So anybody read the bBC article about how the power station in gaza has had to close down. Reading the article do you get the impression the Jews are to blame? Nothing in the article about how in January Hamas has been refusing to accept the isreali oil shipments. I wonder why the bbc doesn’t mention that fact?

I knew that the Moody’sd report said – in effect – any political deviation from debt-cutting would likely provoke a downgrade.  How come the BBC’s chief correspondent didn’t ?

In the interview with John Humphrys on the Today programme -0 I was surprised that Osborne did not quote the exact text from Moddy’s.  That would have swatted down Humphrys – and also swatted the lies that Ed Balls had been telling an hour earlier.  Osborne was far too soft.

How come the BBC’s chief correspondent didn’t ?

Well, it appears he wasn’t there, didn’t know, didn’t care and just punted out what he thought the faithful would swallow.

Thing is, looking at the comments, he is getting filleted for his bias.. and constant holiday breaks, and p*ss-poor, sloppy journalistic standards even from the home crowd, embarassing himself, the BBC and their PR client all in one shot… so a bit of result I’d say.

I wonder how the two-Eds sandwich editorette is faring?

Nice to know the BBC has totally professional, in place, unbiased folk reporting on this issue. <sarc off>

The CEEFAX main headline this morning (c. 0800) told us that Moody’s HAD ACTUALLY DOWNGRADED our rating.

Bit of a shocka, ’til I went to the page and found out what was actually going on.

I am trying to point out to my DP sofa-addicted MP that what they write in headlines is not always what the story actually is.

One from the ‘when in hole… dig deeper files’…

Capita just emailed to get my views on how ‘they’ ‘did’ with my recent (actually still ongoing) complaint about stacking a Falklands ‘debate’ 5 to 0 against the UK.

So I figured I’d play. This was the result…

    Dear Mr/s. xx,
If you don’t want to annoy folk more than they already are, may I suggest you don’t send so-called service surveys of the form below in the first place if, when the invited recipient takes time to respond, they are soon led to a page that says you don’t want them to take part anyway.
    Pages:44/44

Thank you, but we have enough people with your profile already.
To exit the questionnaire you can either navigate to another website or close this window.
Thank you for your interest in participating in this survey.
Thank you for your interest in the survey. This survey is closed for respondents matching your characteristics.

Whilst entirely in keeping with the standards and treatment I have come to expect from the BBC Complaints process, it is a further waste of my time that does you no favours.
Why send it to me, named, about a logged complaint, if you already knew I was not suitable?
For what it is worth, the complaint you refer to is ongoing, as you did not ‘do’ very well the first attempt. I have yet to hear back on the next.

What a perfect example of the contempt you are held in.  They don’t really care how they did – they just want to tick a box showing that they asked, and that they asked a set proportion of LGBT, ethnic minorities etc. etc.

They rely on most peoples’ politeness to show that they are “getting it about right” amongst all communities.

“Anya17”, an opera about sex trafficking into the EU, will be premièred in Liverpool in March.

The Royal Northern College of Music and the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic contemporary music ensemble, who are staging this, had better be careful if they wish to avoid unwanted attention from UAF, a police line outside, and a complete publicity blackout before the performance.

Sounds exciting – can hardly wait. Perhaps the BBC will televise it. Presumably this will depend on the precise nature of the “sex trafficking” involved.

City worker Al Amin Dhalla guilty of stalking girlfriend
A former city worker has been found guilty of stalking his former fiancee and her mother. Al Amin Dhalla, 42, of no fixed address, was accused of carrying out a campaign of terror after his relationship with trainee doctor Alison Hewitt, 35, of Brighton, ended…. The 42-year-old was found not guilty on two more serious charges of putting a person in fear of violence through harassment… Ms Hewitt’s family voiced concern over his “unseemly haste” to marry her and relations soured.

So reading the above article could you get the impression that maybe that Al Amin could a victim to white racism? I mean her family did object to him. Here is what the bbC doesn’t tell you:
Jilted City banker ‘bought crossbows and gun and disguised himself as a doctor to launch deadly attack on lover who spurned him’
Al Amin Dhalla, a Canadian national, allegedly orchestrated a terrifying four-month campaign against trainee doctor Alison Hewitt, 35, from Brighton, East Sussex, and her family when she dumped him in December 2010…
In April, 2011, he bought weapons from two different gun shops 30 miles apart, including an air rifle with a telescopic sight, a pistol and two crossbows, and headed towards her parents’ holiday home on Lundy Island in a specially adapted van, it was claimed. On route, he stopped to do target practice in a field in Wiltshire but was seen and arrested on weapons charges before he could get to Miss Hewitt’s mother, Pamela, and her partner David Gray, on the tiny island off the Devon coast, the court heard.
However, he was released on bail and the following day, April 5, 2011, he hired another car, bought petrol and diesel and set fire to the couple’s semi-detached, thatched cottage in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, while their neighbours were sleeping, the court heard.
Later that day, Dhalla was seen at the Princess Royal Hospital in Haywards Heath, where Miss Hewitt was working.Mr Barton said: ‘He was masquerading as a doctor and seeking details of the trainee doctors’ rota, to include times when Alison was on duty.’That evening he hired a third car and drove back up to Buckinghamshire. The house was surrounded by police and he was not able to gain access. Instead, he drove to the local police station and tried to set it alight with further accelerants and papers.’ The next morning he was spotted back at the Princess Royal, again posing as a doctor and wearing a stethoscope, and was arrested by armed police.
Mr Barton said: ‘In his hire car, located nearby, were found a loaded crossbow, a large knife, fuel cans with remnants of their contents, his fake doctor’s outfit including a second stolen stethoscope and a fuel-soaked enveloped addressed to Pamela Hewitt.

By all accounts a very dangerous man, which is why the police used armed men to arrest him, yet the bBC doesn’t mention any of the above, gee I wonder why?

‘Slave girl’ spoken to at border
A woman who was allegedly raped and treated as a slave in the UK when she was a girl told a court she could not understand officials when she arrived. The deaf woman, who cannot be named, told the jury in Manchester that she was spoken to by passport officials when she arrived from Pakistan.

Reading the above article the bbC doesn’t mention that the girl has been held captive for over 10 years and instead gives the impression that the girl is only 10 years of year rather than the 20 year old she is. Also notice how the bbC give the impression that the UK borders agency are to blame by not making it clear to a 10 year old child what she was doing coming into the country. Err what part of her being a 10 year old deaf Pakistani child doesn’t the bBC want you to know. Again the bBC covering up for the so called religion of peace.

        Uzbekistan ‘cancels Valentines Day’
Lovers in Uzbekistan who used to celebrate Valentine’s Day by hearing pop singer Rayhan sing will have to look for other forms of entertainment this year. Rayhan, a popular singer whose music mixes Eastern melodies with Western pop, has given a concert on 14 February for years. But this month the show has been cancelled, along with other events. Instead of Valentine’s Day, the authorities are trying instead to promote the study and appreciation of a local hero, the Moghul emperor Babur, whose birthday falls on 14 February.
And the Burka covered elephant in the room is? Why that would be the state relgion ’Islam’ Yet again intolerance promoted by the bBC’s relgion of peace and they keep stumm .

Thailand blasts: ‘Iranian’ bomber injured in Bangkok
A man thought to be Iranian has had both legs blown off after attempting to throw a bomb at police in the Thai capital, Bangkok, officials say. Two other explosions were reported in the same busy commercial district of the city, injuring four other people. Police said one blast took place at the house the injured man rented with other Iranians. One of those men also threw a bomb at a taxi in the capital… Thai media said that an identity card found nearby indicated the man could be of Iranian origin.

So a man who lived in a rented house along with 3 other men (All Iranian) blows the house up, on trying to escape (while injured) he hails a taxis, but the taxis driver refuses, so the man throws a bomb at him, the police are called and he throws a bomb at them and ends up blowing his legs off. Next to him is found an Iranian ID card which names the injured man as Saeid Moradi. One of the other men at the house 42 year old Iranian national Mohammed Hazaei, was arrested trying to leave the country on a flight to Malaysia. The house when searched was found to contain a large amount of explosives. And yet the bBC so called security expert: has this to say underneath the main picture:
BBC security correspondent Gordon Corera: “What the specific evidence for a link to Iran is has not been made clear yet”

            Gaza’s only power station closes
The authorities in Gaza say the Palestinian territory’s only power station has shut down because of a lack of fuel. The closure is believed to be caused by a shortage in fuel being supplied through smuggling tunnels from Egypt.
Right, I mentioned this earlier on in the day, but I was on my I-Pad and its bloody hard answering on that format. Anyway what I tried to elucidate was the bBC present this image that the Israelis are to blame, yet what they don’t mention is that In Jan 2012, Hamas blocked all fuel shipments from Israel and decided that they would get their fuel from..Eygpt. Yup just like how Iran decided to ditch the Dollar for the Euro in which to sell its Oil, Hamas has woken up to the fact that some mistakes are bloody good ones (for folks like me that is)  but not to worry as the bBC will continue blaming the jew.

Muslims pass on faith at higher rates than Christians says Cardiff University study
Muslims in Wales and England practise and pass on their faith at much higher rates than any other religion, a Cardiff University study says.Researchers found 77% of adult Muslims actively practise the faith they were brought up in, compared with 29% of Christians and 65% of other religions.
They also found 98% of Muslim children surveyed said they had the religion their parents were brought up in.

And the Burka wearing elephant in the room is , what happens to Muslims who openly declare that they no longer wish to follow the teachings of a 6th Century paedophilic warlord?   I wonder why the bBC doesn’t mention how Muslims are kept inside the faith under a climate of fear. Instead they parrot on about how Islam could teach us all to be better people. Yeah right

Militant secularisation threat to religion, says Warsi
Britain is under threat from a rising tide of “militant secularisation”, a cabinet minister has warned. Religion is being “sidelined, marginalised and downgraded in the public sphere”, Conservative co-chairwoman Baroness Warsi wrote in an article for the Daily Telegraph.
Yet the biggest threat to the UK isn’t from secularism , but rather from Militant relgion, gee I wonder which religion I am thinking of, of course the bBC thinks of another religion, but such is its hatred of Christianity that is uses a Muslim in which to defend Christians. God forbid using a Christian to do likewise. I mean where’s the equality in that.  I mean it’s not as if Muslims don’t have an hidden Agenda in allowing religions to spread their word of peace and understanding in the Uk.

A general observation apropos the Falklands.

Despite our internationalism, our multi-culturalism, our BBC World Service, despite our love of China tea, of Indian curry, etc etc – most people outside of Britain regard us in some negative sense which might range from suspicion, through jealousy and contempt to outright flag-burning hatred.

I’m sorry but it’s true and perhaps it is one of the biggest deceptions perpetrated on us by our BBC.

Can you imagine a truthful from our own correspondent: ‘don’t say I told you this but they don’t half resent the Brits over here’.

You know that Eurovision song contest? Well it is essentially a national popularity contest and GB sucks at it. And that’s just Europe.

Want to know how many friends we would have if Argentina attacked the Falkland Islands tomorrow?  None. Certainly no one in the EU and not even the US. Not New Zealand, Canada and especially not Australia.

Think of it this way – every day of the year the BBC sends out a big valentines card to the whole world sealed with a kiss on our behalf  – and what do we get in return?

File this under what are the odds: the charitocrats at Save The Children bring out a report about Third World Poverty, and the BBC just happens to have a 12 minute ‘on the spot’ report ready to air on Today covering poverty in a Third World country.

Another coincidence: the country was India.

Hey, and just when people were wondering why we send aid to a nuclear power with a space program where even their own government sneers at the supposed need for western aid.

Predicatably, the report was heavy on the sob sister stuff, but light on any explanation on what’s going on. In so far as India is faced with rising food prices and falling supply, just why have the laws of economics appeared to have gone into reverse?

Nope, there was no mention of biofuels and offsetting in there, far less trade barriers.

Ditto, we were told a lot of food was lost through poor storage and transport links. And whose fault was that? Mr BBC didn’t ask. There was probably no way to blame that on the West, instead of Starfleet Command in Delhi.

One more thing: the report constantly hammered home that wimminz and children were suffering. No one likes to think of kids in distress, but why grown women deserved help more than grown men was never explained. I guess it’s just one of them things everyone knows, huh?
