TRACEY EMIN WEIGHS IN

The Today show gets ever more hysterical on the subject of AGW running an item this morning on how a group of “artists” are also helping to deal with the issue. (Mind you, I thought that CRU have already shown plenty of creativity!) Tracey Emin was interviewed and confirmed that she is pretty convinced that AGW is the real deal. I await the Krankies being interviewed on the topic next…

I’ve been so incensed by the BBC’s (lack of) coverage of the CRU emails that for the first time ever I wrote a complaint.

I received a response back within three days, and intriguingly it didn’t dispute my main point; that more prominence is given to stories that favour the AGW theory.

I know it’s a waste of time and not much will change, but interestingly the emails were explicitly mentioned for the first time on BBC News at Ten last night.

Not bad for a story that’s almost 2 weeks old

So the BBC is taking the Monbiot line, then:  AGW is still real, it’s just that these CRU guys messed themselves up.  So keep on preaching the Warmism as it’s too important an issue to let mundane matters get in the way.

I’ve noticed recently that the BBC are just calling it “climate change” the Man mad bit has been dropped.

So all they will do is carry on as before but just not mention that they think human activity is responsible for climate change. Do they think we are that thick not to notice or something?

Emin was funny when she was drunk all the time.

Heard the first of this on Front Row on Radio4 the other night. The usual stroll along the South Bank to stroke beards and rebel safely with the state  happy to underwrite their angst. The work will be on the Foreign Office website so the rest of Europe can marvel at Cool Britannia as they work the phones at Copenhagen.
The new Soviet Realism school on the march with Emin,Gormley and the others puttling lime green in the whitewash!
