The money should be held in a trust account until his victims take legal advice and sue him for compensation. If the judges insist on criminals being paid compensation (for anything) the money should be passed through to their victims. Eventually the message will get through that criminal will not see any benefit from such cases. The problem then will be how to screw their lawyers.

Perhaps this would be a suitable subject for Moral Maze.

    – Please note, they are not pushing for freedom of speech, freedom of thought … just want to be ahead of everyone when the oil runs out – but still totalitarian. Letting women drive will help their economy – which means why was it enforced before? It was a man made law not from the heavens. Did they have cars in 7th century?

Women have always been able to drive in Dubai, part of the UAE, so not sure what you are on about. The UAE may not be a democracy in the accepted sense, but it most other respects it’s a free and open country and I don’t think many locals are demanding any change.

I missed that story – it must have been one of those stories the BBC hide by placing it in an obscure location or rapidly making it disappear?

The BBC currently have as their lead story on their European News Section of their website:
EU to sue member states over refugees: The European Commission is to sue Poland, Hungary and the Czech Republic at the European Court of Justice (ECJ) for refusing to take in asylum seekers. The commission, the EU’s executive body, accused the three countries of “non-compliance with their legal obligations on relocation”.

This is a clip of a Channel 4 News discussion between Owen Patterson at the HoC and Alistair Campbell in the studio; at the end of it Campbell dredges up some quote about the Single Market which Patterson made at some point. The Indian presenter then tries to end it there and not allow Patterson the opportunity of replying, which he does manage but only barely.

It is as the discussion ends that you see the smug, self-satisfied Campbell turn to Jon Snow, sitting just to his left, who is smirking in his swivel chair at what Campbell just did.
I can’t think of many people in journalism I detest more than these two b@st@rds!

Anyone seen anything of new comedy drama series on BBC1 Love, Lies & Records penned by Kay Mellor. It has BBC Brainwashing and liberalist indoctrination throughout. There’s the portrayed “baddy” Registrar who is very straight traditional white woman who refuses to officiate a gay wedding until she is ordered to. Then there is the sex change registrar who announces at the team meeting that he is changing sex and the next day coming in dressed as a woman to the hearty congratulations of everyone in the team. We are then put through his/her ordeal that he/she suffers at the hands of his ex-wife. Then there is the obligatory muslim registrar who is so understanding and poses after the marriage of the lesbian couple where the “baddy homophobe” backs away from being in the happy couples picture. Then there’s the torment endured by the poor illegal migrant being hounded by Police and Registrars.

It makes me sick watching it but is so BBC indoctrination…drip drip drip normalisation of every BBC liberal value. Pretty much like watching stories they manage to unearth every night on the 6:00 pm news. Pretty much all of their documentaries these days are stuffed with their liberal values designed to brainwash the “captive” audience.

But the thing is Hey, you couldn’t write anything of that quality.

You would get half way through and think, ‘Nobody’s going to believe that’, or ‘No, no policeman would be that fucking stupid’, or ‘No man is that pathetic’, or ‘But that just wouldn’t happen’. You’d probably want to write something to be understood and enjoyed without any real agenda, to sort of make sense.

These are thoughts that don’t seem to bother bBbc writers as they finish with another cliched and hurried twist at the ending, totally unconnected to the previous three hours of nonsense, and start writing the next formulaic melodrama as their one-off becomes a series.

It’s not just that Schulz and others like him want to create a European Superstate, it’s the limitless arrogance of their ambitions for the Superstate in spe that is chilling. Sigmar Gabriel, the foreign minister has already said this week that Germany and Europe should adopt a more independent and self-confident foreign policy
“Either we attempt to shape ourselves in the world or the rest of the world will shape us”. “We should trust in France more and not in the USA”. The USA does not share our “European values”.,This summer Gabriel was out in Iraq handing out cash for influence as Mad Merkel also sees a greater role for Europe (i.e. Germany) as a peacemaker. There is also the idea that as a “moral superpower” Germany should be spending more in the middle east to further economic development and so prevent further millions of refugees heading for the Muttiland.

If, maybe, perhaps, we’re told, what normally happens, usual language. Kaiser – why do you think Trump uses Twitter? So he can bypass all these @ssh0les and get HIS message out, not their “interpretation” of it.

I have been giving this some thought lately, discussed it with others and I’ve come to the conclusion that one of the main reasons we are in the position where we are with the EU; is the fact that Cameron was allowed to leave his referendum promise unfulfilled: that if the country voted to leave, he would trigger Article 50 immediately.

It allowed the Remain and EU scum time to re-group and develop a strategy to attempt to de-rail Brexit. Camerloon should never have been permitted to resign without doing what he said he would do, that has acted against us ever since; the momentum was lost and has never been regained since.

I blame the Brexiteers in the parliament who didn’t drive home the advantage of the referendum win and the enemy were stunned, if he had been forced to do that then our position would have been so much stronger than the one which has been allowed to develop.

freedom of movement is the 1 condition of the single market.
This is why the Northern Ireland border is the main target where the eu can exploit us.
I believe HMG when they say that they can’t jeopardize the Union for the sake of the eu over borders.
I think that tweezer will get no further than Cameron when he tried for a different deal and she will resign.
The hope is JRM takes the reins of a WTO Brexit and all negotiations are ended.
If i am wrong i give up for this country as it will eventually be swallowed up the Federal Europe that is forming.

      DBDoEG,
I’ve been studying the deals on broadband. I currently use (and have done for 4 Years) a radio contact WiFi access). Having been conned by the cable broadband suppliers over the years, making a decision on which to select is problematic: you accept that you will be conned but to what extent and how will only be revealed when you sign on. Then you are stuck with it for at least a year, perhaps more. Three: mobile wifi; 40Gb per month (£18) and 14 days to decide if the deal (and speed claimed) is for you? Yes, tick that box. Point being?
The Treezer deal with the EU will be a con (don’t you just know it just) but how, will not be revealed for perhaps years when our muslim leader at Number 10 has long gone. “It will only be a few thousand coming in from Bulgaria and Romania”; “Enough is enough” etc, etc. So the story lurches on, and on, and on. You get the picture.

…the rise of Mogg is perhaps something you fear. It’ll be a gigantic leap to the far right for your liking.

On the contrary, I would view it as an absolute gift if Mogg was elected leader of the Conservatives. The fact that you and his other supporters don’t realise why, just makes the possibility even more hilarious.

So who really cares where Israel says it’s capital is?

For years at school we always had to contend with the trick geography question of ‘what is the capital of Australia’. It was frustrating that it wasn’t Sydney but if the aussies want it to be Canberra, so be it. It’s their country.

So we have to be respectful or face jail if we call a man pretending to be woman a man, yet we are allowed to ignore a country when they tell us what their capital is?

Just another tedious bout of media losing their shit over something that most people don’t really care about.

Yes it’s good to have an existence recognised on line but blimey- say something for yourself which is debatable – you might change minds !

I’ve mentioned here before, about buying a Bartholomew’s Atlas for some forgotten reason when I lived in Saudi. Some Government official had opened up the cellophane wrapping and, in every copy, assiduously redacted out every reference to Israel including the index at the rear. The muslims hatred of Israel is established and cannot be denied since it it is even referenced in the cult handbook, the Quaran. In my view the POTUS was absolutely correct, there has been no peace since the US passed the legislation in 1995 and there is no sign that peace is likely. So, ‘move on’. How can there ever be ‘Peace’ between the muslim and others that inhabit this planet? So long as islam is active and requires cultists to follow the Quaran, Hadith and Sira, there never will be any peace.

I watched the Panorama documentary Jihadis funded by us. I came across it accidentally at 4am.being unable sleep. It is actually an exposé of how our taxes in the form of f foreign aid end up in extremist groups hands .

The free Syrian Army was mentioned and their many violent off shoots .In effect it sets out how there is very little scrutiny of foreign aid spending in lawless countries. The mealy mouthed foreign office has one excuse after another.
I knew aid didnt get to those who really need it ,but even the BBC managed to find a paper trail to extremists .

I hate the BBC ,but this was OK .but why is it not being shown in a decent time slot after Eastenders or something like these things used to be ?

Deborah – I think every now and again the BBC produces a semi serious piece of journalism in an attempt to and justify its ridiculous mantra that it is “fair and balanced” in all of its coverage. Its a bit like saying that because Jimmy Saville raised a few quid for charity it makes him a good man.
All good propaganda outfits occasionally will produce a balanced piece to hide behind but as we all here know “One swallow does not a summer make ” and one half decent piece of journalism certainly does not make a decent broadcaster.
And in this case quite the opposite because it shows they could do it if they really wanted to.

“Richard, you’re a friend of the show”
So says the BBC’s Naga Munchetty to husband of Nazanin Zaghari-Ratcliffe this morning as we have news that Boris Johnson is to visit Iran. Realistic commentators with some nous and a modicum of knowledge about Iran and their prior hostage-taking tendencies will suspect that either some cash ransom or other political concession from Britain will be offered to the Ayatollahs in Tehran in exchange for this hapless woman, who so the story goes, came a cropper on a visit to her parents. The editorial line taken by the BBC presenter was of course critical of Boris, awkwardly at this sensitive juncture once again reminding us of his apparent miss speaking as to the woman’s journalistic activities. The implication of Naga’s statement of friendship with Richard Ratcliffe tended to reinforce the perception that although she was more than chummy with Mr Ratcliffe naturally the BBC was no friend of our Foreign Secretary.

Do we think the Iranian foreign minister should waltz in here and summarily demand the release of prisoners of its choosing? I suspect, we don’t and we would tell the foreign minister that British justice should take its course.
This woman is a journalist hostile to the Iranian regime, although the BBC (with whom she has strong links) just describes her as a mother.

“Supreme Court Issues “Unusual Language” As Liberal Circuits Get Well-Deserved Warning
Posted by Sam Di Gangi | Dec 7, 2017 | American Strength, Top Article

President Donald Trump got an unexpected but vitally important bit of support today from the Supreme Court of the United States of America (SCOTUS). According to facts obtained from the Daily Caller, the nation’s highest court “appears somewhat irritated with federal courts that have repeatedly barred” the White House from carrying out the law in regards to migration and travel.

SCOTUS is said to have used “unusual language” as they issue what the Caller labels “three clear signals” of their frustration. All three look like a massive win for Mr. Trump and his much-needed travel ban, too. This will be music to the ears of everyone who longs to keep terror out (or at least limited) in the U.S.

The first signal is seen in the fact that the court is showing that they do believe that the government is going to win this particular battle since the Constitution does not lay out migration as a states right matter. Rather, it is one of the few federal matters of which the states get little say.

Secondly, the court’s “order was forthright and terse.” This is said to be a sign that SCOTUS sees virtually no “ambiguity” in the law and that Trump is acting in 100% accordance with the Consitution. It is the states which are breaking the law if they are a so-called “sanctuary city.”

Also, only two of the nine justices are said to have “registered their dissent,” so clearly, the president is not doing anything out of line when he aims to secure our borders and limit travel from nations which have pledged to kill us.
Lastly, the order “instructs the 4th and 9th Circuits to ‘render [their] decision with appropriate dispatch.’” This is the “highly unusual” part of what they wrote in that it appears to suggest that they wish to “take the case themselves, and dispose of it as quickly as possible.”

Can it even be imagined why this haggling is taking place at all? It is not more important that we help everyone claiming to be in need when it means opening up Americans to terror and radical Islam. It may be what the left wants to see happen, but then again, that is why they lost the election.

Trump is America’s leader, not the leader of Syria. That means that he has an obligation to keep us safe here, not to go welcoming in everyone in the Middle East to come over so that those posing as refugees can turn out to (in some cases) to be Daesh terrorists. ISIS and other groups have promised to do just that, so it is not as if Trump made up the threat just to be fickle.

It is good to see the courts understanding this. Yes, certainly, the U.S. has a responsibility to help those in need. However, to make that happen, we need to make sure that proper and extensive vetting happens. Until that can be achieved (which is not the case now), it is best to lock the doors to some nations.

To take any other course of action is to end up like England.”

……”end up like England” OUCH! Our reputation is out there and it’s embarrassing! Those Yanks used to respect us.

you are quite correct, no hard border means we are still wide open to mass immigration and the single market, under the thumb of the ECJ and still sending a few billion quid over the channel that never comes back. In essence we are still in and the vote has been ignored.

Why do people associate the’Right’ with the Nazi Party. This is historically completely wrong.
The Nazi Party in Germany under the leadership of Adolf Hitler was a socialist party. Hitler was a socialist in both thought and deed. His pre war policies were all socialist by nature. He would today be a Corbynite. He even studied Hinduism and peace! He was an arty lefty. He failed to get into Art School so became a psychologically deranged, anti capitalist lefty murderer instead. Like Corbyn he’d never had a proper job. Like Corbyn he was an anarchist and thought like an immature perpetual student.

For Adolf Hitler read Jeremy Corbyn.
For BBC read intentionally socialist and ignorant

Nazi political strategy focused on anti-big business, anti-bourgeois and anti-capitalist rhetoric.Sounds familiar to the Labour Party today.
In Hitler’s youth he was amember of the National Socialist German Students’ League
The name of Hitler’s Nazi Party was formed from the National Socialist German Workers’ Party. My oh my, there is that word ‘socialist’ in there.

When will the BBC start to correct their lefts from their rights?
