In the game last week between Man City and Chelsea there were only two players on the pitch that could have played for any of the British teams. Last season, when a Newcastle player scored a goal it was the first by and English player for that club for over 11 months! They have eight French players.
I would have thought this should be of more concern to Dyke and the BBC.
Listen to Today on R4 and almost any mention of football is not about the actual games but racism and lack of black managers or reports of racism across European or Russian teams or spectators.
Last week Rio Ferdinand played his 500th League game and was interviewed by the BBCs Hussein, her first question was not about football but ”Do you think there is more or less racism in football when you started playing?” I have no idea of his answer because I switched over.
This morning, most of the ”Sports???” slot was about whether or not a Welsh footballer who had a conviction for rape should be allowed to play again. Tough luck if you tune in to find out about actual sport and results.

Well, give it a bit of time, but given what does get the BBC excited at the drop of an ‘ism, if they continue to decide it is ‘not news’ ((c) A. Newsroom Tealady) it won’t come as much surprise.

Doubtless ‘purposes of’ exemptions will protect them in accounting for such sudden astounding uncuriosity, but it’s still worth them being aware what they tend not to notice is by others.

In the interests of disclosure I am a Muslim.

The reason why so many thousands are rushing to (foolishly) support the BOGUS “Islamic State” is the “petrodollars for scholars” phenomenon. These petrodollars (from Saudi arabia et al) have funded Islamic institutions globally for many decades. This has naturally led to “scholars” being molded into their way of thinking. Authentic institutions have a lesser reach nowadays as they cannot compete against the petrodollar. This was one of the primary purposes of creating a state of the “House of Saud” over most of Arabia. It was and still is a dagger in the heart of Islam! Read Irshad Soofi Siddiqui and his “Attack on the Spiritual Heart of Islam”.

Now the bombing campaign by NATO against “ISIS/ISIL/IS” serves two main functions. Firstly NATO will use this as a cover to bomb Syrian military installations to help make Syria into another Libya. (NATO have so far failed thanks to Russia). I feel NATO intends to force Russia into full out war as she has not been able to entice Russia over the Crimean/Ukraine issue. Secondly these ramped up bombing campaigns serves to legitimize the BOGUS “Islamic State” in the eyes of (foolish) Muslims globally (this is unfortunately having its desired effect no thanks to Saudi Arabia et al) and hence gives an impression to the “International Community” that the World of Islam is brutally rising up and up! Something must be done about this! Hence setting the stage for further conflicts.

Can an educated Muslim not read? … I ask you are adherents all brainwashed to read something different than what is there?

I know the text itself, is like a poor 13 year old Hitler s essay, with second rate renditions of old bible stories, and earlier Christian hymns. thrown in to boot
… but this waffle can be read.

Don t Muslims understand their own convoluted idea of abrogation, the mandated behaviour is in there, sadly the violent verses take precedence over the earlier peaceful one, also sadly the more violent ones are more numerous in number.
So … take precedence? … so I ask where is the great peaceful religion?
The Quran there is no context from which it can be taken out of, and there are no caveats to isolate this behaviour to a different time or epoch … which leaves if adherents are peaceful it is in spite of Islam not because of it.

May I ask are you an Islamic Scholar? (Perhaps you may be one of those petrodollar scholars?)

I would disagree with you about the Qu’ran. It is the highest form of Arabic literature ever. (BTW Hitler was a good writer, in my opinion, although his oratory was far more impressive).

There is no abrogation of one Qu’ranic verse over another. The abrogation is of Qu’ranic verses over previous Scriptures. Most Muslims do not understand this (even the educated ones).

Let me tell you something about understanding the Qu’ran.

          1. It is vital to study the Quranic verses not in isolation but together with all other verses of the same/similar topic. Without interpreting the whole of the Quran when studying a verse, one will be open to misguidance (and those Muslims who dance to the tune of the Anti-Christ are using them as justification for their crimes).
          2. The Quran was revealed to the Last Prophet and he was sent to teach it and therefore an understanding of the ahadiths are also necessary and how he explained the revelations.
          3. An understanding of the historical context of revelation.

If you want to learn more about (authentic) Islam. Visit http://www.imranhosein.org/ and https://www.youtube.com/user/SheikhImranHosein

I wish to say that it has been a (secret) objective of the Judeo-Christian alliance to eventually denigrate the Qu’ran. As they know it contains the truth and nothing but the truth that will ultimately expose the illegitimate rapprochement.

Tell me ONE THING that we can find in the Koran that contributes something to humanity that wasn’t in existence before it was written. All I seem to come across are things that take us backwards.

I do not know if this will satisfy you. But here goes.

The Qu’ran had anticipated long ago of a Judeo-Christian rapprochement that would wage war on Religion and in particular on Islam. If those who read AND understood the Qu’ran took note of the Lord God’s injunction regarding this matter (including those Christians and Jews who do not consider themselves a part of that unholy alliance) there would be a lot less evil and corruption in the world today.

I wonder M if you would explain to me why it is that all the coins of a leader/king called Mohammed in the Arabian peninsula all have the symbol of the cross on them?

Why it is that the literate tribes conquered by Mohammed have left record of a man coming from the East bringing war, and talking about the second coming of Christ ?
Why is it that there is no mention of a ‘prophet’, or a book called the ‘Qur’an’ or a new religion called Islam?
It’s not unreasonable to expect that if this is a religion based on historical fact, that the evidence supports the legend – it doesn’t.

Then there is the issue of a holy book which God is supposed to protect, and yet allows an entire chapter to be eaten by a tame sheep while Mohammed’s wife’s back is turned !

Or the Battle of Yamama where hundreds of men who had memorised large tracts were killed, and the verses/chapters were lost.
At the very best the book you have is not complete!

Why are the verses inscribed at the Al Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem different to those in the Qur’an?

I suggest that it is more likely that the Qur’an was written to support the dynastic rule of the Fatimids and the Umayids, to keep the people in line and to encourage them to fight tribal wars with the backing of religious texts.

We know that 10 times as many Hadiths were discarded as having been fabricated, but there is little evidence to support those that remain as being authentic either.

There are far too many question marks over the two main holy books of Islam. If it were Christianity then these would be discussed and argued over, but because of violent murderous factions in Islam and a supine academia and media, we are not allowed to.

I have to wonder if you understand what it means to contribute to humanity

But just taking what you offered here, the logic of what you write is suspect.

Islam begins 700 years AFTER Christianity and the Koran contains numerous examples within where it demonizes all non Muslims or infidels.

And because it could predict that other religions would not be too happy about that you see it as some sort of marvel.

By contribute to humanity I mean giving an understanding or concept that enriches and broadens our world in a positive direction. Jesus, Buddha, Confucius, have many great examples which we attribute to them.

                Can’t find one for Mohammed.

If you struggle to find something, as it appears you will, perhaps that is a sign from life that you should seek elsewhere for expansion.

I know Islam is the only religion that threatens death for those who leave it. This is a sign of grave insecurity. If it had a real basis of positive value it would not have to do this, it would be safe in its tenets and visions.

“Man jailed for hoax bomb threat after his benefits were stopped”.

The BBC is not covering this story yet, but I’m sure they will. For me it just illustrates the evil hatred the Tories have for people who for one reason or another have fallen on hard times.
I don’t care what people here think of this post, or of benefits for the poor. I can tell you that history from Roman times shows us that there is a need to support the poor whether you like it or not, and the rapacious selfish and greed ridden Tories certainly don’t like it.

I see so much to not just dislike. but to hate about Camerons brand of Conservatism. From the far left social policy to the promotion of vested interest and family money, to the demolishing of success by merit which Margaret Thatcher promoted, but worse than all these is the contemptible attack on the poor and the disadvantaged whilst giving tax advantages to the already wealthy.

In this instance the man managed to get his bed & board paid by the state. He won’t starve or go cold, he won’t have a TV licence to pay and here’s the very worst part – he’s actually better off in prison than he was on benefits, and that’s a shameful indictment on the scummy Tories.

Then there’s the cost to us the tax payer of these chinless wonders. A year in prison will be around £50K, the Police operation probably as much again, and the disruption to the DSS office a couple of quid, and all to save less than a thousand pounds from a man who was paid less than 4K pa to live on.

Well Essex man, I wasn’t aware that being someone on the right of politics necessarily meant starving your fellow man to death simply because the jobs they would have done have all been given to foreign immigrants which the left thought were ‘vibrant’ and the Tories see as cheap labour.

It strikes me as deeply sad that the attitude of I’m alright Jack F you is still alive and well.

You talk about the money tree, but single adult males now receive around £50 pw after government deductions something even the Tories acknowledge as insufficient to live on.

This escapade has cost the tax payer hundreds of thousands of pounds and although it might come as a shock this does not represent a saving !

It’s a sickening thought that criminals in prison for all kinds of heinous crimes are in a better position than those unfortunates forced out of work by their political masters.

You wouldn’t mind quite so much if the money was used to reduce the growing national debt, but it isn’t. It’s being used to subsidise the lifestyles of the already wealthy.

      • Old Timer says:

As usual Thoughtful you are absolutely right.

My son is severely disabled and in the last 12 months Cameron has reduced his meagre benefits by 50%. They have without notice stopped them completely until he sends all of his doctors reports again along with a 20 page form that takes two or three weeks to arrive. Then they delay and argue again and will not send the back payments either. It is a cruel and nasty system that inflicts further pain on him and us his carers. And we are pensioners ourselves and not now in the best of health or well off financially. Multiply this across the country and the misery Cameron and his heartless Bullington bullies are causing is beyond belief.

And then, I’m sorry Thoughtful but you are wrong.

There are those, as you well know, that play the system, such as the good folk that live in the affordable houses near to me. Grossly overweight, they do not work but have all of the necessary things to live life very comfortably. Things like Xboxes and IPads and 40 fags a day. A taxi takes them to the supermarket or to the doctor paid for by the council. Yet the now and again live in boyfriend has a car, with disabled badge of course.

I often wonder why the windows are open in the middle of winter but of course their utility bills are paid for too, and having the windows open does help to get rid of the aroma of whacky backy. It’s a wonderful experience as it wafts into my garden on a nice summer evening.

On occasion there is even live entertainment too when plod arrives to arrest the boyfriend, again. He doesn’t like to answer the door of course as he is not dressed. Its only 3pm, I mean be fair on the lad he was out clubbing till 4am that morning. So plod gets his ladder and climbs in through the upstairs open window. Yes they are that stupid.

Anyway the lad is home again in an hour or so on bail so no harm done. Then he celebrates with his mates in the garden until 4 or 5am with that banging screaming music that we neighbours find so adorable, and on full volume, naturally. The size of his woofers is something I can tell you. Anyway as soon as it gets light the lads and lasses wander off home thumping cars and ringing door bells as they go. Lovely.

So in conclusion, my thanks to all the INCOMPETENT governments that we have had for the last 50 years. The brown envelope Labour and union boys. The posh Eton elite bankers and PR chaps with their soft white hands in the workers pockets.
As for the BBC? They have spent billions of our cash that should have helped this country become a better place. They could have educated our children to be productive citizens that helped others, but what did the kids get? Grange Hill, East Enders and Jimmy Saville. The devil himself could not have done a better job.

I don’t know if UKIP will turn out to be the same if and when they get into power, we will see, but it’s the nearest thing to a revolution us Brits are going to get so good luck to ‘em.

    Mixed feelings in Pakistan

Malala, was very lucky to receive, such good medical care after being shot by the Taliban, very, very, lucky to be living here now in the UK, very, very, very, lucky to now have benefit of a UK education, and very, very, very, very, lucky win the Nobel peace prize.

Back to the story of Thursday’s by-elections.

Listen to this (link below – scroll forward to 2:01:30) ; Labour / BBC’s Norman Smith’s take on the election results. Just a snippet but breathtakingly true to form, I defy anyone to find the balance in Smith’s report.

BTW: I notice that this creature now goes by the title ‘Assistant Political Editor’ having seemingly been promoted from ‘Chief Political Correspondent’, no doubt elevated (I wonder how many other candidates there were?) in recognition of the unique way in which he reports the political landscape.

If Smith has been given some sort of Editorial responsibility, it confirms everything that people observe in these pages about this hideous, hateful organisation.

Enjoy the media liberals floundering. They cannot grasp what is happening.
Poor Owen Jones is typical. Clueless and rather pathetic. Ukip have faults and we all know that but this is a pivotal time in our history. An ancient people and an old land is under threat from unrestrained fantasy politics initiated by an elite which does not represent or even like us.
This elite without our leave has attempted to replace the indigenous people with another more compliant and certainly less individualistic. For profit and out of pure viciousness.
This elite has committed treason and is without legitimacy.
We know this and being a peaceful people do what we can and that is to vote against them. Immigration and the EU are the only issues. There are no others for these are the key to all others. We know what the elite does not that unless we regain our control of our land then our grandchildren will lose it. After over 1500 years this is intolerable
It is an existential matter . To vote for any other party than Ukip is to betray your people. It is as blunt and as clear as that.
Ignore the wails and insults of the liberals and their media lackeys particularly in the BBC. Their day is ending and the world as it does is turning.

Well it seems like it was Saint Malala day yesterday at the BBC and they moved into full lying mode about how and why she was shot.

According to the Beeb Saint Malala was shot for standing up for female education. This is a lie.

The Taliban issued a statement after they shot her, and I think it’s a fair bet that they actually know why they shot her, better than the BBC do at any rate.

Only it doesn’t sound quite worthy when you accept the Taliban reason, and there are too many parallels to be drawn to Trojan Horse Muslims in Britain.

Here’s the reasons which the Taleban gave:

Malala Yousefzai was shot for criticising the Taleban, they were able to produce theological precedent from Muslim holy scripture.

The Taleban were not and do not oppose the education of women.

The Taleban ARE opposed to mixed sex education (something the Trojan Horse plot mirrored)

Where it is not possible to educate both sexes separately (including education on different days) then boys should take precedence.

This is perilously close to what was being demanded in British schools and which the Birmingham Liebour party were covering up.

Where is the Malala in Britain? If this did ever happen here the left and the BBC would be queuing up to absolve her attacker of any blame, and giving them anything they wanted in the name of ‘community cohesion’, and ‘diversity’.

I’m not having a dig at her in any way. I am having a dig at a government propaganda machine distorting the reasons what happened to her to the point of lying.

Here is a recent statement from the Taleban although the BBC thinks it knows the reasons why they shot Malala better than the people who actually ordered her shooting !

Pakistan’s Taliban described Yousufzai as a “spy of the West”.

“For this espionage, infidels gave her awards and rewards. And Islam orders killing of those who are spying for enemies,” the group said in a statement.

“She used to propagate against mujahideen (holy warriors) to defame (the) Taliban. The Holy Quran says that people propagating against Islam and Islamic forces would be killed.

“We targeted her because she would speak against the Taliban while sitting with shameless strangers and idealized the biggest enemy of Islam, Barack Obama.”

and just in case it isn’t clear enough:

“We did not attack her for raising voice for education. We targeted her for opposing mujahideen and their war,” said the Taliban.

There you are. From the horses mouth! What more proof do you need that the BBC are lying about the reasons for the shooting ?

  17. Phil Ford says:

So, anyone see Emily Thornberry (Labour, Shadow Attorney General) on Newsnight last night attempting to explain why Carswell got elected in the single biggest share of a vote since records began?

Ms Thornberry attempted to explain that people vote for UKIP because they are dismayed at the low wages and bad treatment meted out to immigrants in this country. Yes, that’s exactly what she told us live on national TV last night. In a way, I’m kinda gladdened by that interpretation of why people vote for UKIP. If nothing else, it clearly shows that New Labour haven’t a clue how to respond to UKIP and don’t understand the first thing about why so many of their own supporters are switching to UKIP.

Carry on, Emily. You’re doing a grand job!

On the same programme we were also treated to some young boy called Owen Jones who, having been allowed to stay up late, was asked why he thought so many traditional Labour voters were switching to UKIP?

Young master Jones considered it briefly before suggesting that it was mostly to do with jobs and the economy. Luckily, John Gaunt was on hand to remind him that for most UKIP voters it’s actually issues like the EU and uncontrolled immigration that tend to matter uppermost. The child got a bit miffed and was having none of it. Mr Gaunt tried to reason with him, but young Owen was clearly getting a little tired and emotional.

Thankfully for all concerned, at this point Emily Maitlis sent young Owen off to bed. Still, one thing is clear from both interviews last night: Labour are helpless before UKIP’s rise – stuck like rabbits transfixed in the glare of oncoming headlights, unable to respond, unable to avoid the inevitable collision.

All in all a most enjoyable edition of Newsnight.

Phil – yes, both Thornberry and Jones were hopeless last night. I expected Jones to waffle, and he was truly slapped down by John Gaunt, but Thrnberry was a revelation. Leaving aside her huge size, she seemed to miss everything about UKIP’s polling advances. Word-chopping and ignorant, entirely unpersuasive. And yet she is Shadow Attorney General ??? – what a farce. (I gather she was an uman wights barrister working for Michael Mansfield, having been brought up in Labour circles. Another out-of-touch Labourite.)

And without wanting to sound too sexist – what about that awful-looking Labour candidate at Heywood and Middleton ? She almost made Miliband look attractive yesterday – and was mostly incoherent as well..

      • John Anderson says:

on Emily Thornberry – this snippet from her Wiki entry explains why Labour deserves to be ridiculed as the Party NOT of the People :

“Thornberry has lived in Islington since the early 1990s. She has two sons (born December 1991 and July 1999) and a daughter (born November 1993). She married Christopher Nugee[49] QC of Wilberforce Chambers in July 1991 in the borough of Tower Hamlets. He is a High Court judge, and they live in Barnsbury. Since 1993 she has lived on Richmond Crescent, where Tony Blair lived until the 1997 general election, moving in on the same day that the Blairs moved in.[citation needed] She also part-owns properties in Guildford and South London.[43][50]

In April 2005 it emerged that Thornberry had sent her son to the selective Dame Alice Owen’s School fourteen miles away from her home and outside her constituency. The school was formerly based in Islington and still reserves ten percent of its places for Islington pupils.[51] The Labour Party opposes selection and Thornberry was widely criticised over the issue as a result.[52] Chris Woodhead, the former chief inspector of schools stated “I celebrate her good sense as a parent and deplore her hypocrisy as a politician. When will those who espouse the virtues of comprehensive education apply the logic of their political message to their children?”

You could hardly make it up !

Funny how and on what occasions the BBC deems it advantageous to break strict NUJ and BBC house-style rules on national and ethnic descriptors….

There was a prime example yesterday of BBC liberal elite bias.

Both BBC 1 10 o’clock news and the ITV 1 bulletin led with the byelections. Both channels preceded to ponitificate about what the results might signify. Both refered – in one way or another – to the genuine and broadly accepted groundswell of British opinion against ‘Westminster-politics-as-usual’ and to frustration with ‘the three-main-parties’.

BBC news decided that the second most important item of news was a plug for Malala’s campaign for the education of girls in the Swatt(spelling?) Valley.

ITV did not put this story in the top 5 of their headlines.

Of course this story is of great interest to globalists and our liberal elite – I see that. The BBC earlier interviewed former PM Gordon Brown. What better example is there of a detatched liberal globalist taking the day to day concerns of his constituents for granted whilst he swans around the world do-gooding at the poor tax payers expense?

And, as we know, to presume to question ‘how are my own children going to be educated and find jobs?’ Well that’s just bigoted, isn’t it?

The BBC are the 4th ‘main party’.

Just got a glimpse of some BBC poppet suiting and booting herself up as Ebola threatens them all out in West Africa.
The announcer said that the emergency services would need this kind of protection-for “medical staff and reporters out there”.
The BBC clearly see the “reporting” of their crisis du jour as being on a level of vital importance as actually healing, nursing and caring from the medical teams out in the field.
So we got crawling BBC hacks going up to assorted zone limits in a fly-blown ragged hospital…and telling us all about it.
Who asked the BBC to do this?
Do they REALLY think that getting in the way of medical staff is as much a matter of national urgency as actually providing health and prevention care?
Are there no World Service cheap staff out there already who could do the job…why all those air miles and squabbling over precious suits and respirators, just so BBC Bafta turds can get their money shots for the 10 O Clock News?
Who gave them our permission to waste our money-and who told them that they could dissipate the worlds precious resources so BBC hacks can claim priority for the meds over dying Ebola victims!
The BBC are literally putting lives at risk, if not actually killing them.
Who lets them do this?..and when can we stuff their oxygen of publicity tubes up their own jacksies?

Why stop at Stalin and Mao? There isn’t a single communist leader who isn’t or wasn’t a thuggish dictator..

When you come up with a mad ideology that runs counter to human nature, the only way of running the show is with jackboots and camps.

The Left focuses on Nazi Germany, as much to draw fire from the inhuman horrors of communism as to highlight the evil of the Nazis.

The most hateful symbolic act of the BBC with regard to the UKIP win at Clacton was performed by Sue Perkins as host on ‘Have I Got News For You’ last night.

The act she performed was staged and had the agreement of the BBC. She mentioned UKIP success at the democratic polls and then took a large toy gun from under her desk and held it to her head.

What biased humour! Would she have done that if Labour had won? I think not.

Nasty humour. And only funny amongst her friends and the Islington latte hugging smug elite. How they must have laughed! But the voters didn’t.

British politics will change. And the BBC will have to change or die. I would prefer the latter.

UKIP were democratically elected. What the h*ll is going on when the BBC think it is appropriate to plainly infer that the result was undesirable – or just plain wrong? Do they never stop to think that they are funded by those very voters who have installed UKIP’s first MP?
It’s bad enough seeing the constant smearing against any party that isn’t Labour – and especially UKIP. But to actually make a “joke” suggesting that the election result is terrible news…they are treating the electorate with complete contempt.

An interesting piece on the ukpolling site that the Carswell victory is unimportant. Everyone knew it was going to happen and the result was factored in as soon as the first poll was taken. It was a foregone conclusion and everyone was prepared for the outcome.

Almost unbelievably the more important of the two by elections was Heywood & Middleton which saw Labour just about hang onto the seat thanks to a load of OAP Liebour voters who couldn’t give a shit about their kids being sold into sexual slavery so long as they could afford a pint and a roll up. The swing is the mega important thing here and its more important than Carwells victory even if they didn’t win the seat.

The swing away from Tory and Fib Dem is important. Up until now Liebour thought along the lines of ‘my enemies enemy is my friend’, that no longer holds true.

Perhaps the white working class voters have realised that the Labour party has betrayed them, God knows it’s taken them long enough seeing as that betrayal began in full knowledge with the third ever Labour government.

Vote UKIP and get Labour – but only just by the skin of the teeth in Heywood and Middleton.

The BBC, trumpets the Labour slight increase in vote share, but fails completely to mention that Labour saw a decrease of nearly 7,000 of those voting for them compared to the 2010 Election!

After this political earth quake It is very much looking like Miliband’s chances of sneaking into Downing Street by the back door, due to Conservative UKIP wars, is no longer an option. Since Farage has conclusively proved now to a an awful lot of Labour supporters how very badly they have been let down.

I think Camerons slavish adulation to BLiar will not allow him to see the malign and destructive nature of his policies. Cameron in addition is so blinded by greed he doesn’t care about the destruction he leaves behind.

Blairs plan was to reduce Britains generating capacity, and to ration it by smart meters which could remotely disconnect those households using too much power. By blacking out a few homes he would keep more on the grid, and claim that there isn’t actually rolling black outs!

        • MartinW says:

Smart meters that will enable companies to disconnect households is still the policy of this government. It’s all about the almost criminal managed decline in generating capacity to meet our ‘climate’ targets. We should all resist the imposition of smart meters for as long as possible.

    http://bbcwatch.org/2014/10/12/bbc-radio-4-programme-on-uavs-lacks-transparency-and-adherence-to-editorial-guidelines/

In particular this one raises the very thing the BBC all too often deploys in some odd, self-deluding defence: its own guidelines.

Rather clearly not just broken, but shredded, in service of a ‘report’ that takes propaganda to a new level.

The use of drones is controversial, and the BBC clearly appreciates this in who they don’t mention (much in the same way coalition-created rubble in Syria is so much worthier than the other kind in Gaza).

But creating a ‘report’ based mainly around the testimony of one degree of separation commentators whose motivations have been airbrushed out, is risible.

I hope all this has formed the basis of a complaint, and look forward to how Rona and the girls, plus the female Trust troughers, get their finely-tuned semantic brains around clearing the BBC of clear breach of BBC rules.

I too suspect Carswell of future duplicity. He does not get it any more than do 99% of the political and media elite. Ukip is a focus for our discontent. It is just the way of it. Any leader is going to have a bumpy ride and I think Farage is well aware of this.
This is a turning point in our history.
It is quite simple to grasp. England is being colonised by stealth with the connivance of a vicious greedy ruling elite. Our ancient freedoms have been subverted by this same elite which has surrendered to an outside power (the EU) those rights and duties which we, the people, have entrusted them with. This elite had no right to do this. No right at all. We are sovereign .
It has now reached the stage where the population of London is no longer majority English or even British. This is completely new territory for us and I think any European nation.
Some studies suggest the ethnic English will be in a minority throughout England by 2050.Again a situation without precedent.
Belatedly we have woken up. Our grandchildren have the inalienable right to be the inheritors of our country. Our ancestors handed it in good order to us and we cannot fail our grandchildren. The last war is still in our memories.
It is this that drives Ukip. Nobody in power or the media will admit it because they cannot without giving up the whole unreal edifice of modern liberalism and dealing with the reality of human nature.
At present this drive that fuels UKip is even unrecognised by those caught up in it. But it is there and growing stronger by the day.
We leave the EU as soon as we can and then take control of our borders and our future. We decide not the politicians or the elite. This is what a people have to do in the end. Things are going to get rough but interesting.
One last thing this is not about money so ignore those who try to say it is.

This of course is only an account via a source, but the BBC can hardly argue given that is what they recently based an entire clearing of their schedules for, namely a supposed Home Office mole seeing the return of the Brownshirts off the back of Intel from the respected Tell Mama group.

      But it rings credible.

Certainly enough to warrant investigation surely, perhaps near to the level accorded the politically poorly-aligned Wonga, caught pretty dead to rights using dodgy interpretations of legal requirements to pursue debts.

There are certain differences of course, for one TVL using dodgy threats when there is no incurred debt at all.

That a public sector entity gets away with tricking people into giving information or signing things that can lead to fast-track self-incrimination and zero due process fine or sentence strikes me as unique to the point of tin-pot dictatorship standard.

Still pondering UKIP advances in by-elections, political class (inc BBC-NUJ) don’t change
    their policies.

One particular policy illustrates this very clearly: TURKEY.

The growing support for UKIP has to do with British people’s criticism of impact of
1.) mass immigration, and 2.) federalising European Union.

Yet still, the Tories, Lib Dems, Labour (and Beeboids via NUJ and TUC)
exacerbate the problems of 1.) and 2.) above, by campaigning to get 80 million Muslims
from Erdogan’s Islamising Turkey into the E.U.

There is no indication that U.K’s political class (inc Beeboids) wiil move away from their political attachments to Islamising Turkey, which is currently watching the slaughter of Kurds by the Islamic State on its Syria border at Kobani.

Just a couple of things that struck me – this BBC piece on Morocco

    http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/magazine-29566539

“How Morocco became a haven for gay Westerners in the 1950s”

Seems to very much downplay the fact that young boys were the USP of this holiday paradise.

And I’m just listening on Radio Four to a dramatised tale of idealistic young men drawn abroad to take up arms and fight for an uncompromising and radical ideology which murdered tens of thousands of those with whom it had religious or political differences. Yes, it’s “For Whom The Bell Tolls” by Hemingway.

Laban this is the bBC, we are talking about. Young bums are all the rage, I’m sure plenty of perverts at the bBC refer to themselves as Bumming Brown Children.
Maybe that explains why they love venerate ‘Islam’ so much. Its written into the unholy Koran that rape is acceptable

According to the 2001 Census 42% of the population of the UK were English men, not Welsh Scottish or Irish but English. Is this reflected on BBC TV main news bulletins?
No, in fact name me one!

The Daily Mail has a piece speculating that th Tories might aim for a cut of £50 in the BBC licence tax.

Sounds like a straight copy of what UKIP announced last week – a promise to review the licence tax with a view to reducing it

If it was only about the cost of the Licence fee, great.

      But it isn’t.

It is about being compelled to uniquely fund, possibly with zero option to decline on any basis, an anachronistic propaganda vehicle that self-oversees an accelerating downward spiral of inaccuracy, lack of objectivity and integrity that has vast power to sway policy that it abuses routinely.

All that but for fifty quid off, in perpetuity, sounds like a very bad deal.

I agree – but the arguments are hotting up, the idea that the BBC can sail on regardless is no longer a political “given”.

I would cut by £50 for starters and then give the BBC 2 or 3 years to adjust to a subscription-only model. That is – total abolition of the licence tax after a transition period 3 years. Win-win ?

Politics being the art of the possible, I don’t think it would be possible to move instantly to subscription. Cutting the licence fee gives the BBC an strong incentive to move as fast as possible towards subscription.

        • Guess Who says:

Fair points and a heavy dose of pragmatism. The art of the possible is well taken.

My concern remains going beyond the mere financial. We already have squeals about the costs of all the staff less confident of market rate futures once the market actually gets to decide.

Which as you rightly point out is the inevitable consequence of a subscription model.

I just worry about temporary compromises for supposed transition looking like a fudge some can live with so long as the BBC can carry on as a brand claiming to speak for the nation.

If the issues of editorial performance are not addressed, and the farce of BBC complaints being ‘handled’ internally and with full secretive exemptions by the BBC, it remains a potent unaccountable propaganda machine backed by censorship.

And £1.5B per annum still buys a lot of policy influence in the wrong hands.

So a ‘protest’ completely blocks the Severn Bridge, but bBC Points can’t be arsed to tell us who were protesting and about what. Just so happens it was an anti IS protest by immigrant Iraqi Kurds.

At least it makes a change, for the last week and a half they have devoted half of each nightly bullentin to the ‘poor’ missing ‘normal’ teenage Bristol schoolgirl, missing somewhere in Syria…

I have sympathy with this ethnic group, but how and why (I know the answer to that ) do they end up in the UK?
I cannot help but ask the question each we see a protest by immigrant groups about life and conditions in their own country, why are you here and not taking action back home… your fellow countrymen and women are.

CLACTON SUPPORTS LABOUR AND THE LIBDEMS. OH YES.
Question Time 09.10.2014, repeated on BBC Parliament 12.10.2014

QT this week was from Clacton-On Sea. You may remember that in last week’s by election, UKIP romped home with 59.7% of the vote. Labour scored 11.2%, LibDems 1.4%, Greens 1.9%. The Tories got 24.6%. So this is not a place where your BBC communist/mass immigration political view point has much traction.

So how come whoops and cheers for the answers given by Harriet Harmaman Harpieperson, the socialist luvvie on the panel, and Malcolm Bruce the LibDem – but stony silence or boos for Patrick O’Flynn of UKIP? Apparently, the good people of Clacton want to increase the aid given to China and India, to the help them with their nuclear weapons and space programmes, and they want another £30 billion annually to be thrown at the NHS to pay for more managers on six-figures salaries, whilst patients have to drink their own urine just to stay alive. Well, the people of Clacton must be a changeable lot – earlier in the day 6 out of 10 of them voted UKIP.

Clearly yet another QT audience engineered by the BBC propaganda machine.
