Start the Week Open Thread 9 July 2018

The Brexit White Paper is to be published on Thursday so plenty of hot air until then.

More hot air about blimps and plenty of al beeb and Twitter plans to frustrate both brexit and protest against the President of the United States .

We still have a degree of free speech so let’s use it wisely .

    TWatO and BBC’s pay revelations.

    We now know …

….. that JayhhEnn* Garvey is a sexist and racist woman. “All the top ten are men and they are all white men!”

(* I have fond memories of when she was a nice girl and Womens Hour was worth listening to and Jane presented it, being introduced by someone in Continuity with a lovely Northern Irish accent. Ah, the good old days. How far have the mighty BBC fallen!)

Yes I heard Garvey come out with that but heard no more as I hit the off switch faster than Theresa could drop on the ground in front of Junker and kiss the ground he walks on.

Lets hope that that is all that she kisses!

It appears that any female who has worked on “Wimmins Hour” seems to magically turn into some sort of bitter, man hating harpy” Ah the sisterhood dont you just love it. Lets just hope that Janes old man tonight remembers to pick up his socks – “or else”

A bit of light relief. Jordan Peterson describes the discoveries that Google engineers made with respect to pornography for females.

The findings are confirmed at 3:52!

These ‘lefty’ idiots who would ban Peterson unheard and unseen are missing out on so much, poor dears!

Isn’t that wonderful if true – President trump suggesting defence expenditure be raised to 4 per cent . Hopefully it will give our enemies like batbier and Tusk enough to kick them over the edge . They won’t respond to day because they will already be on the sauce

      “Predatory Dominance” it is then!
      He`s quite a guy isn`t he?
Only hope I can concentrate on the drive home now, and “predatory dominance” will be put on a post-it note for future reference.

What I love about men like Jordan is that he has never confused intelligence with obedience.
The whole political class and their media sucker fish do think that intelligence is conformity-which is why they`re the liberal cupcakes that they are.
If they`re obedient and conforming-as opposed to deplorable and intelligent enough to think for themselves-then who but the BBC wants THAT?
Hence their thinking that Will Self or Bob Geldof will do it for us.
Sorry-one Tommy, one Jordan-even Morrissey again-THEY are the real men. And thankfully, there`s loads out here on this site too!

I was speaking to someone earlier today and she told me that even though we are still in the EU, in Spain at least, duty free ( or whatever the EU equivalent is called) has already been stopped for UK citizens. Does anyone know if this is correct, why it’s been prematurely stopped and why no one is kicking up a stink about it?

Within the EU it’s duty paid in each country . The duty free only comes in for travel in and out of the EU . I was hoping we might get duty free back but there will be no free Dom

Not BBC bias but all part of their agenda that they support

Man given £40k after being kept from four-year-old daughter
    https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-44797805

The Home Office has admitted that it unlawfully detained an Indian man for three months under immigration powers, separating him from his young daughter.

The father has been awarded £40,000 damages for “false imprisonment” and “disruption” to contact with the child, a Lithuanian national who is now four.

The Home Office will also pay the child £10,000 damages and the family’s legal costs will be met.

In June 2017, after AJS had served a prison sentence for wounding, the Home Office ordered him to be detained pending his deportation – despite a local authority recommending that he be reunited with his daughter so that he could care for her.

    I’m speechless to be honest.

If you need to be cheered up after the England / Croatia win / lose have a listen to President Trump lecturing the krauts at the NATO summit . It’s 2 minutes of priceless lecturing about the truth and reality – and he didn’t even need to mention the war . Won’t see that on al beeb .

Welcome to blighty tomorrow Mr President – why not go on Gardens Question Time to explain how to drain embarrassing swamps .

Five Live news bulletin mentions how the ten top-paid BBC employees are white men. So what? Perhaps they might now appreciate how impracticable equal outcomes are. Or maybe there might be some values within that detested white western culture which actually lead to good outcomes?

I think actual evidence-based reasoning is probably thought crime though, and SJWs plough on despite ‘Far Right’ hate facts. Rotherham showed just how tragic diversity can be yet they still worship that false idol – like a reckless gambler throwing good money after bad.

What’s with these many tweeters that cluster at points, saying ‘oh the BBC is biased towards the Tories’
.. Are they all artificial bots
Or human bot army programmed by Alistair Campbell to lie ?
cos although it maybe that once a week a BBC persons cuts off a lefty/lib..they cut off a non-lib every hour

Some accounts look like bots cos they tweet every 10 minutes

Whilst others look like real people who are not 100% truthful
    Here’s a guy

The BBC currently is widely criticised for political bias. #BBCr4today often follows Daily Mail opinion and people want everything for free. Sort that and we might make progress.— mat watkinson (@matwatkinson) July 10, 2018

    but a quick search reveals

When I worked for the BBC, regular “talking heads” were frowned on. Despite this, I’d always find a good socialist & a decent Tory (they do exist, though rare.)

I believe in the license fee and in the BBC I worked for for 20yrs,
Since The Independent disappeared, there’s no impartial press and Tory papers Trump The Guardian hands down in terms of sales.

    …. Mishal Husain
    She’s too nice.
I always feel she’s more of a newsreader and a journalist some way behind that. I hope she’s not a Tory.

(He lets slip that he doesn’t sincerely believe they are a Tory machine)
you’ll know better than me if there’s a genuine Tory bias or if it’s just ineptitude. I did 20yrs, 18 of them happy. I still value the BBC though. Lefties – what are we like, eh?

Theresa May was not a weak leader she is DEVIOUS
..just look at Berlin press conference where she interrupted to stop the reporter asking Merkel a question, and the reporters laughed in astonishment.

eg 2 Last Friday’s”Stop brexit Brexit” coup

eg 3 In the leadershio campaign she stabbed Andrea Leadsom in the back , by twisting what she said about she’d be a good leader cos she’s a mother

I guess She’s never wanted to control immigration
..she just knows that is something you must say

BBC photo is very confusing! Which one is Trump baby? I’m sure the girl in the foreground would be pretty angry at being called Trump baby and should get her family to sue the Beeb for some form of hate speech. The rest of the bozos in the background would go into fits of SJW at being called Trump baby. But they deserve it.

\\ I’m reading this as the BBC trying to extend the TV licence to cover social media. If you use social media, you have to pay for a TV licence because, er, the BBC is now also a social media provider, just like how you have to pay the BBC even if you only watch ITV.

This degree of madness is not seen even in France. //
