Well if no-one else is prepare to be the patron saint of lost or lonely threads on this hallowed ground of Airmegeddon…then let me plow the ground for ye( Luke 10.2 passim)
    Good to be literal.
The Skids were a great band…had they called that first classic “Albert Tatlock” and not “TV Stars”…we punks in Corrie land in the North West would have not needed the bloody “Sex Pistols at the Free Trade Hall” crap to “live forever”, as it were.
Hence Jeremy Vine and the Cult of Peel and Teenage Kicks beloved of the Oxbridge Toytown Trotters.
Met Stuart Adamson in my quasi-pop star days in 1982 …but the dark glasses and Big Music balls of Big Country had taken hold…and there but for the grace of God go I nowadays.
Desperately sad to hear of his sad death in 2001…saw Goran put Henman into his kitbag and left the cosy Heart of darkness that was Mandys Excalibur in North Shields/Millbank days afterwards…
The liberal wankbands on BBC4 and 1Xtra confuse Big Country and the Armory Show with The Armoury in Leeds and the Big Cunt soon to end the Days Of Europa…
    But enough-this was a PSA…WITH GUITARS!
“Animation Is a Purifier”…discuss in the next Art Lesson eh?

“Those who have ears” out there?
Who ripped off who re “The Olympian” versus “A Bomb In Wardour Street” by the Jam?
Ant to my scottish pal who feared I was biased against Stenhousemuir?
Looks like I need to have said that Dunfermline was the team to follow-so will do so now!

Just heard the “From Our Own Correspondent” lady in Athens tell us all that the airport and stadia (that were lavishly built with EU money to get the Greeks IOC-compliant back in 2004)..are now used as Afghan refugee camps.
So ends the Olympian ideal, the dreamed of days of Europa.
Thank Christ we didn`t vote to stay in…for Stratford and City Airport would be the same -and in less that eleven years as well.
