DESIGN APPEAL

Hi all! Just to let you know we hope to launch a Biased BBC Facebook page shortly. One of the issues lies around banner design. Are there any website design experts reading this that could help us freshen up this site? If you think you can help drop me a mail!

Just put on a picture of a turd David.
People will automatically associate that with the BBC.

A turd? That’s an excellent idea. But I’d shape the turd into ‘BBC’ and put a tin of polish and a cloth next to it with an ‘X’ through them.

But perhaps I need to work on that idea. What’s needed is a better representation of the fact that you can’t polish a turd.

I’m a Professional Graphic Designer with 30+ years of experience. I use the complete Adobe Creative Suite (industry standard) in my day-to-day work. I’m not a web designer (as in a programmer), but I am well-used to supplying design for web and familiar with all the formats, etc.

I’d be more than happy to help out in any way I can (free of charge, of course). Give me a shout – I’ll be in Italy for a week from 13th Aug, but happy to help out after then (22nd Aug onwards). If you have web designers I’d be happy to liaise with them regarding design.

This was on the open thread, but it belongs here:

Be interesting to see whether traitor to Western civilisation Mark Zuckerberg will allow Biased BBC to post uncensored material on Farcebook, I mean Facebook. Given the latter’s history of protecting Islamic terrorists from criticism, it’s unlikely.

Here’s a story from yesterday re Farcebook blocking a radio talk show host from posting about the Islamic terrorist who killed a pregnant woman. From just before 14 minutes in:

Zuckerberg is one of countless left-wing Jews who feels obliged to express his ‘humanity’ by siding with Palestinian terrorists against Israel.

I too have great misgivings about being associated with ‘TwitFace’ (amalgamation of the 2 names-use your imagination).

I believe ,from all I have read , that these two organisations have become Arms of the Establishment/Elite/Experts that we all have serious misgivings about ,on this site anyway .

I appeal to the organisers of this site to think not once , not twice , but three times , before associating with such bedfellows.

Agreed. I’m not on Farcebook and wouldn’t touch it with someone else’s bargepole. And I’m concerned that a BBBC Farcebook page would divert resources from this fine site.

Happy to chip in, however the site editorial form seems not to like the captcha confirmation attempts.

Is it based on BBC ‘we want to hear from you (but don’t really)’ technology?

Al-Beeb would get that other Islamic appeaser Mark Zuckerberg to shut the Face Book page down quicker than you can say Allah Ackbar.

I have mixed feelings on a BBBC Facebook page. Recently an Israeli lawyer caught Facebook red-handed in its bias by concocting a hate page against Israelis and one against Palestinians and then reporting both pages. The anti-Palestinian page was immediately taken down but the anti-Israel one stayed up. When she complained, the response was that the anti-Israel page did not go against “community standards.” Well, quite: apparently pro-Palestinian and anti-Israeli bias is a standard for Facebook, as is siding with Islamic terrorism against Western civilisation.

Facebook did eventually take the page down, claiming it had made a “mistake.” Of course that is precisely what the BBC does when gross examples of its bias are exposed.

Chief Gaza terrorist Ismael Haniya and others in Gaza have Facebook pages and the lawyer is currently suing Facebook to have them taken down since under US law Hamas is a terrorist organisation.

Having said that, it’s not necessarily a bad thing to go into the enemy camp and try to subvert it from within. And of course Facebook’s vast membership would mean that, potentially, BBBC would have much further reach and ability to influence public opinion that it currently has.

However, there isn’t a shadow of doubt that Facebook would follow BBC instructions to block BBBC content it objects to.

They are both consciously working to undermine Western civilisation and allow the Islamic barbarians in through the gates.
