  1. Dover Sentry says:

Nicky Campbell was freaked out and scared he said? His reaction was caused by a caller calmly stating what the vast majority of the people in the UK feel about the BBC and it’s bias.

Campbell needs to be replaced and soon. He’s lost the plot.

      Dover,

Scared he will lose his job, most likely. Wanker .

Poor Nicky needs to get out more, clearly he never meets anyone from outside the progressive bubble.

Disagree, he needs to stay in more, in a padded cell. They are all such clones that they cannot understand how anyone can have a different opinion than theirs. Utterly narrow-minded and parochial.

  2. All Lives Matter says:

I remember when Alistair McGowan did an impression of Campbell, it seemed overly harsh at the time and closer to Alistair Campbell than Nicky, but McGowan obviously knew more than he was letting on as Nicky now can’t be parodied enough to get close to his pomposity and aggression.

‘Racist! Racist! Misogynist Racist! You’re a misogynist racist, because you don’t agree with what the Media tells you to think, you misogynist racist….’

It’s the ‘Heresy’ of the modern world isn’t it? You can just imagine the likes of Campbell would be more than happy to bring back the inquisition so a few ‘misogynist racists’ could be burnt alive on air as a warning to tow the line.

I don’t get it, I really don’t, there’s only one cult in this country that is truly: misogynistic, homophobic, ‘racist’, violent, into child abuse, insular and hell bent on forcing everyone else to convert, or die… and it’s the one we’re all supposed to bend over backwards to placate.

Are the Nicky Campbells of the world really, really stupid, or is there some other agenda at work?

  4. Dover Sentry says:

The BBC agenda comprises pompous political arrogance.

The BBC cannot and will not provide objective opposing views. They believe it’s their role to educate us to match their mold.

Recently, the last Director General spoke about the BBC’s Brexit coverage. He stated that the BBC should be able to decide what is best for the public.

Its a classical example of the “tail wagging the dog”
The public should decide what’s best for the BBC, they fund the QUANGO.

    • Rick Bradford says:

Precisely. The BBC cannot accept that someone who opposes their agenda may be doing so from a rational, intelligent and well-meaning perspective.

That would destroy their worldview of themselves as wiser and nobler than the rest of us.

They really can do no other than to call us fools, racists, brainwashed, bigots, etc etc etc.

I think he was scared because someone told the truth in a mild way about a peaceful religion. Genuine fear that that call might lead to a Charly Hebdo in his own studio.

  6. Dover Sentry says:

Exactly. Scared of the religion they exalt.

      Dover,

And the BBC Dhimmi cowards are confident that the Islamic terrorists will never attack them . In the same way that the BBC knew that licking the IRA ass would protect them . BBC wankers .

Well, Tiberius was allowed his say, therefore the BBC can prove they have balance, whenever challenged.

The fact that he was quickly cut off and not allowed any response to the woman who immediately called him ‘deeply racist’ , and Nicky Campbell’s subtle mocking, proves Tiberius spoke the truth. They just don’t get it.

Long time reader, first time poster here.

I find the BBC’s use of certain phrases to be annoying. It is no longer Islamic State, ISIS, ISIL or Daesh, but “so-called Islamic State”. Perhaps the BBC should be known as “so-called BBC” from now on?

      How about…….
so p**sed off about the `so-called` prefix being added to ISIS, `so called` the `so-called`BBC about it and recieved an accusation of `so-called` racism by the `so-called` unbiased BBC who as usual got it `so-called` about right…

Yes, it’s revealing, isn’t it? No coherent response to a balanced, calm critique, but as soon as the caller has gone (not sure whether he was cut off or not), he tries to imply he’s some deranged nutter.

R5 Live had 2 different shows this weekend screaming abuse at Farage both claiming he is not elected (of course he is he’s an MEP)
Sun 12am and then Mon at 12 am also

Sun 12am “Yeh that Farage is not even elected, he has no right to a platform now” Said Edwina Currie
in the hour of hate against Trump/Farage where both Stephen Nolan’s guests opposed them

    – Then R5 Live Mon 12am : The Mad Bishop said exactly the same thing. adding “He’s a liar”
Highly ironic since of course everyone tweeted that Farage is still an elected MEP
Presenter Stephen Nolan chose not to correct either time ..The BBC breaks its charter 100 times/day

If you enjoy Hatespeak against Trump/Farage you”ll enjoy the both progs on I player
Direct audio link to the Mad Bishop saying
“And the same applies to Farage a man who’s never been involved, NEVER been elected ANYWHERE”
Proportional representation means he’s been elected to the EU parliament 4 times, with UKIP increasing the vote each time ..now 32%

My theory would be that Ken,Polly, Bonnie, Malcolm, Margaret, Dominic and ALL the USUAL dial-in die in hapyy wanderers and hippies whose voices we ALL get to hear-like it or lump it-are now bagged and tagged, with a skip on delivery.
Maybe one of us needs to give us the Fun Fifty of Lefty Liberal Rectitudes, as calculated by time given to them, by the nearness to news dumps at 8am, 1p, 5-6 pm, 10pm-by the number of interruptions and the oily reverence factor as exhibited by the sock puppets, the Windy Millers of BBC churnalism.
With Booker on 0, Scruton on 1, with-well, who in the top 5?
Polly, Owen, Emily, Ken and Anna maybe?
I for one will attempt Tiberias` tone-seems to freak the lefties out…Ian MacDonald in the Falklands perhaps. 1982?

          Worth a poll.

But it’s ok to be unelected if you’re a remoaner. I can’t remember the vote for Lily Allen to betray my country or St Liniker to harass Lego whilst promoting childhood obesity.

    Thi “Farage never elected” business
The thinking is a bit twisted to assert that.
Technically because it’s a PR voting system the voter it’s the name of the party that is ticked on the box. But since Farage is the head of the top party in the South east constituency it’s a bit much to imagine voters voting for UKIP and not expecting Farage to be their MEP.

In the circumstances of some unknown person who was at the bottom of their party list getting in as an MEP, then falling our with his party..Then you could say that the public weren’t voting for him.
but as I said Farage is the top man in his party, which was the top party in that constituency so of course his position is an ELECTED MEP.

As a matter of interest, Stew, has the European Parliament always had that party election system? I think Farage was first elected in 1999.

The BBC has Truthaphobia a commenter says
Phobia = overwhelming sense of fear
Yes phobia might explain why the BBC practicies gatekeeping against certain TRUTHFUL views and Curates News Output to exclude some things which are TRUE

2 months ago I happened to be in a studio complex and a staff member explained to me
** The BBC phone-in system has a tool for this gatekeeping
When you call in the system detects which number you called in from, and brings the info from previous times up on the producers screen. Like your name and nature etc.
So sometimes “the call flashes up as known trouble maker and not to put the call through”

They made a point of reading out to me the code on the back of their badge.
They seemed to think the “celebrate diversity” is above “impartial and honest”

Thanks for showing us this card/badge. Trust, Quality and Respect are the three things long lost by the BBC.
      We have stopped trusting it
      Quality is long gone
Respect is not what they have for us or the nation.
Seriously it cannot go on as it is. I really hope Mr Trump refuses to ever have anything to do with it and that gradually we all see just how useless it is.
