Brexit….The Right Side of History

People felt they had lost control of their country….they were right….

Labour couldn’t jail the bankers because they gave them free rein to do what they liked…bankers would be in jail next to Gordon Brown.

Its a good start Robert and yes we did vote brexit partly to give you a bloody nose. And yes – you and your friends are part of the metropolitan elite and you are right when you say that many people in this country do not have much of a financial stake in the middle class”self preservation society” where the rules about how to make money are only shared with those of your same class.
But Robert – there is one thing missing from this clip as to why we voted brexit -One bloody great big elephant which you and your well heeled media friends do not want to talk about – It is called IMMIGRATION – and especially from Islamic countries. You and your friends try and re-write the rules of our established society in favour of the newcomers even if some of them show scant respect to established norms of decent civilised behaviour. And do you know what (unlike you) we may have liked page 3 of the Sun) but we also know that a woman in a skirt is not necessarily “up for it” we may have looked or even whistled but that is where it ends. So maybe that could well be a consideration as to why we are not all in favour of unrestricted migration.
Additionally If we have little financial stake in society then the only thing we have is our roots, our society and our heritage. But Robert you and your friends have been complicit in robbing many of us even of this. Sorry fellah I am still proud of being British. Your EU may not like it but it made us what we are today. Trying to swamp us with millions of people from what seems to be a hostile cultures does not mean that we all become homogenized (despite George Soros s promises). All it does is set us all up for civil war.
In the real world more Immigration =
    more CO2 production
    less cohesive societees
    greater need for housebuilding
    More schools
    more roads
    more money needed for NHS
    More infrastructure
    more food

I could go on Robert but I think you know anyway.

You certainly do talk a lot but I am afraid you have shown yet again you and your media friends are unwilling to deal with the real issues out there and until those in power do we will treat you with the same amount of respect you treat us with.
Deliberate omission or plain ignorance – I care not. But you have shown that you have had no “road to Damascus” enlightenment” all you have shown us is yet again the chattering classes are willing to chatter away all day while Rome continues to burn.

So thanks for your concern Robert – Good luck with your book about us funny little proles and why we voted brexit, but I care not what you think. And I suspect while you, Piers and Portia clink glasses over dinner the rest of us will be spending our lives having to deal with the consequences of the destructive policies you and your friends have inflicted upon us.

Proles voting badly? You can take the man out of the BBC, but never the BBC out of the man (other interpretations are available).

I forced myself to listen this twerp for the long 10 minutes but I read what you writed and you have saved me a lot of typing – I don’t know if his Jewish background has something to do with not mentioning immigration but you can see how far a way from reality is prattling on about “ productivity “. Glad one less smug well funded liberal on the al beeb payroll .

FD2 – I suspect that his jewish background is in all likelihood irrelevant when it comes to what he is saying. Despite his comprehensive school education he is a fully paid up member of the “elite” echo chamber enjoying all the fruits that come with being a member. This includes saying the right things in support of liberal ideals and perhaps more importantly “not” saying the wrong things which could indicate the liberal project is failing and our successive Governments are political cowards who are failing us and have little control over events.

To admit to any of this would mean that the door to political gossip and inside information would be firmly closed to him. Despite his current pronouncements I suspect he is just another greedy politico who values his career and ego above country and culture.

    Oak,
As I wrote I pondered on whether his background – as he said – Jewish – and the son of a Labour Peer made much difference. I also wondered how he could get out of his media-Political bubble but I can’t see that because he’s become a bit of a celebrity to people who care about that sort of thing.

If you spend your working life writing books about being out of touch and coexisting with luvvies , politicians and TV people you are never going to be “ down with the voters” – how could you be. ?

It’s a bit like that faulty thought process that remainers has corresponding exit voters to the number of foreigners in the area where they live. What crap. It’s far deeper than that – same if educational level and knowledge of the perverted industry that is the self serving EU.
