May versus The High Sparrow

‘You are the few, we are the many’

Corbyn is extremely sinister…anyone who adopts that quiet, steady, repressed tone of voice, that way of speaking. is hiding a lot…..it’s a mask…..curious how many people fall for it and believe Corbyn is a ‘nice’ person…..(H/T Sue at Is the BBC biased? for the video)…..

My recommendation?……

And here is Treezer the Appeaser’s Ramadamalinglong message for 2017
She must have used Corbyn’s speech writer

‘This Ramadan, let us celebrate the way in which this festival of peace, reflection and religious devotion brings people closer together.
And let us say to Muslims here in Britain and across the world, Ramadan Kareem.

That’s it. She has lost my vote definitely. No more. Right after Manchester & another murder of Coptic
Egyptians. It’s at best, thoroughly tasteless. Damned irresponsible & weak knee’d leadership.
      We’ve been abandoned.

It’s hard not to envisage future fighting in the streets as our only method of survival.

If you vote Labour instead, you still support appeasement of islam (as per Corbyn’s clip above). I would say Conservative is the least bad option. Do you really want a progressive alliance of Labour SNP and the off the wall bonkers Greens?

No way, I’m not voting labour. I’m afraid it will have to be UKIP despite them being in disarray.

Same here, Lucy. It was a toss up between the Conservatives and UKIP. She’s made my mind up for me. Its going to be UKIP from now on.

Yes. Been visiting them for years.

The 6 foot-long fossil reveals that the extinct early man of England possessed two large working testicles (a left one and a right one), which shatters all modern theories about the origins of today’s residents of the British Isles.

“I was totally shocked to see the testicles,” said the study’s lead researcher, Peter Sanstestes. “For a week on end, I actually went back to the specimen every day just to look at them again, to make sure that I wasn’t seeing things.”

Current count – Day 3. Attacks – 12. Kills – 118. And the site gives information of where and when.

The most important point when it comes to our situation, and indeed that of Europe, is that the information exposes the pathetic excuses use by the apologists for the Jihadi Butchers for what they are, absolute garbage.

Many of the attacks have absolutely nothing to do with Western interventions in the Middle East, few of them have anything to do with protecting Muslims from discriminatory attacks by others, none of them have anything to do with guilt trip fantasies blaming the Crusades and many of the attacks are carried out by Muslims against other Muslims under the fantasy that they are either not Muslim enough or are the ‘wrong kind’ of Muslim.

So many attacks, so many deaths, and all within a matter of a few days. I wonder how the bBBC managed not to have noticed them? Oh, silly me, it’s because it doesn’t fall in line with the bBBC Leftist propaganda that we British should engage in mass self-flagellation because it’s all been brought on by our disgracefully evil deeds and the terrible way we make all those poor Jihadists feel.

Having just watched Corbyn on C4 It’s clear that he masks his true opinions and indeed modulates his tone according to his audience . He talks in generalities and preaches socialist nirvana via unlimited supplies of taxpayer cash ( or borrowing ). My feeling is that a lot of millennials buy into this. The key will be middle aged and older voters . I sympathise a lot with UKIP but please don’t vote UKIP in any constituency that would let labour in as a result.

That’s a risk I am willing to take, I’m afraid. Unseating the local Tory (I’m not going to say who it is) would be a moment for rejoicing – even if it meant a Labour victory in this seat. In fact, were it to be part of an overall Labour victory, I’m not so sure that a Corbyn government could last a year. And what happened after that could be very interesting indeed.

I think that’s a very high risk strategy . Hard left Marxists don’t give up easily when they have their hands on the levers of power . All you have to do is give Corbyn enough seats to ally with the SNP and they are over the threshold.
Your argument could be turned on its head by saying that if Theresa May introduces too many crypto socialist measures and reneges on key Brexit issues such as immigration then she won’t last a year either . That’s the scenario I’d prefer .

Frankly this entire election is a high risk strategy for a sane voter. All of the options stink, not least of them faux Conservatives like May (five years as an appalling Home Secretary, a Remainiac and strategically inept (dementia tax)), Rudd (a chancer who rose without trace, largely on the strength of having ovaries) and the rest of a cabinet of utter drips and mediocrities.

I am sick of voting ‘least worse’. That’s how we ended up with Cameron.

As can be seen in the USA. The hard left are just not giving up, and are making a lot of noise about it. It is an obsession to the detriment of everything else. Very dangerous – they are selling out their country to the ideology.

People are saying that we are close to tipping. A Corbyn government, with Abbot in charge of the police, could be that tipping point

Corbyn is slick and experienced in handling hostile questions, unlike May. He dealt with Paxman quite easily, because Paxman was inept.

However, Corbyn is peddling the tired socialist mantra “for the many, not the few” which appeals to those who see themselves as the many. A lot of those would end up disappointed when under a Labour government they find that they are in fact in the few who will be taxed and squeezed.

The Labour slogan really means: “give to the many, from the few”.

GC I have huge sympathy with what you say , but without the ‘least worst’ we would have had Brown and Milliband. In our system of first past the post it usually is a matter of chosing the least worst. I still think that’s better than endless coalitions . Last time I checked, the Dutch still hadn’t formed theirs, many weeks after their election, but apparently that’s normal .
UKIP has suffered both from scoring own goals ( e.g relying too much on Farage) and in achieving its primary object of an out vote on the EU.I still think that UKIP or something like it will re- emerge.

Personally, my hope is that Banks will finance a party and stick Nigel Farage at the head of it. I’m not one of the blind Farage worshippers and I quite understand why he gives many the heebie-jeebies, but if Corbyn demolishes the economy (which he will) and the Tories still stink of Heathism (which they will) Farage could be in with a chance.

Even then, I am not sure that Farage is the man to tackle the immigration problem. If he isn’t I shudder to think what manner of ‘rough beast’ might need to slouch in to do it. If that happens, it’s when things will get nasty. Very nasty.

The ‘progressives’ will have only themselves to blame.

From his point of view that was a logical move. A lot of his MPs depend on buying that vote.

Strictly speaking that isn’t true. The Tories got that ball rolling in the 1950s. Moreover, the Tories haven’t exactly slammed the brake on when in power.

Neither party has anything to crow about on this score though the worst administration by a country mile was the Bliar era junta, which actually sent people out searching for immigrants, as Mandleson has admitted.

I’m sure Farage knows that discussing what really needs to be done about immigration is still potentially toxic. No point having the right answers if nobody is listening.

I fear the issue must take its course. Too many people are still at the candle, lantern and teddy bear stage but as even more bodies and rape victims mount up, a point will be reached somewhere along the line when people in significant numbers will decide that they want their country back. I believe the turnaround could happen quite quickly, probably in response to some outrage even worse than Manchester. This was a nail bomb which some say was more sophisticated than previous efforts.

This could have been prevented. Successive governments (and organisations like the BBC) that allowed this problem to fester will have blood on their hands. History will not be kind to them – provided someone is still documenting it, that is.

It will be nasty, as you say.

I think Farage has done himself a huge favour by ducking out now and waiting for the dust to settle . I agree with you, he could make a comeback, especially if the Tories under May leave the EU but continue to have high immigration and keep on pandering to Muslims and taking the British for fools . Whether Farage is a politician who could handle office effectively rather than just being a campaigner is something I have doubts about. Also he seems incapable of functioning with a good team around him.
