By way of ‘balance’, of a sort, the entire cess bit that is the Old MSM is no longer worth a barrel of warm spit, serving up only their version of ‘truth’ and then getting picky if anyone strays from what they want to hear.
I tried today to post a comment (no norty words or inappropriate URLs) on the Telegraph on Elder Care. It went straight to pre-modding and may not appear.
So I went to the appropriate page to challenge why:

Irony, at least, is alive and well.
The BBC, of course, takes it to levels of farce.

This was a majjor speech from Palin, who pulled no punches when dealing with the Lamestream, the Occupier’s movement, and so much more, but interestingly made no mention of Romney. The BBC will never report Palin with any degree of honesty and consequently are robbing the British people of valuable insights into US politics today.

She holds no public office and was talking to an invited audience hosted by a minor political website. I would have been surprised to see this reported anywhere on this side of the pond except online.

Parameters worth noting when the BBC suddenly gets very excited with certain ‘speakers’ in a uniquely different way.

Wait ’til she makes an error or faux pas – they’ll soon find an interest, regardless of her status.

It is hard to pick out the most repellant characteristic of the Left but its fundamental dishonesty has to be in the top three. The above disingenuous comment could have been written by the BBC.

I know very little about Sarah Palin but I know one thing, which is that the Left (and therefore the BBC) hate her with a passion.

To claim otherwise (to claim for example that the way the BBC talks about her is balanced and impartial) is a barefaced lie.

You can bet a NUJ public sector journalists annual salary that had she said something which could be construed as a criticism of Rupert Murdoch (or Mitt Romney) the BBC would have reported her talk to “an invited audience hosted by a minor political website.”

I agree. The BBC won’t bother reporting on Sarah Palin any more unless she makes a verbal gaffe. Then, she’s front page news.

I know redwhite, what possible interest could there be in an ex VP candidate holding forth so candidly. I mean, her comments on standing shoulder to shoulder with Wisconsin Governor and seeing his triumph in his recall vote really isn’t of any interest to anyone. …

The left rewriting the world to suit their own minset. A case in point yesterday on BBC News 24 newspaper review. A left winger is invited on to give her opinions and makes a statement of dubious fact that then goes unchallenged by the Beeboid presenter.
Yasmin Alibhai Brown whilst giving her take on the death of Rodney King tells us that recently in Florida a young man ‘was killed by a vigilante’. No doubt, no reference to fact, no questions, no balance.

In your report “Dalai Lama’s speech to Yorkshire business leaders”
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-leeds-18445240, it includes ”China had earlier threatened to pull its athletes out of their Leeds Olympic training camp because of the visit.” Where did you get this information? none of the chinese officers ever said this. please let me know where you find it, otherwise this is just a lie.

Additional comment in follow-up: I hope you get an answer as it would interest me too. Doesn’t matter how many screens there are if what is on them is without value or, worse, skewed on purpose.
      So… no answer then.
In fact… rather the more than no answer.
They broadcast lies and then cover it up using narrow catch-all ‘rules’.

The Left are forced to make things up all the time, simply to keep the wheels from falling off their own intellectual trolley. That’s why they have to ingest a daily diet of lies and distortions from the Guardian or the Indy, to fend off the real world and prevent coming to their senses. The bBC serves the same purpose with its common purpose/ common mind. The so-called journalists there believe the Left is right, because they all agree with each other. It’s a circle-jerk.

“BBC Four’s controller, Richard Klein, actively solicits ideas that challenge Left-liberal orthodoxies. Radio 4 has taken to commissioning against the grain, too”.
I don’t bloody think so! Every time I switch on R4, if it’s not a news/current affairs programme giving Miliband, Balls, Brown, Darling, Harman etc etc yet more bloody airtime, it’s a play/’comedy’ programme/The Archers etc etc force feeding an endless stream of leftie world views down our necks.

Radio4 is in a terminal cultural Marxist tailspin. It has become a staggeringly predictable absurdity. When it crashes into the side of some towering supermosque I don’t forsee a scramble for souvenirs.
At least BBC Four’s occasional gems acknowledge that the British had a remarkable history & culture before ‘The Great Enrichment’ came to put us in our place. Last week I caught programmes on the Harrier jump jet, The Golden Age of Canals (lovely pre-diversity footage) & Turner’s Thames. Jesus, for a few hours I felt like I was back in the old country. Never say die. Nah mean, blud?

    Funny really.

    Remember the Palin emails

the Graun had a little crowd sourcing bitch fest. their broadcast wing was moist in anticipation as to the ‘revelations’ such crowd sourcing would reveal.

She was governor of Alaska , not New York State California Massachusetts or one of the really big ones but the US equivalent of Hull. Yet Polly Dimblebore Paxo Gary Spart and the rest of the Beeb newsroom were salivating. this wasn’t watergate or climate gate but overkill obsession gate .

so when Palin pops back, deathly silence. when Barry o makes a gaffe e.g. “The Middle East is obviously an issue that has plagued the region for centuries.” –Tampa, Fla., Jan. 28, 2010 ( there are countless more) , when bazza makes a gaffe…….silence yet Palin makes a quip about seeing Russia from here bedroom (an exaggeration not a gaffe) they crucify her.

I hate the slimy misanthropic smug self righteous elitist bastards.

    CLOSE THE BEEB NOW!

That supposed Palin quote about seeing Russia is from a Saturday Night Live sketch and is only distantly related to what she actually said. But you can bet a number of Beeboids think it’s real.

  10. Can I just say what a comfort to uncover someone that truly knows what they are talking about on the internet.

You certainly understand how to bring an issue to light
and make it important. More people should look at this and understand this side of the story.
I was surprised you’re not more popular given that you surely have the gift.
