Pannell Bleating

The BBC’s Ian Pannell claims that Hamas made no claim about capturing an Israeli soldier, a claim that mislead everyone including the IDF into thinking he was a prisoner:

Tweet Pannell

Obviously he hasn’t read Hamas’s Twitter feed:

So did the Israeli’s invent the story of the captured soldier or were they lead to believe that by the fact that he was missing and that Hamas claimed they had captured him?

Just another case of a BBC journalist ‘inventing’ his own news in order to paint the Israelis in the blackest possible light.

Why dont we send a message to hamas telling them that dear old auntie is in league with Israel and see if she get it between the eyes.

What a great idea, we could kill two birds with one stone at the same time. How about sending Owen Jones to convince Hamas the BBC is just a propaganda outlet for Israel and the IDF, after all didn’t he make the claim that the BBC were too pro-Israeli a couple of weeks ago? With luck a misaimed Hamas rocket might do everybody a huge favour.

Has anyone called this arsehole on this yet?

The proof is right there, he should be forced to apologize for lying to his own twitter followers, and to the general public.

There is a great deal of fact for the BBC to chew on as regards its staff reporting competencies and integrity.
Why does one guess that while electronic intifada gets a by return apology for a failure to label a commentator, in this case it will be a 6 month drag-down, knock-out attrition fest before whoever is ushered into the Trust oversees a ‘getting it about right’ cookie cutter blow off.

It says it all about the “13 year olds” who run Newsnight. But then, if they’re 13, Paxman could never have been much older than Dave Spart, no matter how much he lays to Tory pretensions these days.

The story reported in Israel is that the Hamas fighters dragged off a dead or dying IDF officer. DNA and other forensic evidence in their escape tunnel confirmed this. Obviously reaching that conclusion took time, even given absolute priority.

Incidentally the high number of officer casualties in this conflict is a product of the Israeli Defence Force’s tradition that officers lead from the front.

Spot on Alan. The blackest of black propaganda. It demands utter outrage and Friends of Israel and friends of any form of decency in Parliament demanding his immediate dismissal. … I feel a few emails coming on …

    BLOOD LIBEL BBC BIAS

    Rt Hon & Hon Members,

As Friends of Israel I wish to draw your attention to this outrageous example of BBC bias against Israel highlighted in the website ‘Biased BBC’ in the link below. There cannot be a more patent example of a BBC journalist acting as a black propagandist for the genocidal terrorist organisation Hamas:-

    Pannell Bleating

I sincerely hope that yourselves and friends, not of Israel, but of the most basic common decency in Parliament will express the outrage this demands. This most wicked act of black propaganda from Mr Pannell calls for the immediate sacking and a public inquiry into the BBC’s coverage of the Gaza conflict.

For your information a complaint I’ve just made to the BBC below. As ever, no automated reference number generated that any serious organisation would provide:-

This link below is a clear cut example of how the BBC acts as a propaganda arm of the genocidal terrorist group Hamas:-

    Pannell Bleating

An ethical and impartial news organisation would not hesitate to dismiss a Correspondent for such obscene, counter-factual propaganda. The only way integrity will be restored to the BBC is if parliamentarians raise the outrage that such obscenities demand.

    Yours respectfully,

    Graeme Thompson

Oh, and if you take a look at Mr Pannell’s Twitter feed, you’ll see he’s passing the BBC’s blood soaked black propaganda baton to …. Orla Goering.

No doubt Mr Pannell is heading onto his next assignment via Israel, such is his complete confidence in the democratic morays of the Jewish State. If Egypt was taking this action in Gaza (death toll 50,000 by now if they – or just about any other nation who faced the crap Israel faces responded), I somehow think Mr Pannell would choose to bypass it. I can’t help but thinking that somehow, somewhere, Israel might have something to learn from Egypt.

Wow, when did the BBC bring this in? I know that the complaints I made during the last general election didn’t get reference numbers:-
