Have to laugh at the faux hysteria the BBC are trying to whip up in their endless jihad against the evil Murdoch empire! Have you see this?

They led with this non-story on the radio at 3p.m and 4 too I think…I`d not bother checking either.
Nothing about Piers Morgan, that Guardian hacker currently suspended from the “inquiry”, little about that Labour MP from Luton South and-of course-nothing to see here folks regarding Gadafi and our former Labour Prime Ministers either.
Just another day in Labour lovin` paradise…

Have I just missed it, or has there been a lack of beeboid slabbering about Tony Blair being godfather to a Murdoch kid. Funny that.

Not part of the BBC script – this is all bad for the Tories – nothing to do with Labour.

If you only watched the BBC news, you could be forgiven for thinking that Cameron was involved in the hacking at News International.  They are not making any effort to accurately inform the public that all this hacking took place when News International was a labour supporting paper, which was very close to Blair and Campbell when labour were in power and that Cameron was an opposition, back bench MP who News International would not have given the time of day to at that time.

This misleading meme is continuing with the Libya coverage, with the BBC stating that the Lockerbie bomber was released in a deal between “the government, Gaddafi and BP”!  NOT the previous LABOUR Government, Gaddafi and BP.

They are doing all they can to misrepresent and allow the impression that the Gaddafi loving corruption was involving the current Conservative led coalition government.

The BBC are wilfully misrepresenting the reality and doing all they can to protect their Labour friends.

This is the knee-jerk policy of the BBC:  Lots of bad news items about Labour that we must not report so invent something about the Conservatives to “bury the bad news”.  It’s such a weak attack position that even they must realise how ridiculous they are looking.

    But

    http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/entertainment-arts-14815129

Is the most read story on the BBC website. The evil Murdoch does not even reach the top 10.

They will have to have some references to the “evil one” in Doctor Who or Casuality if they want to spread the message further than the wine drinkers of Islington.

for some days now the BBC homepage website has the blog comment  under the business and money section stuck with Pesto’s commment on the Coulson getting paid whist in employ for the government.

As you scan the comments below (closed for sometime now) you are left with no doubt that a large and growing proportion (not just us) are at best bored shitless with the subject ….. and yet they still persist..

I’m sure its the case that the BBC has downplayed and/or ignored sundry stories that Labour would like to see buried, but this piece of reporting on the NOWT hacking scandal seems like straight reporting to me.
