The BBC has been reporting the vandalising of the 7/7 memorial on the radio all day….unfortunately untill I’d seen a web report I had no idea what the graffiti said.
“Blair lied thousands died” and “4 innocent Muslims”.
Curious how coy the BBC can be when it wants to be….not wanting to stir up that islamophobic hate mob that is just waiting for any excuse to attack Muslims….despite little reaction from that ‘mob’ after 9/11, 7/7 and the murder of Lee Rigby.
And very apt that the vandals should bring together the BBC’s own narrative about Blair lying and ‘innocent’ radical Muslims, radicalised to a greater or lesser extent by that very BBC narrative.
If only someone had placed a bacon rasher on top of one of the columns….we`d now be hearing of nothing else.
The anniversary of 7/7 went off quietly enough-and this is practice for next years unwillingness to cause us to question the greatness of all things Muslim.
Anyone think the Beeb would be nearly as reticent if the Stephen Lawrence memorial plaque had been defaced?
Christ, we’d never hear the end of it. The great and the good would be lecturing us from their ivory towers reminding us what a racist country this is. Mrs Lawrence would be endlessly interviewed looking sad and saintly and our ever so pc pm would tell us that there is no place for such conduct in modern Britain. Of course he’d be right. Such conduct is absolutely abhorrent.

Funny, I can’t recall the BNP/EDL or other so-called right-wing groups carrying out airplane attacks on buildings, church bombings, bombings, stabbings, violent street beatings, radicalisation in schools and mosques, driving cars on fire into airport foyers, violent street protests calling for beheadings and jihad and grooming on a mass scale etc… AND YET, we’re still the bad guys?!
Does anyone else realise that we have been brainwashed into thinking that we ARE to blame when in fact we haven’t done anything wrong. If we so much as voice disapproval about the idea of letting in third-world immigration and its vile Islamic barbarism we are brutally ostracised as racist Nazis… it’s so infantile and pathetic that a once great nation such as Britain could fall to such absurdity.

But that isn’t because they have been making a determined effort to achieve that brainwashing with successive generations since the 1960s.
And yet if some lone idiot chucks a bacon sandwich at the local mosque, the BBC and the entirety of the left-wing movement come out in hysterical protest, bemoaning the rise of the racist British Right.
In my experiences, I’ve found that many Muslims don’t want to fully integrate instead choosing to keep their traditions, dress and culture; if they do choose to mingle it’s either on their own terms or because they are the minority and so have to interact out of necessity with the wider community. The Left have made huge changes to this country’s social fabric through stealth…. because we’ve been so busy consuming and being preoccupied with pop culture, we have forgotten the old adage: “The years show us what the days never could.”

Spot on. I fear that as the % of Muslims in the population increases and they will , understandably, become ever more assertive. After all, if your culture makes up a high % of the population you expect that your culture and values will be reflected across all forms of society eg education, law etc. It seems highly unlikely to me that two such different cultures as as the liberal west and Islam, will ever form an integrated, homogeneous, single culture.So at best we will have two equal but separate cultures rubbing along together or, at worst , one aggressively trying to impose it’s self on the other.
The chances of it being the latter scenario are significant, so why did the Labour party in the 2000s make the existing situation so much worse by their mass immigration , multicultural policy? By refusing to report the truth about Islam and immigration and refusing to hold sensible debates about what the UK may be like in 30 years time , the BBC are allowing the country to sleepwalk into a potentially very frightening future.

Been watching Coronation Street and the Muslim family who are very westernised. Even the daughter was out clubing (though not drinking alcohol). She met a non-Muslim too him home with her. The son is dating a western woman who is not good enough for him as she is dirty and he is so honourable. Odd how if this happened in reality the daughter would have either been sent to Pakistan to marry over there and bring her husband and his extended family back to live in the UK or have been murdered by her family and dumped somewhere. The Western woman would be either abiyed up or been passed around. Love how the media portraits multiculturalism and the great love-fest it is.
Four “innocent” muslims? Well I suppose technically people are “innocent until proven guilty”, and as they blew themselves up, there seemed little point in taking the shredded bodies to court, but the graffitist is stretching the point. I think most fair-minded people would find them guilty in absentio. So only “allegedly” innocent.
I am surprised the memorial is not covered by CCTV, it’s certainly covered by BBC.

If you wanted to predict how BBC Outlook would treat the anniversary of 7/7 would you have guessed they would find the only known Muslim survivor and interview her about how her experiences inspired her to work with the ‘Community’ and fight Islamophobia?

Can only speculate why this wasn’t broadcast yesterday, the actual anniversary. Perhaps Outlook was caught unawares?
It would appear that the 4 murderers do not need to be differentiated from the 52 they murdered.
