  1. Lunchtime Loather says:

For reasons that escape me my wife, bless her, likes to listen to Chris Evans on the R2 Breakfast Show every morning. I don’t. I can’t stand him, either on TV or radio. However, I couldn’t help but notice over the last couple of weeks or so his constant banging on about the new James Bond film. Most mornings at about 08:10 he would go on and on and on about it. There was another 6 minute instalment this very morning as he played the awful theme song and discussed the film with Zoe Ball. So a few days ago I wasted a few minutes of my life by sending a complaint to our beloved (so they tell us) BBC basically accusing them of advertising a commercial product. I had a reply this morning (my emphasis)…
I understand you feel that Chris has been using the programme to promote the new James Bond movie ‘Spectre’.

We are prohibited from the terms of our Charter from carrying any form of advertising or sponsorship on our public services. Specifically we are not permitted to accept income or benefit financially by promoting the goods of outside companies. This keeps us independent of commercial interests and ensures that we can be run instead to serve the general public interest.

Our Editorial Guidelines explain that the BBC needs to be “able to reflect the real world and this will involve referring to commercial products, organisations and services in our output”.

The important point to note here is that by merely making reference to the fact that ‘Spectre’ is going to be in UK cinemas in the near future, Chris is not actively promoting the film.

Not actively promoting the film? What world do these people live in? He has done nothing but promote the film! I feek a Stage 2 complaint coming on…

What a great reply from bBBC to Lunchtime Loather.
Wonder how they would explain the totally independent and impartial Graham Norton show last Friday night which had, errr….three stars from the Spectre film as guests plus clips from the film.
Don’t get me wrong. I like James Bond films, why don’t the Beeb come clean and just say we are giving a hand to a UK film franchise?
But then the entire Graham Norton show is totally geared around promotion. Every guest is there to promote their latest film or project, it’s exactly the reason they agree to do the show in the first place.

What they’re trying to say is that the Charter prohibits advertising therefore Mr Evans could not possibly have been advertising.

In the same way that they could not possibly have been promoting Adele the other night when they had a long piece on the news about her new song and new album. They were simply reflecting the real world in a hall of infinite mirrors.

What like the BBc breakfast last half hour sales outlet. Songs, books, films & TV programs all get grovelling approval and hype most mornings. That on top of the not infrequent exposure of the never heard of them charity organisations.

It was the same a few years ago, when U2 released an album. The BBC turned into a 24 hour running commercial for them. They must have received several hundred million pounds worth of free advertising from the BBC. And the BBC are doing the same again for a Bond film. It is plainly wrong!

I can remember when the BBC upheld its charter. Wogan on three evenings a week on prime time, and never ever a book reviewed or film plugged. It was the BBC and plugging books or films, was verbotten. How things have changed, and not for the better.

Quote from reply to LL …‘We are prohibited from the terms of our Charter from carrying any form of advertising or sponsorship on our public services.’

Hmmmm – Don’t get me wrong here, because I actually like the BBC1 ‘Saturday Kitchen’ programme delivered by James Martin. …..but last Saturday morning’s show featured none other than that BBC luvvie, Dawn French….who of course has a new book coming out very shortly, about which she was able to wax lyrical for a few minutes (God knows how much a ‘few minutes’ advertising would cost on a national commercial channel). Then we had some female chef (Claire Thomson) who had, apparently, actually just sold her restaurant, and was in the process of setting up a theatre company with her young family, and she got ‘a few minutes’ of free national airtime to plug her new business. In addition, any chef who appears on the programme is allowed to eulogise their own restaurant(s) almost at will.

As I said up front, I find the show usually quite entertaining, but for the life of me, I can’t quite see how this show, amongst many other and more wide-ranging BBC shows, actually complies with that term in the Charter. The BBC is absolutely delighted to advertise, promote or sponsor (unrelated or only vaguely related to the actual content of the show, as evidenced above) anything it’s chosen luvvies care to put forward – it may not take payment for such promotions, but with £4.5 billion annually from the public purse, it doesn’t really need to !

      BBC – Bias By Concealment.

Again something the BBC doesn’t ask .

Why are the House Of Lords making trouble about reduction of tax credits which they say was not in the Conservative manifesto , but not about immigration, of which the Conservatives never said they would increase in their manifesto.?

FWIW, I do think that the government have got is slightly wrong about Tax Credits, but not in the way that most commentaries suggest.

It is a truism that that HMRC are there to collect tax. They are a tax collection authority, specialising in revenue collection. Prior to the introduction of Tax Credits, they were not best known for paying funds out, and definitely not in an efficient way.

DWP however do, for better or worse, manage the nation’s welfare system. They make all the benefit payments to the great unwashed, generally in an efficient fashion.

The Tax credit system needs major reform, and the first stage of this should be to transfer the responsibility for management and payments to the DWP. Thereafter it should be managed and aligned to the rest of the welfare system and cut accordingly.

nofanofpoliticians. Politics as regulars will know for my sins I spent two decades front line with DHSS and it’s many evolutions (or should that be (de-evolutions?) I did attend a meeting many years ago with the then chief executive Sir Michael Bichard, when some bright spark suggested that maybe the job centre and DWP should merge. Sir Michael suggested that maybe it wouldn’t be such a good idea to carry on suggesting that. For many reasons I was and still am no fan of the job centre management or staff and an imminent merger with them in the office I was in at the time prompted me to jump ship. At the end of the day I think they wanted rid of what was left of the DHSS for political reasons. As you say the DWP generally did a good job against legislation that seemed to change every month and a less than fantastic computer system..

For me, tax credits have ALWAYS been wrong in principle. It is crazy to tax poor people, then force them to fill in massively intrusive financial forms to tell the government what their intimate financial situation is, just to be given some of their own, already hard earned money back. That financial information is NONE OF THEIR DAMNED BUSINESS. My financial data is between me and my bank and NOBODY else!

The simple answer is to NOT TAX THE POOR AT ALL!

Because Lisa Jardine was one of their own: a lefty and unrepentant bien pensant red fascist. You name it and she could be relied on to parrot the BBC/Labour line. Self-referential but this 7-year old comment is still apposite.

You may also wonder why the BBC emphasises that her father was Polish? He was, indeed, born in Poland: unfortunately though for the BBC’s anti-semitic bias, the good Dr Bronowski was a Jew (which IIRC was not mentioned) . IMHO I consider he would have been surprised (and not a little upset) to be described as a “Pole”. He left Poland (then part of the Russian Empire) with his family, fleeing persecution there. BTW Bronowski and his fellow refugees cannot be and should not be compared to the BBC heroes of today’s migrant “crisis”.

AFAIAAA, all the refugees of the late 19th/early 20th centuries wanted of the UK was a safe haven: they didn’t expect – and didn’t get – housing and medical services provided by the taxpayer or cash-in-hand from the same source. Note, however, how the BBC slyly insinuates that here was just another immigrant – you know, just like those presently invading the EU – who contributed mightily to the UK. The BBC is incorrigible: no fact is left unbent to support the Narrative.

Good to hear mention of Dr Jacob Bronowski. I cannot recommend his series ‘The Ascent of Man’ enough. Watch that series and then just about anything made by the BBC after approximately 1990 (particularly anything with Brian Cox in it) to see just how far the BBC has sunk.

I will always remember Bronowski’s neutral answer on the Parkinson show when asked about findings about racial differences in IQ. Bronowski answer “it does not matter”.

An opinion different from both the Nazis and the left-wing politically correct brigade. I remember there where snotty nosed left-wing Arts Students barricading Professors in dormitories, until they agreed to burn scientific papers, and never to do research or use the scientific method ever again. This was in the 1970’s.

Today, Bronowski would be barred from the BBC, and told to apologise for a politically incorrect illegal opinion, by that now aged arts twit, snotty nosed Lord Hall.

Jacob Bronowski and his daughter Lisa Jardine were self-publicists. The father was an undistinguished scientist, and Lisa Jardine was an undistinguished academic. They were not bad just nothing special. Television is about celebrity. Jacob Bronowski looked the part, and Lisa Jardine was famous because he was his daughter. That is about it.

I remember watching the news when Laurence Oliver died. The package about his life took up 20 minutes of the 25 minutes news slot. What percentage of people who win the Nobel Prize for physics are even mentioned when they die?

P.S. The fact that she was on the Left certainly helped. One way of defining the difference between Left and Right in politics is how the BBC report your death, with sycophancy or as somebody who is mentioned grudgingly.

The obituary of Denis Healy (who helped to bring the Country to its knees economically) was nauseating in its sycophancy. The best thing they could say about Geoffrey Howe, who died a few days later, was that he helped to bring down Margaret Thatcher. Think how differently they will portray John Major and Gordon Brown when they die.

I tend to agree with you about how good a scientist Dr B was. Though, IIRC, when he was Director of Research at the National Coal Board he did have a part in the invention of briquettes made from coal dust. Even so, whatever his gifts – or lack of same – as a scientist, he was an excellent communicator and, for my money, for the Ascent of Man alone, he deserves a respectable place in history. His daughter, however, is another matter.

I don’t think Bronowski – although a lefty – ever considered that those who disagreed with him politically or – more to the point – scientifically should be restrained by law from uttering their differences. Despite (or, more than possibly, because of) her position as the safe go-to figure for any public committee or position requiring a representative “scientist” or deemed “independent” voice, Jardine bought fully into warmism. She was in the vanguard of those, beloved and encouraged by the BBC, who sought the suppression of any sceptical opinion concerning the existence or causes of global warming.

For all the rewards showered on her and memberships of committees and learned societies awarded her by a complaisant and bien pensant establishment she will soon be forgotten. However, the damage she managed to wreak on respectable science by her socialist-inspired climate change nuttery might last a mite longer.

                I think that’s a fair summary.

For me, Jardine might as well have been named Lisa Off-Switch. She epitomised the bien pensant Left to such an degree that you didn’t need to listen to her comment on any subject – you knew exactly what she would say. It had almost certainly appeared in the Guardian that morning.

The problem with the lefties does not come from left-wing scientists who understand the scientific method, such as Freeman Dyson, Piers Corbyn or Graham Stringer.

The problem with the lefties at the BBC comes from the dogmatic left-wing Arts and Languages morons who use wishful thinking, and then use censorship of science, scientists and scientific debate as a strategy to keep reality at bay. The low IQ lefties in power at the BBC are more powerful because they are more numerous, not because they are correct.

Those few intelligent lefties blame Thatcher’s anti-Coal policy for starting off this dogmatic scientific fraud, and are sad that the left has yet again chosen the losing side.

With the (Unified Theory of Climate, Ned Nikolov & Karl Zeller, 2011) we effectively have the equivalent of a Newton or Einstein moment for Climate science, and with Piers Corbyn in contact with his brother and Whittingdale in contact with his fellow Mensa members. We have two people in powerful positions who would be told about this, if not yet understand the future implications for politics and the BBC.

The BBC do love an underdog. You might be forgiven for thinking an artical containing such phrases as
“irrespective of their ethnic origin or the colour of their”
    “morally wrong”
“just because they are regarded as aliens”
would be just another lefty rant about immigrants and racism. No, the BBC are trawling new depths here because the subject of their article is not immigrants or racism but none other than the poor old grey squirrel who, as they will have us believe, is being discriminated against by virtue of the colour of its fur and the fact that it is not actually native. ( I must say there are parallels here if you extend the metaphor to humans) The benefector of course is the red squirrel who was originally a native.
The BBC then introduce Professor Acorn who, as far as I can see, is a grey squirrel and has his / her own website – clever trick if you can do it. No mention of woodland stop-and-search stats thankfully.

(so dramatic of the ‘on the spot’ journalist); I have steam coming out of all orifices with rage, because these people are so demanding. They are making their journey by choice, and if they haven’t got the intelligence to know via their bloody iPhones what lays ahead, then quite frankly that’s their problem. There are safe camps in warmer climates and countries to settle in, away from the bombs and fighting, in their own areas with their own culture and faith. So, now that ‘conditions are deteriorating’ and many will freeze to death, according to tv reporting, these peoples are demanding that we sort it out for them. They want this, they want that, they demand all manner of help which is impossible to undertake with the millions descending upon Europe. The bottom line is, they are not our responsibility.

A genuine humanitarian crisis is caused by earthquake, and flooding, not created by own choices, and I’m fed up to the back teeth of listening to media reports giving a bleeding heart account of current conditions. When they are similarly filmed (to show the ‘scale’ of the problem) from the side of the trudging line of humanity, the vanguard is made up almost entirely of young males, with the women and kids relegated to the back of the line – not for any protection, you understand.

Because, when confronted by border guards, or any other obstacle, miraculously, the women and children are immediately shoved right to the fore, to confront the constraint on their forward progress. And all but a tiny few of the close-ups we eventually see of the ‘terrible plight and conditions’ of these wanderers somehow almost exclusively focus on family groups, women and children ?

It’s called media management – and, boy, do these people know from other situations in the Middle East, exactly how to milk the western main-stream news media – not that the main-stream media (i.e., in the UK – the BBC) isn’t entirely complicit.

BBC – Bias by selective choice of images.

Poor old Germaine Greer has found herself in yet more hot water with the “progressives”. Last week she came out in favour of nuclear fuel and progressives tend to favour smothering our green and pleasant land with useless windmills. Everyone knows that these systems are crap but it makes us feel good.
This week she’s said that “transgender” women aren’t actually women at all. I’m sure that a lot of us feel the same way and whilst I’ve every sympathy for the tragedy of boxing promoter Frank Maloney (now Kellie) I’d be dishonest if I said I thought of “him” as a “her”.
Believe it or not Germaine, the arch feminist, has now been accused of misogyny. Isn’t it telling that in these pc days a feminist can also be a misogynist?

Very good point. Several years ago I conducted an ethics seminar with a group of surgeons and put this point to them, so they could consider whether choosing to live as a man or woman would justify surgery.
I added that one might choose to live as a were wolf, howl at the full moon, run on all fours and so on. Looking at it hypothetically several of the surgeons pointed out that with a few snips here and there, a couple of bones shortened, modification to teeth and hair, it would be possible to grant such a wish.

I decided to take them up on their offer and now await recognition from the BBC for my campaign against. lycanthropophobia.

For the first time a few weeks ago, I actually saw a plausible physical reason for trangenderism. It was a documentary that followed the development of a feutus which showed when different parts of the development of the baby happened and why. It demonstrated why males are males, and females are females. All embryos are inherantly female, unless a hormone is released at the right time. This hormone triggers the development of male genitalia. However, if that hormone is released at the wrong time, slightly late, then the genitalia is not affected, but the brain is.

This leads to girls being born, with male brains. Hence children brought up as girls, but feeling like they are really boys.

This does not account for males being born with female brains. So I still cannot account for Bruce Jenner’s mental dysfunction.

Well Xavier, I feel positively enlightened by your observations. Please tell, which medical school you gained your doctorate from? When did you complete your Psychiatry qualifications and how long have you been practicing in the gender field?

If the answer to these is that you are just preaching from a position of opening your gob and allowing any old crap to be emitted then your opinion is hardly worth a pigs burp!

The work of Professors John Money & Milton Diamond in this field is definitive. We now know of a part of the brain called the ‘sexually dimorphic nucleus’, and in some poor unfortunates this fails to form in line with the same genetics of the body. We cannot alter the brain, so have to change the body instead.

Just because you can’t see this you take the simpletons view that therefore it isn’t happening – child born with one leg – sympathy Gender issues no sympathy – can’t see it, isn’t happening.
I wonder if you are the sort of person who finds mental health issues a great problem? maybe you suffer from them yourself?
Depression ? Pull yourself together & cheer up
Anxiety ? What’s the matter with you? Get a grip and get on with it.
Suicidal ideation ? Just get on & kill yourself !

Don’t blame the people who the Social Justice Warriors have decided to use as a tool with which to attack everyone else, although they scream and shout, they have little if any interest in the people they use.

In Manchester a group of SJWs have occupied a building claiming to be protesting on behalf of the homeless. The owner of the building a famous footballer has allowed them to stay until building work begins in February, however the SJW care nothing about the genuine homeless and won’t let them into the building !

It’s always the same – scream and shout and bully everyone using a vulnerable group they have no real interest in at all.

But there was one section which stood out; the migrants had told him how badly the Croatian authorities treated them, herding them like cattle etc, one said they were even BEATINGS by the Croatian police. Now if this was true it would be news and Nick would be able to get quite a scope – nasty fascist Croatian police beating helpless refugees. The Beeb shouldnt be peddling unsubstantiated rumours and adding to the unrest.

    Here is a scary bit,
‘Its report said 50g of processed meat a day – less than two slices of bacon – increased the chance of developing colorectal cancer by 18%.’
Sounds bad doesn’t it? However, when expressed in terms of natural frequency of occurrence it means that for males in the UK the incidence of colorectal cancer increases from 43 to 51 cases per 100,000 people. Amazing how these scares fizzle out when expressed in terms we can all understand.
Anyway, the scary bit I was referring to was that a journalist working for a £4Bn a year organisation doesn’t know when to use the word fewer instead of less.

Doctor in Germany wrote a letter, which mainstream media (MSM) in EU obviously all censoring, about the real situation in Bavaria:

    http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=681_1444192396

Transcript (Copied from Guido site submission):

    SB on October 14, 2015 at 9:30am
The letter below is from a retired physician who had returned to work at a Munich area hospital where they needed an anaesthesiologist. She e-mailed the following letter to her friend in Prague. The letter has been read out on Czech TV but in Germany the issues mentioned in the letter are not being reported by the German Press because they have been told to not write anything negative about the migrants. Merkel’s government fears that the German population will react badly to the truth, so like bad governments throughout history the truth is being suppressed.

Despite this German’s are protesting in record numbers as they can see the negative effects of record migration in their own towns and cities but you will only find articles and photos describing the protests on New Media. Even international media seem to be going along with the Blackout on bad news about migrants in Germany.

“Yesterday, at the hospital we had a meeting about how the situation here and at the other Munich hospitals is unsustainable. Clinics cannot handle emergencies, so they are starting to send everything to the hospitals.

Many Muslims are refusing treatment by female staff and, we, women, are refusing to go among those animals, especially from Africa. Relations between the staff and migrants are going from bad to worse. Since last weekend, migrants going to the hospitals must be accompanied by police with K-9 units. Many [Muslim] migrants have AIDS, syphilis, open TB and many
exotic diseases that we, in Europe, do not know how to treat them.

If they receive a prescription in the pharmacy, they learn they have to pay cash. This leads to unbelievable outbursts, especially when it is about drugs for the children. They abandon the children with pharmacy staff with the words: “So, cure them here yourselves!” So the police are not just guarding the clinics and hospitals, but also large pharmacies.
Truly we said openly: Where are all those who had welcomed in front of TV cameras, with signs at train stations?! Yes, for now, the border has been closed, but a million of them are already here and we will definitely not be able to get rid of them.

Until now, the number of unemployed in Germany was 2.2 million. Now it will be at least 3.5 million. Most of these people are completely unemployable. A bare minimum of them have any education. What is more, their women usually do not work at all.

I estimate that one in ten is pregnant. Hundreds of thousands of them have brought along infants and little kids under six, many emaciated and neglected.
If this continues and German re-opens its borders, I’m going home to the Czech Republic. Nobody can keep me here in this situation, not even double the salary than at home. I went to Germany, not to Africa or the Middle East.
Even the professor who heads our department told us how sad it makes him to see the cleaning woman, who for 800 Euros cleans every day for years, and then meets young men in the hallways who just wait with their hand outstretched, want everything for free, and when they don’t get it they throw a fit.

I really don’t need this! But I’m afraid that if I return, that at some point it will be the same in the Czech Republic.
If the Germans, with their nature cannot handle this, there in Czechia it would be total chaos.
Nobody who has not come in contact with them has no idea what kind of animals they are, especially the ones from Africa, and how Muslims act superior to our staff, regarding their religious accommodation.
For now, the local hospital staff has not come down with the diseases they brought here, but, with so many hundreds of patients every day –this is just a question of time.

In a hospital near the Rhine, migrants attacked the staff with knives after they had handed over an 8-month-old on the brink of death, which they had dragged across half of Europe for three months.
The child died in two days, despite having received top care at one of the best pediatric clinics in Germany. The physician had to undergo surgery and two nurses are laid up in the ICU. Nobody has been punished.
The local press is forbidden to write about it, so we know about it through email. What would have happened to a German if he had stabbed a doctor and nurses with a knife? Or if he had flung his own syphilis-infected urine into a nurse’s face and so threatened her with infection? At a minimum he’d go straight to jail and later to court. With these people – so far, nothing has happened.

And so I ask, where are all those greeters and receivers from the train stations? Sitting pretty at home, enjoying their non-profits and looking forward to more trains and their next batch of cash from acting like greeters at the stations.
If it were up to me I would round up all these greeters and bring them here first to our hospital’s emergency ward, as attendants. Then, into one building with the migrants so they can look after them there themselves, without armed police, without police dogs who today are in every hospital here in Bavaria, and without medical help.
Hmmmm so much for Merkel the new Autocratic Dictator of Europe.

      Racism, Guilt and Self-Deceit
      by Gedaliah Braun

”In 1976 I left America to teach philosophy in Nigeria. I made some remarkable discoveries. First: African blacks were not uptight about race; and second: it was obvious to them that whites were ‘cleverer’ and they made no bones about it.

It is whites who feel guilty about this and blame themselves for black failure. Shrewd blacks use this ‘guilt’ to blackmail, browbeat and bamboozle whites.

This sham anger is a principal weapon of psychological warfare. It is used by women against men, blacks against whites, homosexuals against straights and islam against the West – though always with the help of the (alleged) wrong-doers.

The psychology here is:: Since our enemies hate us, we must have done something wrong; perhaps if we are nice to them they won’t hate us so much. In fact however, such appeasement always fails because it shows weakness and breeds contempt.

Without ‘guilt’ the con game of sham anger wouldn’t work. Unless Muslims saw a willing victim, their ‘rage’ wouldn’t exist because they would know that it would fail. ‘Guilt’ is the glove into which the fist of ‘anger’ fits.

Racial guilt and the consequent unwillingness to speak honestly about racial differences has led directly to the ultimate disaster of a Muslim president who hates America.

Blacks are deficient in abstract thinking and this leads to moral blindness. Abstract entities do not exist in space or time and can only be perceived by the mind. Zulu has one word for space, time and the future. In short, these concepts do not exist in Zulu. The word for number means many; ergo, they have no concept of number. (American blacks, by the way, are said to ‘approximate space, numbers and time’.) There is also no concept of promising nor is there a word for truth.

Morality is abstract; i.e., it does not exist in space or time. ‘Do unto others as you would have them do unto you’ requires thinking of things that do not exist (‘what would happen if …?’), and is something with which blacks have difficulty. It is thus not surprising that they have a diminished sense of morality, nor that Barack Obama behaves like a pathological liar.

Blacks’ difficulty in thinking of the future explains, e.g., their high rate of criminality and HIV.
The essence of liberalism is self-hatred – always taking the side of your adversaries. This has led to feminism, racial preferences, the homosexual agenda, and being ‘nice’ to our deadliest enemies. Feminism is closely allied with the promotion of homosexuality, abortion and hostility towards marriage and child-rearing.

All of these have one thing in common: they are anti-life and tend towards death. And what could be sicker than promoting behaviour that will destroy your own society? Truly, a sickness-unto-death.” http://www.amazon.com/Racism-Guilt-Self-Deceit-Gedaliah-Braun-ebook/dp/B003EOACAW

Thank you for that. It shows the power of the combined MSM to control what the people of Europe see and hear. I am not at all surprised about the content of the letter and i am not surprised that the MSM should conspire to withhold this information from the public. After all the MSM knew about Rotherham for years and years but kept quiet and let the mass rapes continue. The people of Europe should soon wake up and realise that the leaders of many EU countries and the media have betrayed them massively, perhaps fatally. In some countries Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia and now Poland , they already have realised this and their politicians are trying to resist the influx of migrants despite the efforts of the mad Merkel to force them to accept untold numbers. The sooner other countries follow their example the better. In the UK we could start by telling the BBC to go to hell and mass refusal to pay the LF and stop their non stop pro migrant propaganda.

They apply the values of their culture in a society which permits them to get away with abusing its tolerance, freedom and openness. there is a deep tradition within Islam for sex slavery. Multiculturalism tells such people: there is nothing wrong with your values.”

“The conflicts and confusions caused by multiculturalism and political correctness left the staff unsure of their moral or professional values and meant they did not dare articulate or even acknowledge what they were seeing and hearing.”

“Multiculturalism came about in order to deny that there is any significance to cultures having different values and to conceal that there will be conflict when these incompatible values come together. Political correctness is the means by which such denial is enforced.”

“The elites whose lives and families are furthest removed from such cultural conflicts have shown a preparedness to sacrifice our laws, our culture and our children, rather than face up to what it means to have an alien culture such as Islam growing in our country.”

There was something about Rotherham on R4 Sunday. The police and the council were given a very easy ride in my opinion. It was necessary to listen between the lines and it seemed clear that Rotherham is in a very bad way indeed.
Community cohesion – whatever that really means – sounded non existent and was deteriorating daily. Steel closures are making everything worse.
The only answer the mayor had was to ban so called right wing assemblies. No real questioning by the beeboid but what do you really expect. Rotherham is where reality and fantasy collide and this is not something a beeboid can cope with anymore.

News at 10 on Radio 4 has just reported that organisations representing Muslim youth in Rotherham have decided to withdraw all cooperation with the police – blaming “Islamophobia” in the town.

Of course there is “fear of Islam” in the town – at least 1400 children were groomed and raped by Muslims, hundreds of Muslim men were involved and still there has been very little prosecution of these evil men and no real holding to account of Council officials and police officers who chose to look the other way.

Of course the gobby Muslim “youth leader” got his airtime on Radio 4. No condemnation of the groomers and rapists, just condemnation of the rest of Rotherham. But no airtime is ever given to other ordinary people of this town – which has lived through a nightmare and still sees the guilty men on the streets.

I expect it was inevitable. For years our high-quality BBC journalist have been using the word ‘epicentre’ to hype up any ‘centre’, as in ‘Hollywood is the epicentre of the film industry’, a plain ‘centre’ being perfectly accurate and adequate.

When should the word be used? Well when there is an earthquake people like to know where it happens. Fortunately the centre of the earthquake is always underground, but how to describe the location? Well the solution is to describe where the point on the surface above the centre is, that way we can locate it on a map (of the earth’s surface). To distinguish between the real centre (underground) and the point on the surface we call the later the ‘epicentre’ – quite simple really.

Then on the PM programme tonight we have Eddie Mair talking about the earthquake today – he believes the reason that the earthquake has done so little damage is because the ‘epicentre’ “was so deep”! How dumb can they get?

i expect the cause was the movement of all the refugees, or perhaps ‘climate change’!

Theresa May has a peculiar hatred for the police. No politicians in other countries exhibit this sort of bile towards their police forces. And the police here are unarmed!

I think it stems from several years ago when the police were arresting MPs for fraud. Fraud that would have got us mere mortals imprisoned. MPs voiced that they should be immune from prosecution, rather like Diplomats. This is payback time for her and she’s enjoying it.

As for the police being told to reduce stop and searches, that’s crazy. The Met Commissioner has stated that the reduction in stop and search has now resulted in an increase in knife crime.

Ask the mother of a stab victim if she would like to see more stop and search?

And the proportion of police per head of population in Paris is three times that of London. And they’re armed.

I suppose Equality would mean that the police would have to do some statistics by counting the number of old white ladies in the population over 65, and the number of young black men in the population between 16 and 30. Calculate the ratio relationship of the two groups. I guess there must be over twice as many old ladies. So the police would then have to stop and search twice as many old ladies than Black men. Equality achieved, a Gold medal and a DVD of a Monty Python sketch about violent old white ladies, at a multicultural award ceremony.

A suspended special constable was found with a stash of replica emergency services uniforms and chemicals in his house.

The officer, who was suspended by GMP in January 2014, was later arrested on suspicion of possessing indecent images of children.

Police stress the investigation and seizures are not being treated as a potential terrorism threat.

“A number of computers, some electronic equipment and a number of replica emergency services uniforms were seized.

“The computer equipment is currently undergoing forensic examination.

“A further search of the property also uncovered a quantity of various chemicals, which were safely removed from the address.

“There is no threat to the wider community. He remains in custody and an investigation is on-going.”

The replica uniforms seized include one for the Metropolitan Police, and a military uniform. Maps of the London Underground were also found.

Liz Forgan – formerly controller BBC Radio, Ex and present Guardian, Scott Trust and Labour supporter
James Parnell – BBC Director of Strategy, and ex Labour Cabinet Minister

It’s not really that unusual that a special edition of The Media Show is chaired by its regular presenter, is it?

I applied for a ticket for this event, as anyone could, and went along last night – it was an interesting evening. As Richard Ayre pointed out, the vast majority of the British population are in favour of the BBC continuing in close to its current form, and the makeup of the show reflected that. Contributions from David Elstein and Andrew Bridgen MP, both of whom favour a complete scrap of the licence fee, were useful in the discussions about how the BBC should be funded in future. To my mind, both veered a little too much into the polemical in their point-making, though.

Some good points about governance and regulation were raised by all the panellists, regardless of how dismissive you may be of their credentials. I haven’t heard the broadcast version yet – the recording went on for a little longer than the time slot in the radio schedule, so some editing will have had to be made. To be honest, most of that will hopefully be Hewlett’s bumbling delivery, which drives me up the wall. And there was a huge degree of back and forth about whether or not the licence fee structure post-charter review was “settled”, which added nothing other than that he thinks he’s Paxman but clearly isn’t.

Anyway, it’s worth listening to and engaging with sensibly. Hopefully there are people on this site who can do so, and they just stay quiet while the other people obsess about the number of non-white faces they see in crowd scenes?

Radio 4 ‘Today’ has been criticising the law of ‘joint enterprise’, and how unfair it is that anyone involved in a crime – just by being there could, and have been found guilty of murder simply by being there.
What they didn’t say was that this was the law which Nu Liebour brought in, along with the abolition of double jeopardy expressly to convict those they accused of the murder(?) of their great totem Stephen Lawrence.

Now there is great criticism of this law which is a catch all especially in situations where a gang kill someone, but it cannot be shown which person inflicted the fatal blow. Even if you are a part of a gang, but took no part, you could still be guilty of murder simply because you didn’t stop it !

I’m sure that most people know exactly which group are being ‘inconvenienced’ by this law so that’s why the BBC are taking a stand – no surprise either that they aren’t proposing a review of those convicted by it in those previous cases.

So, a crowd of thugs chase and runs down someone, then surrounds the person, but only one of them actually knifes the victim……….. but, somehow the others clearly had no idea that harm was meant to the victim , and their presence around him at his death didn’t affect the outcome of the situation, so they should in no way be held responsible for what happened…. yeah, right !

Noticed the lady (didn’t catch her name, but her accent was distinctive) on the Today programme this morning, from some ‘community’ advisory group to Operation Trident – the organisation formerly set up to tackle the plague of gun crime and homicide in the black community the London Metropolitan area – immediately and repeatedly claimed it to be a universally ‘racist’ law.

I seem to remember an endless series of BBC programmes on how iniquitous it was that Bentley had been hanged, followed by an endless series of programmes on how he should be pardoned.

HLondon – TB capital of the world?

A new report states that the rate for TB infections in some London boroughs is three times that of Iraq and twice that of Rwanda. The BBC helpfully points out that “the report said prisoners, homeless people, people with substance abuse issues, refugees and migrants were particularly at risk” – anyone care to speculate whether those categories are listed in order? Just in case anyone is in doubt, the report also states that “it would be wrong to assume it is a disease of migrants”. To emphasise the point, the BBC use a photograph of a white baby receiving an injection – would that baby be a prisoner or homeless person by any chance?

The London boroughs listed include Newham, Brent, Tower Hamlets, Hounslow and Waltham Forest. I wonder is they and the other ones have anything in common?

It’s worse than that. The BBC include this: ‘The rate of infection among UK-born Londoners has risen, while among the non-UK-born it has fallen – and the report said it would be wrong to assume TB was a disease of migrants.’

Of course rates are not measures of absolute numbers and that last section isn’t saying what the BBC wants you to think that it is. The BBC want you to think that line says that it would be wrong to assume TB was a disease caused by immigration. Whereas it actually means that TB is no longer a disease just of migrants because it has spread.

I found a fascinating New Scientist report from January this year that pointed the finger for the rise in TB in the UK on immigration from Eastern Europe: ‘Russia and Eastern Europe still have high rates of MDR TB today. Spiro says that many of the cases he sees in London, the TB capital of Europe, can be traced back to those countries. “The control over treatment regimes out there is dreadful,” he says. “It’s chaos.” The number of MDR cases has been rising in England from 28 cases per year in 2000 to 81 cases in 2012.’

“In 2007, the country got its first case of so-called extremely drug resistant (XXDR) TB. Oswaldo Juarez , a 19 year old from Peru, had to be treated in isolation for a year and a half at a cost of $500,000 to Florida taxpayers. ‘He is really the future’, explained Dr David Ashkin, an expert on TB.”

John Bull is a national personification of Great Britain in general and England in particular, especially in political cartoons and similar graphic works. He is usually depicted as a stout, middle-aged, country dwelling, jolly, matter-of-fact man.

Bull is usually portrayed as a stout, portly man in a tailcoat with light-coloured breeches and a top hat which by its shallow crown indicates its middle class identity.

I don’t think I have read such a badly written report by the BBC:

The BBC quotes the report saying:

“The report said prisoners, homeless people, people with substance abuse issues, refugees and migrants were particularly at risk.”

Then immediately contradicts itself in the paragraph directly underneath of the report, with:

“The rate of infection among UK-born Londoners has risen, while among the non-UK-born it has fallen – and the report said it would be wrong to assume TB was a disease of migrants.”

So “refugees and migrants were particularly at risk…….it would be wrong to assume TB was a disease of migrants.”

In trying to push the multicultural agenda and portray the ‘migrants’ sympathetically, the BBC have had to resort to producing reports of a rather pathetic quality.

Note the photograph in the report is of a white baby.

My wife has been a big fan of Bond. A child of the Sixties . So last night we went to see this much hyped film. The cinema was sold out. What a f…..g bore. Craig has an uncanny likeness to Vlad (the Impaler) Putin. There were several occasions when he buttoned up his jacket and looked like a school boy whose parents had not bought him a new jacket as he grew out of his old one.
About half way through I just wanted it to end, but no there was yet another stunning place for Bond to visit where he would lock horns with the local school bully. His body showed not effects from these repeated encounters. Now I don’t expect realism from a Bond film but this was farcical. One was not only required to suspend disbelief but to operate as a single cell creature with no capacity for thought what so ever.

The bigger the bangs ( two building blow up) the more tedious it became. However, the pop corn was good.

The boss has lost all interest in the franchise and have vowed never to drag me to a cinema to see another Bond bore buster.

Good point about Danny Craig’s suit. In every outing as Bond its always looked 2 sizes too small – way too tight across the chest and bum – AND its a Tom Ford, so you thought he would get the fit right ! On the other hand, Mr Craig in his Tom Ford tux at the premier looked as though the trousers were 6 inches too long the way they rumpled over his shoes. Don’t these guys look in the mirror before they step outside the door ? If I were him I’d give Tom Ford a wide berth in the future.

      From the above link:

The report said 1,400 children suffered sexual exploitation in Rotherham between 1997 and 2013, predominantly by men of Pakistani-heritage.

      Unprecedented Islamaphobia

British Muslim Youth announced the boycott on behalf of RMCFA, saying Islamaphobia was at “unprecedented levels in Rotherham” and Muslims felt “unprotected” by police.

The statement, which followed a meeting attended by about 300 people on Sunday, said 14 far-right demonstrations since the Jay report had “zapped poison into our local community”.

So Muslims feel unprotected by the police do they? Poor diddums.

I’d like to know how many Muslims have been beaten up, murdered, run over or otherwise assaulted since the abuse of white teenage girls by Muslims in Rotherham came to light? And, of course, how these numbers compare to ‘normal’ northern towns.

Or are the islamophobia attacks of which they speak more akin to people looking harshly at someone in a Niqab, or someone loudly eating a bacon sandwich near a mosque (shudders, “Oh the islamophobia”). Perhaps, horror of horrors, a muslim taxi driver was parked-in during one of these horrific far-right demonstrations and he had to ask someone to move their car. The nazis in Germany had nothing on the islamophobic Rotherham inhabitants.

Clearly, it won’t be long before Mrs May sends in the army to start shooting white islamophobics on sight! And it won’t be a moment too soon!

Only then can we hope to see order restored. A town where white working class girls can be abused at will while Labour councillors and the police whistle and look the other way as they head for their diversity meetings. Oh, for the good old days.

They sound like such peaceful ‘British’ men that I can’t imagine what connects them.

Pictured: Greater Manchester Police’s 69 most wanted people

Seems they’ve even rigged the url to change after landing too !

Living in an oppressive country with widespread censorship it is forbidden for the Police to record the ethnicity or religion of offender, because the authorities know that they have higher rates of criminality, but don’t believe the public should know about it!

This is a list of the most wanted criminals in Greater Manchester, and don’t let the fact that some of them appear to be white Europeans fool you, names like Hiraj Hirwani Or Nadia Porojan give the game away.

It might be argued that these people have roots in other countries, but the European Arrest Warrant system should cicrumvent that.
There really are a hugely disproportionate number of foreign born ethnics in this list – something which is difficult for the authorities to hide from us.

Scotland is More Prosperous than England According to a New Legatum Institute Study
Launched today, the Legatum Institute’s ‘Geography of Prosperity’ index finds Scotland is more prosperous than England based on average income per person along with how happy they feel.

Legatum institute is a Dubai funded think tank – what Dubai gets out of it is anyone’s guess more Muslim money in England.

The Legatum Institute is an international think tank and educational charity focused on promoting prosperity. We do this by researching our core themes of revitalising capitalism and democracy. The Legatum Prosperity Index™, our signature publication, ranks 142 countries in terms of wealth and wellbeing.

Through research programmes including Vision of Capitalism, The Culture of Prosperity, Transitions Forum, and the Economics of Prosperity, the Institute seeks to understand what drives and restrains national success and individual flourishing. The Institute co-publishes with Foreign Policy magazine, the Democracy Lab, whose on-the-ground journalists report on political transitions around the world.

The Legatum Institute is based in London.

    The report is at http://www.uk.prosperity.com/

What you will find the lefties taking from this is the extremes the wealthiest & the poorest. The poorest in particular will be highlighted for comment .

“”Prisoners, refugees, migrants, people with substance abuse issues and the homeless are most at risk.””

Note how the BBC listed migrants and refugees way down the list compared to Sky. The BBC saw the homeless and those with substance misuse problems as most at risk.

Oh, and the misleading photo. Is the white woman with her baby one of the homeless substance misusers? It’s no accident that the BBC chose that photo. Anything to deflect blame from migrants and refugees who are the real cause.

Left wing BBC Bias. Migrants and refugees in their eyes can do no wrong and are totally beneficial to society.

As the so called national broadcaster, it is a disgrace that the number one topic on every news broadcast on TV and radio is not the migrant crisis. This is the most important crisis to hit our country since the second world war. It should be talked about on the news until it is solved (and the migrants are sent home). But the BBC prefers to sweep it under the carpet because of the anti EU feeling which it stimulates.

Agreed. Looking at the news from Europe on the internet it is clear that the situation is deteriorating by the day. The stability and peace of Europe is under threat. The German government has literally gone insane. What other explanation can there be?
That is a reality our media cannot even begin to handle. In the beginning the media treated it in the usual sensational and emotional way. When the reality emerged then all has gone quiet. Millions are coming mostly young men. It’s an invasion and they know it. A different type of invasion but still one. Europe is ripe for plunder and our effete liberal class lives in a world of it’s own where such things are fantasy.
Daily they agonize over the latest micro class of the ‘disadvantaged ‘ in their pursuit of a fantasy world .
Phobias upon phobias are invented and those of us who see the absurdity are threatened and silenced.
I thought that we had years to go before this situation developed. I was wrong. I neglected the old rule. Change happens fast always.
For certain this is an existential moment for Europe and for us all. Anything can happen now so we need to be prepared. The only consolation is that this is how the world works and if you understand this then what happens to you and to your people is something that you can cope with.

Warning For Americans – A Message From A South African

”People used to say that South Africa was 20 years behind the rest of the Western world. Television, for example, came late to South Africa (but so did pornography and the gay* rights movement).

Today, however, South Africa may be the grim model of the future Western world, for events in America reveals trends chillingly similar to those that destroyed our country.

America’s structures are Western. Your Congress, your lobbying groups, your free speech, and the way ordinary Americans either get involved or ignore politics are peculiarly Western, not the way most of the world operates. But the fact that only about a third of Americans deem it important to vote is horrifying in light of how close you are to losing your Western character.

Writing letters to the press, manning stands at county fairs, hosting fund-raising dinners, attending rallies, setting up conferences, writing your Congressman — that is what you know, and what you are comfortable with. Those are the political methods you’ve created for yourselves to keep your country on track and to ensure political accountability.

But woe to you if — or more likely, when — the rules change. White Americans may soon find themselves unable or unwilling to stand up to challenge the new political methods that will be the inevitable result of the ethnic metamorphosis now taking place in America. (An estimated 15 million illegal aliens are now in the US -ed) Unable to cope with the new rules of the game — violence, mob riots, intimidation through accusations of racism, demands for proportionality based on racial numbers, and all the other social and political weapons used by the have-nots to bludgeon treasure and power from the haves — Americans, like others before them, will no doubt cave in. They will compromise away their independence and ultimately their way of life.

That is exactly what happened in South Africa. I know, because I was there and I saw it happen.

Faced with revolution in the streets, strikes, civil unrest and the sheer terror and murder practiced by Nelson Mandela’s African National Congress (ANC), the white government simply capitulated in order to achieve “peace.” Westerners need peace. They need order and stability. They are builders and planners. But what we got was peace of the grave for our society.

The Third World is different — different peoples with different pasts and different cultures. Yet Westerners continue to mistake the psychology of the Third World and its peoples. Sierra Leone and Zimbabwe are perfect examples of those mistakes. Sierra Leone is in perpetual civil war, and Zimbabwe — once thriving, stable Rhodesia — is looting the very people (the white men) who feed the country. Yet Westerners do not admit that the same kind of savagery could come to America when enough immigrants of the right type assert themselves. The fact is, Americans are sitting ducks for Third World exploitation of the Western conscience of compassion.

Those in the West who forced South Africa to surrender to the ANC and its leaders did not consider Africa to be the dangerous, corrupt, and savage place it is now in Zimbabwe and South Africa. Those Western politicians now have a similar problem on their own doorsteps: the demand for power and treasure from the non-Western peoples inside the realm.

It is already too late for South Africa, but not for America if enough people strengthen their spine and take on the race terrorists, the armies of the “politically correct” and, most dangerous of all, the craven politicians who believe “compassionate conservatism” will buy them a few more votes, a few more days of peace.

White South Africans, you should remember, have been in that part of Africa for the same amount of time whites have inhabited North America; yet ultimately South Africans voted for their own suicide. We are not so very different from you.

We lost our country through skillful propaganda, pressure from abroad (not least from the U.S.A.), unrelenting charges of “oppression” and “racism,” and the shrewd assessment by African tyrants that the white man has many Achilles’ heels, the most significant of which are his compassion, his belief in the “equality of man,” and his “love your neighbor” philosophy — none of which are part of the Third World’s history.

The mainline churches played a big role in the demise of Western influence throughout Africa, too; especially in South Africa. Today’s tyrants were yesterday’s mission-school protÈgÈs. Many dictators in Africa were men of the cloth. They knew their clerical collars would deflect criticism and obfuscate their real aims, which had nothing whatever to do with the “brotherhood of man.”

Other tyrants, like the infamous Idi Amin, were trained and schooled by the whites themselves, at Oxford, Cambridge, and Harvard. After receiving the best from the West, they unleashed a resentful bloodlust against their benefactors.

From what I have seen and read thus far, I fear Americans will capitulate just as we did. Americans are, generally, a soft lot. They don’t want to quarrel or obstruct the claims of those who believe they were wronged. They like peace and quiet, and they want to compromise and be nice.

A television program aired in South Africa showed a town meeting in Southern California where people met to complain about falling standards in the schools. Whites who politely spoke at the meeting clearly resented the influx of Mexican immigrants into their community. When a handful of Chicanos at the back of the hall shouted and waved their hands at them, the whites simply shrunk back into their seats rather than tell the noisemakers to shut up. They didn’t want to quarrel.

In America, the courts are still the final arbiters of society’s laws. But what will happen when your future majority refuses to abide by court rulings — as in Zimbabwe? What will happen when the courts are filled with their people, or their sympathizers? In California, Proposition 187 has already been overturned.

What will you do when the future nonwhite majority decides to change the names of streets and cities? What will you do when they no longer want to use money that carries the portraits of old, dead white “racists” and slave owners? Will you cave in, like you did on flying the Confederate flag? What about the national anthem? Your official language?

Don’t laugh. When the “majority” took over in South Africa, the first targets were our national symbols.

In another generation, America may well face what Africa is now experiencing — invasions of private land by the “have-nots;” the decline in health care quality; roads and buildings in disrepair; the banishment of your history from the education of the young; the revolutionization of your justice system.

In South Africa today, only 9 percent of murders end up in jail. Court dockets are regularly purchased and simply disappear. Magistrates can be bribed as can the prison authorities, making escapes commonplace. Vehicle and airplane licenses are regularly purchased, and forged school and university certificates are routine.

What would you think of the ritual slaughter of animals in your neighbor’s backyard? How do you clean up the blood and entrails that litter your suburban streets? How do you feel about the practice of witchcraft, in which the parts of young girls and boys are needed for “medicinal” purposes? How do you react to the burning of witches?

Don’t laugh. All that is quite common in South Africa today.

Don’t imagine that government officials caught with their fingers in the till will be punished. Excuses — like the need to overcome generations of white racism — will be found to exonerate the guilty.

In fact, known criminals will be voted into office because of a racial solidarity among the majority that doesn’t exist among the whites. When Ian Smith of the old Rhodesia tried to stand up to the world, white South African politicians were among the Westerners pressuring him to surrender.

When Robert Mugabe of Zimbabwe murders his political opponents, ignores unfavorable court decisions, terrorizes the population and siphons off millions from the state treasury for himself and his friend, South Africa’s new President Thabo Mbeki holds his hand and declares his support. That just happened a few weeks ago.

Your tax dollars will go to those who don’t earn and don’t pay. In South Africa, organizations that used to have access to state funds such as old age homes, the arts, and veterans’ services, are simply abandoned.

What will happen is that Western structures in America will be either destroyed from without, or transformed from within, used to suit the goals of the new rulers. And they will reign either through terror, as in Zimbabwe today, or exert other corrupt pressures to obtain, or buy votes. Once power is in the hands of aliens, don’t expect loyalty or devotion to principle from those whose jobs are at stake. One of the most surprising and tragic components of the disaster in South Africa is how many previously anti-ANC whites simply moved to the other side.

Once you lose social, cultural, and political dominance, there is no getting it back again.

Unfortunately, your habits and values work against you. You cannot fight terror and street mobs with letters to your Congressmen. You cannot fight accusations of racism with prayer meetings. You cannot appeal to the goodness of your fellow man when the fellow man despises you for your weakness and hacks off the arms and legs of his political opponents.

To survive, Americans must never lose the power they now enjoy to people from alien cultures. Above all, don’t put yourselves to the test of fighting only when your backs are against the wall. You will probably fail.

Millions around the world want your good life. But make no mistake: They care not for the high-minded ideals of Jefferson and Washington, and your Constitution. What they want are your possessions, your power, and your status.

And they already know that their allies among you, the “human rights activists,” the skillful lawyers and the left-wing politicians will fight for them, and not for you. They will exploit your compassion and your Christian charity, and your good will.

They have studied you, Mr. and Mrs. America, and they know your weaknesses well. They know what to do. Do you? ” http://www.freedomwriter.com/issue35/am108.htm

South Africans only crime is that they’re white, thus to the European self loathing liberal they are deemed waaycist and beyond the pale. The only country in the world that’s interested in taking them is the Soviet republic of Georgia. http://www.voanews.com/content/afrikaner-farmers-migrating-to-georgia-129900258/145298.html

Yet again Mr Brims-you`ve hit the spot.
A truly brilliant article from Ilana-who says that God doesn`t give us our prophets as we need them?
All I`d add is that I`ve been reading stuff on the Gulags, from the likes of Solzhenitsyn and Applebaum…and both say(though maybe not independently) that CRIME is a key component in the need of the State to create licensed terror on its opponents, its conscientious, its dissenting moralisers.
          Because
a)property is theft-the State agrees, which is why only THEY are allowed to claim it , take it and disburse it to its supporters.
          b) the criminal thug, murdering rapist or thief are only guilty of false class consciousness-and as long as they don`t diss the state they`ll be let rip upon the good people to strike terror, uncertainty and acceptance of the capricious lottery that once might have been dispassionate rule of law and justice.
c)Indeed the crims serve the State-the state provide the cells for the worst transgressions but also warm cells, plenty therapeutic comfort and a nod/wink to sticking it to Mr and Mrs Whitehouse and the fuckin` Thatchers…in all their guises and pretensions…hard working do-gooders who give a stuff about James Bulger, when it`s clear that Blair and Major benefitted from all that kerfuffle.
In short-crime, its rewarding(lawyers, advocacy groups, psychobabblers like Batmanghedghli, neuroscience quacks at the LSE etc)-it puts the skids under any appeal to reason or to God…just throwing yourself upon the mercies of the NHS, the State and its fetid schools…Garry Newlove is no use to the State now he`s dead now is he?
But Poor Adam Swellings-he MUST have been vulnerable, crying for help when he murdered someones white useless dad and husband.
Ilana points the way-and my recent studies into South Africa get another boost…could see bigger candidates for the start of Armageddon-but not many.
Can I remind you again of Chris Parry/New English review of June 2006, by way of thanks…Parrys “imagined scenario” for the Combined Services effectively got him sacked-but he was right and right again, as we see the shambles of the EU and the Med today.
Only eight years on as well-doesn`t time fly when it`s bloody urgent to wake up?
Thanks again-the likes of Tutu and Pistorius seem to sum up the broken backed Mountain that was once the RSA.

    Ah, happy days, eh…. Jane?

“Garvey unwittingly revealed an apparent pro-Labour bias at the BBC. Garvey reminisced how in the morning after the general election “the corridors of Broadcasting House were strewn with empty champagne bottles – I will always remember that”

And how could anyone else forget? 🙂

I wonder how the BBC is going to deny this one.

Daniel Shaw, from Manchester, received £16,800 in state handouts which he says meant he had no incentive to find work

“As it stands I am earning more now than someone on minimum wage in a shop”, he told Channel 5 documentary Benefits, which aired on Monday night.

“I want a job but it makes me think ‘why?’ when I am on more money from benefits. It’s the government’s fault, they are basically making me pick the easy way because they are giving me so much money, it’s ridiculous.

Daniel also blamed the government for allowing him to gamble away his money.

He added: “I got a same day benefits payment and I blew it all in the casino, I lost £410 which was to last me a fortnight.

“The government gave me all my money on the same day and I have gambled it away so it is them to blame.”

After frittering away his benefits Daniel turned to foodbanks for survival. He was given bags of tinned food, chocolate, cereal and tea bags which he estimated to be worth around £40.

He said: “Food banks are there to help people like me on benefits get out of the sticky situation you find yourself in… I got £100 loan from my cousin and I could have used that to buy food but this service is here to help me. I am entitled to it so why aren’t I going to take it?”

Daniel admitted he has been in trouble with the law 20 times. His convictions include drinking in public, assault, criminal damage and breach of the peace.

At the end for the show it was revealed Daniel now has a job in Manchester.

It says he was given £16800 but not over what timescale, it’s difficult to accept that he was just in receipt of job seekers which wouldn’t amount to a quarter of what he was receiving !

Then there’s the issue of him blaming everyone else and being unable to accept responsibility for his actions, I wonder if there aren’t some mental health issues going on.

The whole story seems ‘too good to be true’ from the Tory point of view, and I have to say I smell a rat, I just wonder what the BBC is going to make of it.

I know this site about the disgusting BBC, but did any see the Sky News (with Matthew Bolton)? They did a piece on the climate change shindig in Paris. It started with a two-minute publicity film which was so blatantly inaccurate, it was still banging on about global warming. Then they had some creep from the US (I think he used to be Bill Clinton’s cigar lighter) who bought into the whole ‘we’re all doomed’, ‘the science is settled’, ‘the ice is melting’, ‘the seas are rising.’ Mathew Bolton failed miserably to counter with something like ‘there’s been no global warming for 18 years, you arse hole.’ I tell you lads and lasses, we’ve had it. A military coup is the only way out now.
