Miliband’s BBC Praetorian Guard

Not so long ago the BBC was accused of being Miliband’s Moutpiece:

BBC accused of becoming Ed Miliband’s mouthpiece

The BBC is facing calls for an inquiry into the extensive coverage it has given to Ed Miliband’s dispute with a newspaper.

Now it looks like they have managed to avoid publicising another dent in his reputation:

From the Mail….

Ouch! Ed Miliband is left off list of Britain’s best-connected men but his brother and spin doctor are IN

The Guardian reported it:

Ed Miliband fails to make UK’s 100 most connected – but his brother does

Rupert Murdoch, David Beckham and David Miliband on list of ‘influencers and socialites’ which also excludes Nick Clegg

And look…even the the Gloucester Citizen reports GQ’s list:

Prince Charles and Stephen Fry listed in GQ’s 100 Most Connected Men in the UK

Not the BBC though…despite Tony Hall being on it.

Wonder why they didn’t want to publish this bit of fun and games that dismisses Miliband as a bit of a non-entity?

Silly story really- even if such a ‘pledge’ were to be made have they never heard of ‘taquia’.

Those Muslim extremists who were going to be violent would do so anyway.

      Ludicrous rubbish.

The latest BBC ‘news’ Miliband story is that Four female Conservative MPs from the 2010 intake have so far announced they will stand down at the next general election.
No mention of the fact that seven female Labour MPs have said that they will not contest their seats at the next election: Ann Clwyd, Dawn Primarolo, Tessa Jowell, Glenda Jackson, Joan Ruddock, Anne McGuire and Joan Walley.

The BBC will no doubt now redouble their efforts to get E Miliband’s ratings up. They have already been trying hard ,and by God hasn’t it showed, but we can now expect a barrage that will reach a crescendo the week before polling.
If he isn’t well connected, well they will make sure that he is seen and heard from as much as possible and given opportunities to show himself being statesmanlike in the company of other ‘famous’ power brokers, and as a commanding leader of the people, tough on the wicked capitalist fat cats, etc etc. No doubt the meetings between the BBC and the Labour publicity machine are already in the diaries.
The BBC are going to make a determined effort to get their man into number 10. In return they will get another step towards their multiracial socialist Utopian vision ( with themselves and their chums in the ruling elite of course) and favourable Charter renewal allowing them to complete their appointed task of consigning British democracy to the dustbin of history.
The BBC is made of people who want to be nice, except to those who don’t agree with their view. This is only because they know that they are right and are certain that they are an elite who should guide the rest of us. Their intolerance and arrogance may well be their undoing. I certainly hope that it is , and soon.

There is something really rather odd, either about that picture or, Red Ed.

Here is a man with eyes closed, his hand against his face in a pose that suggests he is resting. When I, and is suppose most people feel the need to ‘rest their eyes’ do this, I tend to make sure that my elbow is rested upon a solid surface, not thin air !

Red Ed’s main problem is that Cameron is just too slick. Also, you can judge a person by the company they keep. And lets face it, the company that Red Ed and his fellows keep, are not the kind of people that have the good intention foremost in their minds. I think people see this and subliminally register disapproval.

    Just a theory.
