

But what we also see in the smaller print is …………………….
\\Europe and Americas boss Tracy Clarke says the relatively small size of the bank in the EU market means it would not “be moving hundreds of people”.//

Catching up with the final Feedback I hear that the BBC has made a pro-Brexit programme, or, at any rate given A Point Of View over to one pro-Brexit voice, later ‘balanced’ by Michael Morpurgo (children’s author) giving the BBC line.

We had the usual pro/anti comment clips (“we must be getting it about right”) but then there was a lengthy discussion as to whether the pro-Brexit speaker should have been allowed to use the ‘blether’ word. This seems par for the remainers’ course, they can’t make an argument, they just look for ways of shutting out pro-Brexit opinion.

They claim that Brexit was won by ‘lies’ yet we now have them pushing for a people’s vote – (that was the referendum!) – it is quite clear that they really want an elite/establishment vote to quash the rebellion.

(Morpurgo writes in The Guardian that his uncles fought for peace, not Brexit. If one accepts the argument that the EU brought peace to Europe is he really suggesting that a Brexit Britain will declare war on the EU? Or perhaps he thinks his friends will declare war on us?)

The reason our Brexit has been delayed is because the present government is buying time for Al Beeb and the rest of the MSM to peddle their “Remainer propaganda” ready for the so called ‘Peoples Vote’.

The only answer is to remove the present ‘Remainer Prime Minister’ from office and let the due process of democracy that we have already voted for take place.

Cultural appropriation? The BBC loves a bit of that to complain about and will have something to get their teeth into tomorrow as the professional ‘Black’ racist MP Dawn Butler whines about Jamie Oliver appropriating Jerk Chicken…

However Google it and you’ll find not only the BBC but the Guardian are guilty of culturally appropriating Jerk Chicken and promoting recipes for it. Will Butler be boycotting and whining about all those supermarkets selling curries and chinese and hamburgers and spaghetti and pizzas? She’s an idiot…not just for her stance but for her ignorance as she tells Oliver to take some advice…‘ @levirootsmusic should do a masterclass.’

Hmmm…good to see motor mouth Butler, an MP who supposedly is there to make laws and policy based upon knowledge and judgement, instead makes ignorant, knee-jerk ranting publicity seeking comments based on her own prejudice and bigotry…one look at google would have revealed the embarrassing truth….

Glad to see Butler get absolutely spanked in the comments on Twitter.

Butler better have a word with Levi for absolutely ruining pasta with his cultural appropriation…..Rasta Pasta…

  34. JamesG says:

“Michelle Ackerley: ‘I’m a BBC star but can’t afford to buy a home'”

  35. pugnazious says:

The BBC campaign to dismiss the Trojan Horse plot to islamise schools as a hoax continues. They have always declared the letter to be a hoax and tried to downplay and undermine the investigation into the Trojan Horse plot…..the BBC’s Phil Mackie declaring that the complaints were merely due to racism, paranoia and islamophobia.

The BBC’s Nihal a few days ago declared that the letter had been found to be a hoax, [it was never declared so], and that the whole plot was untrue…the BBC website looks to also muddy the waters and try and make it appear those Muslims caught out are innocent.

    The BBC claims….

‘The Clarke report found no evidence of extremism but said “there are a number of people in a position of influence who either espouse, or sympathise with or fail to challenge extremist views”.’

‘No evidence of extremism’….That’s not true…as even their own following words in the same sentence show!…and the full quote from Clarke shows that he found no ‘violent extremism’ but did find ideological extremism…

‘On extremism, Clarke says that ‘I neither specifically looked for nor found evidence of terrorism, radicalisation or violent extremism in the schools of concern in Birmingham. However, by reference to the definition of extremism in the Prevent strand of the Government’s counter terrorist strategy, CONTEST, and the spectrum of extremism described by the Prime Minister in his Munich speech in February 2011, I found clear evidence that there are a number of people, associated with each other and in positions of influence in schools and governing bodies, who espouse, endorse or fail to challenge extremist views.’’

The BBC spends a lot of time trying to explain away Tahir Alam’s part in all this…he’s an MCB official. The MCB is a Muslim Brotherhood front organisation, the MB being a terrorist organisation so declared by several countries…it is certainly extremist and a Muslim supremacist organisation.

In 2007 the MCB tried to force Muslim ideology upon all schools using a document drawn up by Tahir Alam, this document was declared by the investigation to be the blueprint for the Trojan Horse plot….from the Guardian…

‘Clarke’s report highlighted a pamphlet published by the MCB in 2007 and co-authored by the former chairman of Park View Educational Trust, Tahir Alam, one of the figures most criticised in the recent raft of government reports. The report alleged that the pamphlet set out a blueprint for the takeover of schools by Muslims.’

The BBC has never referred to this document other than in a tweet from Mackie, which proves they knew of it and proves they have tried to cover it up because it proves the Trojan Horse plot was real and directly connected to the MCB….which the BBC calls the most representative Muslim body in Britain.

‘What happened ‘appears to be a deliberate attempt to convert secular state schools into exclusive faith schools in all but name.’ It ‘stems from an international movement to increase the role of Islam in education’ which is supported by the Association of Muslim Schools–UK, the MCB and others. Tahir Alam’s 2007 MCB report is cited and summarised.’

The BBC covers up Muslim supremacist plotting and tells us nothing to see here. Dangerous times. Boris warned of the dire consequences of Islamist behaviour in Britain and recently talked of the burkha…clever people derided him as a poundshop Churchill. In many respects they are right to compare him to Churchill for he too knew well the horrors of fanatical religious fervour and was silenced by the BBC when he tried to raise the alarm about Hitler. How times change…or do they?

The BBC also promotes Alam’s claim that the schools were successful under his Islamist care….yes, in a very limited way that actually failed the pupils and put them at risk of radicalisation…why does the BBC not mention this very damning conclusion?…..

‘’I have received evidence from witnesses who express three key concerns about the impact on children of what has happened. First, I have been told by teachers that they fear children are learning to be intolerant of difference and diversity. Second, although good academic results can be achieved through a narrowing of the curriculum, it comes at a cost. The cost is that young people, instead of enjoying a broadening and enriching experience in school, are having their horizons narrowed. They are not being prepared properly to flourish in the inevitably diverse environments of further education, the workplace or life outside predominantly Muslim communities. They are thus being potentially denied the opportunity to prosper in a modern multi-cultural Britain. Third, the very clear evidence that young people are being encouraged to adopt an unquestioning attitude to a particular hardline strand of Sunni Islam raises real concerns about their vulnerability to radicalisation in the future. I have heard evidence to the effect that there are real fears that their current experiences will make it harder for them to question or challenge radical influences.’

‘At the centre of what has happened are a number of individuals who have been, or are, associated with either Park View School or the Park View Educational Trust. Time and again, people who have been either teachers or governors at Park View, appear to be involved in behaviours at other schools that have destabilised headteachers, sometimes leading to their resignation or removal. The tactics that have been used are too similar , the individuals concerned too closely linked and the behaviour of a few parents and governors too orchestrated for there not to be a degree of co-ordination and organisation behind what has happened. The clear conclusion is that Park View Educational Trust has, in reality, become the incubator for much of what has happened and the attitudes and behaviours that have driven it.’’

I downloaded the full report at the time. It was compiled by the Schools Inspectorate. I vividly recall my horror in reading it to learn that the inspectors found teachers were explaining to their pupils that the Boston bombing was carried out by the FBI and similarly 9/11 by the CIA.

A couple more gems from our beloved, trusted, impartial, fact-checking, explaining, neutral old aunty, the envy of the world, etc, etc, etc:

An aritcle on how Stormzy is financing two BAME students to study at Cambridge who wouldn’t otherwise get the chance but right at the end of the article, it is reported that the two successful applicants must first have already been offered a place at Cambridge to be considered for the “scholarship”.

The BBC is quite happy here to perpetuate the myth of poverty in the United Kingdom. The article draws on a study by Loughborough University in which they find that the lowest paid parents cannot afford a basic lifestyle. It characterises people on the lowest pay as those earning the National Living Wage. Predictably included is a quote from the Child Action Poverty Group. The article makes no distinction between absolute and relative poverty and actually trivialises the distinction by quoting the Government as saying there are fewer families living in absolute poverty. Absolute poverty in the UK for people working? Bunkum.

  37. Nibor says:

UK government is going to take the moral high ground and let EU migrants stay , and they can use the NHS , claim benefits etc .
I thought they didn’t do that and each one put £6 million into the economy ?! Obviously not .

Birmingham Prison (‘Winson Green). As Birmingham is the “Jihadi Capital” of the UK, I was interested in the ethnic breakdown of the inmates but that info, it seems, is not available. However, I did determine that the last execution to take place there was, “The last person ever to be hanged at the prison was a 20-year-old Jamaican named Oswald Augustus Grey. He was executed on 20 November 1962 after being convicted of the shooting death of newsagent Thomas Bates during the course of a robbery in Lee Bank Road on 3 June 1962”. Apart from the execution element, what changes?
