Nothing to do with BBC bias….just thought you might like to see something I spotted whilst passing through Herefordshire today….the ‘Missing Pet Search Team’ on manoeuvres:
Posting something on here, is no different to tweeting something oldbloke. Once you press that release button, away it goes and theres no rowing back. Watertight oversight belongs not to us you see. I have sometimes looked nervously in the morning at what I had posted the night before after a good bottle of wine had passed through me, but luckily it was mostly ok.
( the odd thing was, my typos were far less in that situation).
These days I somehow force myself not to post after alcohol, but safe in the knowledge that if its worth posting, a nights sleep snd the cold morning light will filter away any unforeseen
errors.
I make the analogy to alcohol and late nights only by way of my personal example. Not suggesting thats your case here sir.
However, it DOES beg the question could we have an edit function, as you say.
After all if the bbc can stealth edit………?
Cheers D_C. I try my best to moderate my own posts before posting and in this case the original internet link did not give the impression that a business/company was in the spotlight. Curious, I looked a little harder and sure enough the BBC in Hereford and Worcester had run an article on them and it was they that stated they were a company. The irony is that for many years I worked (volunteer) part time in an animal sanctuary on the South side of B’ham. Maybe this site as it increases in traffic ought to use VBulletin software, where log in and edit functions are the norm.
Mrs Pounce and I went to the chunking mansions on Nathan Road Hong Kong for a curry. We ordered a chicken curry and I am sure to this day it was a rat/cat we ate.
Are the police running a Harriet Beecher Stowe type operation to bring all wayward pets to Indian restaurants…thereby enhancing the food chain as well as reducing the need for pet custody suites and detention centres?
Your picture suggests a national scandal is about to break…
I know this sounds really geeky but charities ought to use .org.uk while companies use .co.uk. Unfortunately so many get it wrong, and neither the internet domain system nor the charity regulators seem to care.
I’ll get my coat as I need to get out more.

A customer is ordering food in an Indian restaurant.
“Waiter, what’s this Chicken Tarka?”
The waiter replies, “it’s the same as Chicken Tikka, but it’s a little ‘Otter.”
